Former Real Housewives of New York City star Jill Zarin and Alex McCord are at each other’s throats again — and they’re not even on the show anymore! After news broke last week that both women were fired before starting production on season five, along with Kelly Bensimon and Cindy Barshop, both Jill and Alex seemed sad-but-accepting of Bravo’s decision. But on Sept. 23, Alex and husband Simon van Kempen went on ABC’s Good Morning America and slammed Jill, blaming her for the fact that they were let go! Well, Jill’s rep defends Jill to HollywoodLife.com exclusively!

“She’s a manipulator and she’s very good at feeding information to her own end,” Alex said of Jill on GMA.” “She has been trying to get me off the show for a number of years. She succeeded.”

Simon joined in on the attack, calling Jill a “flawed woman extraordinaire.”

“The word ‘junior high’ has come up a lot about the drama on the show,” he added. “Jill sometimes is still very much stuck in junior high as the girl who was unpopular, who was bullied. And 30 years later, she’s still there.”

Meanwhile, Jill’s trying to be the bigger person and move on past any of this housewife drama.

“Jill is relaxing in the South of France at the moment so the last thing she is thinking about is Alex and Simon or the Housewives show,” her rep tells us. “That said, Alex and Simon’s allegations represent the type of negativity that Jill is happy to move on from. Jill will continue to take the high road and wish Alex and Simon nothing but the best.”

“While it is easy to play the blame game, it is our hope that Alex and Simon will eventually accept Bravo’s decision and proceed with grace to the next stage in their career rather than hold on to past resentments,” continues the rep. “As Jill proceeds with optimism, she is grateful to Bravo for a successful four year run on The Real Housewives of New York City and remains focused on her family and the national launch of her shapewear line, Skweez, Couture at Lord and Taylor.”

All eyes were on Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries as they celebrated their sexy nuptials — again — in the Big Apple, and they did it in a way only a Kardashian couple could. We’re talking bondage-inspired violinists, acrobats and feathered palm trees!

The party, dubbed an evening of “style and glamour,” was thrown by Kim’s friend, Niche Media founder Jason Binn, and celebrity wedding and party planner Colin Cowie. It was held at Capitale, an event space located in a building built in 1895 in lower Manhattan’s Chinatown neighborhood.

Aside from Kim’s older sister Kourtney and her partner Scott Disick, guests included the star of VH1′s Lala’s Full Court Life, Lala Vasquez; boybander-turned-SiriusXM host Lance Bass; Spin Crowd stars Jonathan Cheban and Simon Huck; socialite Tinsley Mortimer; The Real Housewives of New York City stars Alex McCord, Simon van Kempen, Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer; Dina Manzo of The Real Housewives of New Jersey; Fox News’ Greta van Susteren; celebrity stylist Phillip Bloch, boxer Eric Kelly; and the stars of NBC New York’s Moms & The City, Raina Seitel-Gittlin, Denise Albert and Melissa Gerstein. And a seemingly random celebrity guest? Musical mastermind Paul Shaffer from The Late Show With David Letterman.

Party-goers began arriving around 7 p.m., and filled Capitale’s massive 4,000-square-foot space, which has a 65-foot high ceiling! While guests waited for Kim and Kris to arrive — which they eventually did around 9:15 p.m. — waiters served hors d’oeuvres, including tuna tartar and crabcakes. Two bars for non-VIP partygoers were set up along the space’s east side, while a closed-off VIP area, with seating and tables, lined the west side of the space. In the center, a dance floor and banquettes. There was even an Avion tequila bar, also in the VIP area.

When Kim and Kris arrived, Kris walked ahead of her down the red carpet, while she took additional photos. Then Kim and Kris, flanked by Kourtney, Jason Binn, and Colin Cowie, appeared on the mezzanine. A spotlight shone on them — a camera crew was capturing every moment — and Jason welcomed them.

Kim said, “Let’s party New York!” before Kris grabbed the mic and joked, “Where’s Scott?” He looked at the VIP area, where Scott was — but guess who was noticeably missing? Scott Disick!

In fact, before Kim and Kris took to the mezzanine, HollywoodLife.com spotted Scott walking into the party without Kourtney, and he even bypassed the red carpet! He was walking pretty quickly, clearly making a beeline for the VIP area, and he looked a bit pissed off! Something was definitely up.

But when the Kardashian clan left the party, around 11 p.m., they all returned to the same mezzanine to bid adieu — this time, with Scott in tow. Scott grabbed the mic and joked that he didn’t like Kris, but even that seemed kind of odd.

During the evening, Kim and Kris spent time in the VIP area, and at one point, went to the center of the dance floor to light the candles on a five-tier cake that was black and white — just like her original wedding cake! Kim looked like a porcelain doll, in a tan silk gown, with her diamond wedding ring in full view. Kris wore a three-piece suit.

Partygoers then watched a female violinist, wearing a black bondage-inspired outfit, play the violin to dance tracks, followed by acrobats who climed up and down a series of white sheets that spanned the space’s height. Finally, guests spent the remainder of the evening dancing to a tracklist featuring songs like “Only Girl” by Rihanna, “Tonight” by Enrique Iglesias and “Give Me Everything” by Pitbull and Ne-Yo and “Yeah 3x” by Chris Brown.

Toward the end of the evening, chocolate-covered strawberries and bananas were served, as were miniature carrot cakes.

As for the decor, it was pretty basic, since the space already has a distinct architectural look: The 116-year-old room was designed in the Beaux-Arts style. But throughout the space, Colin Cowie places palm trees made from white feathers, which gave the room an elegant tropical feel.

Jill & Alex have worked through their drama — but Alex’s hubby, Simon, feels left out. He thinks he needs to settle things with Jill as well! Really Simon?

Alex McCord‘s husband Simon van Kempen seems to try to get himself involved in any little piece of drama that goes down on The Real Housewives of New York City. And even if Alex has buried the hatchet with her co-star Jill Zarin, Simon still feels the need to put his two cents in — that’s why he approaches Jill during the June 30 episode and asks to have a talk so that they can work out their own issues.

“I want to have a talk,” Simon tells Jill. “Nothing’s the matter, but you and Alex have burned, burned the fire pit and I want to get over this too. I’m not there yet. But I don’t want to do it here. It’s not right. So can we meet? We’ll have a diet cola.”

Jill’s open to hearing what Simon has to say. “When would you like to meet?” she asks.

“Whenever suits you,” Simon answers. “You call my people and I’ll call your people and set up a time.” Wait — Simon has “people”? That’s a first.

Jill agrees but then goes over what just transpired with Kelly Bensimon, who was sitting next to her when Simon walked over. “I have come a long way with Alex and I’m really happy with our relationship,” says Jill. “But for some reason, Simon feels he hasn’t gotten enough attention out of this.”

“What happened?” questions Kelly. “Nothing happened. I have no idea what happened,” responds Jill.

Jill just can’t understand what Simon is upset about now. “I was the first person to be friends with Simon and then I had some issues with his wife, but Simon and I always had a good relationship, so I don’t know where this is coming from,” she shares.

And Kelly’s just confused as to why Simon would even think it appropriate to approach Jill. “I have no idea what goes through Simon’s head,” Kelly fesses to the cameras. “Like who are you? Especially with a woman … ‘We need to talk.’ I was like what? About what?”

Seriously Simon? You’re a man — grow up and stay out of the drama!

Sonja v. Alex — after what happened on the April 14 episode of ‘The Real Housewives of New York City,’ whose side are you on?

Has The Real Housewives of New York City blonde alliance fallen apart? On the April 14 episode, Sonja Morgan created some major drama when she made a charity event all about her. And that didn’t settle well with her co-star Alex McCord — especially when Sonja wouldn’t let Alex’s husband Simon van Kempen speak at the event.

But the cat fight peaked when Alex arrived at Sonja’s house for a party. They girls got into a heated argument over what happened at the marriage equality walk. Sonja got so fired up that she kicked Alex out of her house. Now, both women share their feelings of what happened with HollywoodLife.com exclusively!

Sonja’s side:

“I will always be there for Alex,” Sonja tells us. “I threw her out like a good friend would — because she as going to embarrass herself.”

Sonja wasn’t happy with how Alex and Simon conducted themselves at the event. “They tried to shimmy their way into this event,” she explains. “Countess LuAnn de Lesseps and Ramona Singer didn’t try. Jill Zarin — we could hardly get her to come. It was about them trying to shimmy in.”

“Alex, from Ramona’s rooftop party to the wedding in the Hamptons, had her knickers in a twist about this thing,” she says. “I don’t know why she made it all about me. It was just my day to speak. I felt special. In my world, it was my day. Obviously when you go to a charity, it’s not about you — everybody knows that.”

Alex’s side:

“One person should never try to overshadow a cause,” Alex says. “What went down between Sonja and myself was crazy. I still can’t even wrap my head around it. It was not a day about me or her or Simon — or anything by marriage equality.”

Alex had tried to put what happened behind her, but it was brought up again at Sonja’s party. “I really didn’t expect to walk into her house and have her put it out right there,” Alex explains. “There was a moment, I thought let’s move on. But that’s not what happened. I felt she was going after Simon, I saw red.”

But now with the drama over and the women are done filming, are they past the big moment?

“This is certainly a big hurdle,” Alex admits. “Where we’re at, something has to happen.”

Alex is not thrilled that Sonja didn’t let Simon talk. Sonja says it was her day — not theirs! Whose side are you on?

Forget the drama that was boiling between Alex McCord and Jill Zarin on the premiere of The Real Housewives of New York City. On the April 14 episode, a whole new battle breaks out between Alex and her blonde co-star Sonja Morgan!

Sonja steals the spotlight at the marriage-equality walk as the grand marshal of the event. When this happens, Alex and her husband Simon van Kempen start verbally attacking Sonja — just before she is about to get on stage and give her speech — about how Simon should be able to speak as well.

“I think as a friend, Alex should have supported me — swallowed a pill and said, ‘She’s speaking and we’re not and that’s the way it is,’” Sonja says. “It was the wrong time. I don’t need this kind of drama.”

But Alex and Simon continually nag Sonja until she walks onto the stage.

Later on, Sonja tries to be the bigger person and invites Alex to come to her house for an art party that she is throwing for her boyfriend Brian Farrell. But when Alex arrives, the fireworks explode!

Sonja greets Alex and they start discussing what happened at the walk.

“I don’t want to ever have Simon — is that your husband’s name? — in my ear like that ever again!” Sonja warns Alex.
“I was freaking out because I was about to make my speech. That was horrible.”

“Actually, what was horrible was you hijacking the entire event to make it about you and not marriage equality,” a desperate Alex responds. “You turned into a bridezilla!

“If I ever have your husband in my ear again …” Sonja says as the women get into a full-out screaming match.

Finally Sonja has enough and asks Alex to leave — but Alex won’t shut up.

“Now is not the time,” Sonja shouts. “This is my home. This is about Brian.”

“YOU CAN LEAVE!,” Sonja finalizes. “Out of my house! You have the worst manners. You are out!”

After seeing the Season 4 premiere, whose side are you on: Alex’s or Jill’s?

With Bethenny Frankel gone, Jill Zarin has a new nemesis — Alex McCord. In the Season 4 premiere of The Real Housewives of New York City, Alex and Jill are at each other’s throats when they come face to face for the first time in months at Ramona Singer‘s party!

“Jill did some horrible things,” Alex tells the cameras. “You can’t just pretend that didn’t happen.” The whole interaction is just awkward — you can see it on their faces that neither woman is pleased.

“I just hope we can resolve it,” Jill says to Alex.

But then the two women come face to face again when they attend a wedding in the Hamptons — and Ramona seems to be in the middle instigating their feud. “I could have told Jill that Alex was coming, but what fun would that be?” Ramona laughs.

At the reception, Alex confronts Jill and Ramona sits in the middle of the two as if she is enjoying the battle!

What else happens on the season premiere:

• Alex starts a modeling career. “I got lucky in the gene pool,” Alex brags. “I’m modeling and we’re going to make money at this. It’s a business.”
• We meet the newest cast member Cindy Barshop — who gets interrogated by Jill about being a single mom with young twin daughters. “I am living proof that a woman can have it all without a husband,” Cindy says.

• Sonja Morgan shows off her new man toy — Brian — at Cindy’s art party.
• Ramona interviews new assistants, and in the process insults one potential candidate big time by offering her beauty products. “You look like you could use some of my skin care,” Ramona says as she hands her products.
• Countess LuAnn de Lesseps and Sonja go on a double date with their two men.
• Jill has a powwow with her BFF Kelly Bensimon as she packs to head to Australia.

‘Real Housewives Of New York’ Preview: Jill Zarin Not Happy With Alex McCord! Watch!

Some of the ‘Real Housewives of New York City’ want Alex to ‘zip it!’ But Sonja, Ramona and Cindy have Alex’s back!

In the upcoming new Season 4 of The Real Housewives of New York City, Alex McCord has completely changed her persona. She’s found her voice and no longer stays silent. Here’s why:

“I have finally had it up to here,” Alex tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively at the premiere party at NYC’s Covet Lounge on April 5. “I have a very long fuse, and when it blows — it blows.” But, when Alex’s newly found voice causes an uproar among her castmates — only a few of the women have her back!

“The biggest difference in the metamorphosis is that I’m actually just saying what I was thinking all along,” Alex tells us. “Both of us [meaning her husband Simon van Kempen] have felt freer. If you don’t say what you are thinking, people will make up all sorts of things that they think you’re thinking and it’s never real.”

Unfortunately some of the women find Alex’s words annoying. “I love Alex. I think she’s a really sweet girl,” Kelly Bensimon explains to us. “But I think one of her biggest issues is that she’s outspoken about the wrong issues — sometimes less is more.”

But some of her co-stars have her back. “I think they are just shocked that she’s stepping out of her shell,” Ramona Singer tells us. “First season she was a quiet mouse. Now she has a voice. And you know what, she comes to my defense a number of times on the show. She’s become a good friend. I just like her. I think she’s real and does things unpretentiously. She’s very genuine person.”

Sonja Morgan also joins the pro-Alex team … most of the time. “I am very friendly with Alex,” she says. “She’s entitled to have her opinion and vent.”

“I’m there for her, but I do have to pull the plug at certain points,” Sonja adds. “I’m not a doormat. I have to draw the line sometimes. But she is my girlfriend regardless. She’s entitled to her emotions and passion.”

Newest housewife Cindy Barshop — who admittedly is closest with the other side including Jill Zarin, Kelly and Countess LuAnn de Lesseps — even stands up for Alex occasionaly. “I didn’t know her when she wasn’t outspoken,” says Cindy. “Now she’s just saying what’s on her mind. Maybe even a few times I even encouraged her to speak up a little more.”

Season 4 starts on April 7 on Bravo.

From mommy-daughter dates to secret surprises, the stars of RHONY are celebrating Valentine’s Day with the ones they love!

It’s sure going to be one beautiful Valentine’s Day for the gals of the cast of The Real Housewives of New York City! Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, Kelly Bensimon, Alex McCord, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps and Jill Zarin all share their plans for the special day with HollywoodLife.com exclusively!

Here’s what they’re all up to:

Ramona Singer: “I actually celebrated Valentine’s Day early with my husband Mario,” Ramona says. “I gave Mario a present. We got a double massage for two hours last weekend at the Equinox in a private room and shared a bottle of champagne. Because Valentine’s is on Monday, we are going out on Saturday night with four other couples for dinner. On Monday we are taking our daughter Avery (because she is the other woman in Mario’s life) to a nice dinner.”

Sonja Morgan: “I’m going to get my guy some red hot and white cashmere socks, and three long stems roses,” Sonja notes. “The rest I’ll leave up to your imagination.”

Kelly Bensimon: “My valentines are my two girls,” Kelly gushes. “I like to surprise them with some fun sweeties. Sea wants chocolates. Teddy wants gummy bears. Fortunately I love both!”

Alex McCord: “With Simon and I, every day is Valentine’s Day,” Alex rubs it in. “So we don’t do anything special on V-day. But now that our kids are getting older, they are starting to share Valentines with their friends at school. We sit at the table and go over the cards with the kids. We also had a romantic night on Feb. 10 (that was not V-Day related) where we cooked each other a big meal after the boys went to bed. Neither of us are big on the commercial V-day thing.”

Countess LuAnn de Lesseps: “I’m being surprised — it’s killing me,” LuAnn shares with us. “LuAnn is being ‘surprised’ for Valentine’s Day by her boyfriend, Jacques,” confirms her rep. “She has no idea what the plans are! And then next weekend, she is taking her daughter Victoria for a girls’ weekend out in Miami.”

Jill Zarin: “Jill plans on spending a romantic evening at home with her husband Bobby and modeling the new lace design of her Skweez Couture shapewear,” Jill’s rep tells us. “Bobby always starts Valentine’s early by sending flowers a few days prior. The first bouquet of 500 imported french red roses arrived on Feb. 11.”
