Real life besties, Zendaya says, “Bella and I have rings that say ‘sisters.’ It’s like a friendship bracelet and makes us feel connected wherever we are or during bad times. I just look at my hand and remember that she has the exact same ring on and she loves me. It’s a reminder that I’m never alone,” says Zendaya.

Bella’s dream prom artist is Frank Ocean. ‘Thinking Of You’ is one of my favorite songs. He makes really sweet music for slow dancing at prom.” She says of her prom dress, Bella says “I think that since it’s prom, you should definitely wear a long dress. You can wear a short one anytime! This is the moment when you get to be a princess, and for me, that means a sweetheart neckline, long, then pouf—out and big.”

Zendaya on dating: “I just turned 16, and I’m now allowed to date, but I’m not trying to rush into anything. I’m letting things happen the way they naturally would. It would be nice [to have a boyfriend], but I’m not like, Ooh, I need a boyfriend.” Her dream date: “Honestly, my dream prom date would just be someone that I really like and someone that I would want to spend time with. It doesn’t have to be a celebrity crush or anything, just someone I really care about.” “It’s every girl’s dream to be asked to prom in some cute, romantic way. You know how you have the way its supposed to be in your brain? It’s a vision. I want my fairy-tale moment!”

On her promise ring, Bella says, “It’s not the traditional promise ring. It’s basically to always stay truthful. I think that’s a really important part of a relationship, that you’re always honest with each other. The [other] ring has a heart and, ‘Tristan and Bella’ is inscribed. It’s a promise to stay pure to ourselves.”

Nina Dobrev is happy to talk about being a wallflower, because she stars in The Perks Of Being A Wallflower. In the film, Nina plays a high school senior with a secret and was able to pull on her own experiences for the role.

Nina tells the magazine that she never really fit into a specific clique in high school and “usually felt like a fifth wheel.”As hard as it is to believe, the actress talks about what kind of wallflower she was: “I think wallflowers are incredibly intuitive and observant of their surroundings, and they absorb a lot more around them. That’s the kind of wallflower I was, silently watching and learning from other people’s mistakes so that I didn’t repeat them.”

But those days are clearly behind her, as the CW star shows off her sweet, playful side for Seventeen‘s October cover shoot. The actress can be seen in a slew of bright fall outfits, including sweaters, skirts and, of course, scarves — she looks so fresh-faced!

Other than looking great, Nina also talks about the importance of ‘girl time’ in her life. Here’s what she has to say: “Girls weekend with the Vampire Diaries girls has become a big deal! Its our quality time. Its so much fun to unload and not feel guilty complaining or talking about your insecurities or bonding over things that you thought were on your own about. When we get there, we go to dinner or cook dinner together, watch movies, lie on the beach and take tons of pictures. This year, we went to Disney World—I wanted to have funnel cake and pop, and just be immature with my girls. I think the most important thing about doing a girls’ weekend, or spending time with your friends whenever, is that even though you’re growing up, you should never stop having fun or getting excited about things!”

Judging by the September cover of Seventeen magazine, the youngest Kardashian sisters are surely following in their stylish sister’s footsteps! Kendall and Kylie Jenner rock fun back-to-school fashion on the cover, where they spill on how much they love working together, a possibility of a spinoff and Kylie’s rumored romance with Cody Simpson!

Kendall says her and Kylie have a great relationship. “Kim and Kourtney were the same way. They were fighting constantly when they were our age, and then there was a point where they flipped and loved each other and they were best friends. Now, Kylie is my best friend; we have so much fun. I also like working with her because she makes me more comfortable around people and I feel like she brings out the best in me.”

As for their rumored spinoff, the gals said it would include, “The adventures that we go on. We go on a lot of adventures! We do crazy stuff. We will kidnap one of our friends or get a group together and go to Disneyland for the night. We do what we want to do. We’re just like, “Let’s make it happen! That sounds so fun!”

So, are Kylie and Cody the real deal? “Cody and I are just good friends. That’s it. But we can say that as much as we want and people will still listen to gossip,” Kylie said.

Work can’t even keep these two lovebirds apart. Justin Bieber, 18, was reading Selena’s Seventeen magazine interview from August 2009 while being photographed for his OWN Seveteen issue — which will be out next May!
