The March 28 episode brought smiles, waterworks & a major step for one fan-favorite couple!
As One Tree Hill‘s series finale inches closer and closer — it’s literally seven days away now — the residents of Tree Hill burned their failures and burdens at the town’s Burning Boat Festival.
The designer always sends gorgeous gowns down the runway — and we were up close, experiencing it all in the very front row!
We saw so many covetable looks at New York Fashion Week, but one of my fave shows of the week was, (and always is), Jenny Packham! The designer’s intricate detailing, flattering silhouettes and embellished gowns were a hit on the runway, meaning it’s only a matter of time before we see them on the red carpet! We took in the spring 2012 show, from the very front row, right next to one of our favorite Fashion Week fixtures Shantel VanSanten. From the embellished minis to the flowing chiffon, there wasn’t a look I didn’t love — experience the whole show here, in this quick, under-a-minute clip! Read More & WATCH!
Plus, Shantel confirms Hilarie Burton probably won’t be joining him. Are you bummed?
One Tree Hill fans, Shantel VanSanten is just as excited as we are for the show’s upcoming final season, which she promises will have “lots of mystery and lots of drama.” HollywoodLife.com caught up with Ms. Quinn James at the BCBG Spring 2012 show Sept. 8 during New York Fashion Week for the scoop on season nine!
The eighth season premiere has the best ending ever. If you haven’t watched, don’t read on because I’m totally going to spoil it for you.
None of my friends believe me, but The CW’s One Tree Hill can be really good. At its best, it’s car crashes and school shootings and psycho murderers on prom night. The Sept. 14 season premiere comes vaguely close to that with a clever mixture of the show’s trademark romantic gobbledigook and the best twist ending ever!
Sophia’s One Tree Hill co-star gave us all the details!
Notorious fashionista Sophia Bush was surprisingly MIA from this year’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week — but don’t worry, she had a good reason! “We’re shooting episode six [of One Tree Hill] and Sophia is directing it, which is why she can’t be here in New York,” co-star Shantel VanSanten told HollywoodLife.com exclusively Sept. 11 during the Jill Stuart show at NYC’s Lincoln Center.
The first trailer for season eight is here! But there’s still no sign of gunshot victims Clay & Quinn.
Yes, One Tree Hill is still on the air — and yes, it is still amazing. The CW drama returns Sept. 14, and we finally have our first look at the upcoming eighth season! In this 10-second teaser, we see Brooke (Sophia Bush) on her way to jail, pregnant Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) acting a little manic, and Chase (Stephen Colletti) getting confronted by Mia (Kate Voegele) over whether or not he slept with Alex (Jana Kramer.) Never a dull moment with those wacky hill folk.
Sultry summer looks are all about rich, warm colors, learn how you can copy Shantel VanSanten’s coppery smoky eye!
Looking forward to the long weekend? I know I am! I’m also looking forward to summer-izing my makeup looks. That means, no more black smoky eyes for a while. So, what else is there? Pretty, copper, sunset-like lids like the “reverse” smoky eye One Tree Hill star Shantel VanSanten wore to the LG Mobile in LA on May 24. “Shantel and I were inspired by her nude and black lace Rebecca Minkoff dress so we knew we wanted to do something edgy and strong, but in softer, more feminine colors,” celebrity makeup artist Amy Nadine Rosenberg says. Do you hope Rob’s character sticks around for season eight?
After Clay was shot in the chest on the season finale of One Tree Hill, no one knows whether or not he’ll live to see the season premiere — not even Robert Buckley, the actor who plays him! “I hope I haven’t died,” he told HollywoodLife.com exclusively May 20 at the Think PR Upfront Studio at NYC’s Empire Hotel. “That would be a pretty sick joke bringing me out here [to NYC for The CW Upfront Presentation.]” We agree, Rob! Our jaws dropped when we saw Clay and Quinn (Shantel VanSanten) shot by crazy Katie (Amanda Schull) and we’d be really bummed if either one of them aren’t back for season eight.
After last night’s ridiculous finale, how could they NOT keep the show going?
Looks like we’ll be getting our answers to all the burning questions posed on May 17’s One Tree Hill finale — The CW has officially decided to renew it for the fall, Entertainment Weekly‘s Michael Ausiello is reporting. As was anticipated, the show will likely be given 12 episodes, as will The CW’s newest series Life Unexpected. BFFs, we’ve been lobbying for this for MONTHS, so this is TERRIFIC news! Even if the show’s abbreviated eighth season does turn out to be its last, at least the devoted fans will get the closure they deserve. And after last night’s shocking turn of events, closure is DEFINITELY needed!
An otherwise so-so season finale was totally saved by the last 10 minutes full of crazy twists!
SPOILER ALERT! If you haven’t seen the May 17 season finale of One Tree Hill, STOP READING! I had the pleasure of live-tweeting the madness for HollywoodLife.com, and I’d still appreciate someone helping me pick my jaw up off the floor. There’s no way this show isn’t going to get picked up for at least half a season in the fall — there’s WAY too much story left to tell. Click to find out what happened last night & VOTE!

Though the trailer for this Monday’s finale screams “last episode,” rumors are buzzing that One Tree Hill will get an eighth season!
It’s true, BFFs! There’s still hope that we’ll get to see more of Sophia Bush, Robert Buckley and the rest of the gang from Tree Hill this fall! According to Entertainment Weekly‘s Michael Ausiello, “The CW is said to be strongly considering renewing both One Tree Hill and Life Unexpected for 12 episodes apiece.” Half a season is better than no season at all, and it would give the show an opportunity to wrap up its story lines and give fans the ending they deserve. BFFs, click here to tell us what YOU would want to see next fall if One Tree Hill gets an eighth season!

So if you’re a fan, make your voice heard! Tell The CW you’re not ready to say goodbye to One Tree Hill! Click here to read more & sign the petition!
Last week, we asked our readers which CW show they most wanted to see renewed for next season, and their answer came through loud and clear: One Tree Hill!
“This show has changed my life time and time again,” commenter Amanda P. writes. “I feel like it got me through some of the hardest years of my life.” That’s just one of the many statements we’ve received from outraged One Tree Hill fans. Devoted followers have been with the show for seven years now, and they’re not ready to say goodbye. Read more
