Kelly Osbourne, 28, has come a long way since 2009. She’s been bullied, suffered a seizure and has completely turned her health around. Keep reading for her secrets to staying healthy and trim.

Kelly Osbourne’s Weight-Loss Secrets Revealed

“I’m the most secure and content I’ve ever been,” Kelly admits. “Though I’m still very self-deprecating: I look in the mirror sometimes and I feel like going back to bed. Everyone has good days, everyone has bad days.”

The secret to her svelte figure? Hard work.

“I get in a solid half hour of cardio daily, usually intervals on the treadmill, and whatever else I feel like that day — weights, yoga or pilates.”

But her favorite exercise is having fun!

“I have a Hoopnotica hula hoop. I use it every day, and it’s made my back and arms stronger, and my waist has gone down two inches! On Saturday nights my friends and I put on ridiculous outfits and hula-hoop and dance when everyone else is at ‘da club.’ We call it #HipHopAnonymous. Adam Lambert is in it. We live in the same building, and random people show up. The next morning you’re like, ‘Oh, my God, I’m so sore,’ but you had the best night ever!”

Though she sometimes gives into her cravings, she says she eats healthier as the day goes on.

“I eat my fattiest meal in the a.m. If I’m craving pizza, I’ll have it for breakfast, salad for lunch, and oatmeal for dinner.”

How Kelly Stays Motivated 

“I call myself a former fat person, and when you’re an FFP, you still see yourself as the person you used to be. That’s something I’m genuinely working on all the time. I’ve learned how to eat right and look after myself. Also, I don’t weigh myself. If you like what you see in front of the mirror, then what’s the f—ing point of getting on a scale?”

“I don’t compare myself to anybody else. It’s OK to have a healthy envy and look up to somebody and set goals, but you have to realize that you’re never going to be exactly that person. Wishing you were Angelina Jolie or J.Lo isn’t going to change the fact that you’re not. Why not start working with what you do have instead of what you don’t?”

Kelly Relies On Friends & Family For Support

“I’m lucky because my friends are really supportive. I got the Nike+ FuelBand, and now we’re all in competition with one another. It forces you to work out because you don’t want anyone to see that you didn’t. I also have plank-offs with my athlete friends to see who can hold it the longest. My record is 7 1/2 minutes, and I beat a bloody Olympic silver medalist!”

“The only thing I can be is me. I’m not perfect. I make mistakes. And my body is not perfect, either, but I love it. It will never be perfect, and I do not want it to be. That’s so boring!”

Beyonce has still got it! HollywoodLife.com caught up with Self Magazine editor Lucy Danziger in NYC while she was promoting her new book “The Drop Ten Diet” and she told us why the singer is hotter than ever!

“Oh my God, a role model body… I love Beyonce. I mean, she’s done Hollywood, she’s singing but I always thought she was athletic and gorgeous and she loves her body. She looks great with makeup without make up… She is to me what I would call iconographic and a real woman at the same time. She’s amazing,” Lucy says.

At 44 years old, Kate Walsh is in fantastic shape — and the star clearly wanted to flaunt her figure! On the March issue of Shape magazine, Kate appears totally nude, wearing only a smile — and she said stripping down didn’t require any coaxing at all!

According to Kate, she approached the editors of the mag about the nude cover — and they jumped at the idea! While Shape always wanted to feature a nude cover, they never found a celeb willing to strip down — until now!

“I’m enjoying my 40s and wanted to share that,” Kate told WWD. Is it a midlife crisis? “I do drive a Porsche, so maybe it is.”

Heidi Klum has it all with a flourishing career, a wonderful husband, Seal, and four amazing children, Leni, 6, Henry, 5, Johan, 3, and Lou, 13 months — and she knows it! “I think about what I’m grateful for,” Heidi tells Self magazine. “I look at my kids and my husband and think, ‘Wow, I’m a really lucky person.’” The supermodel sparkles on the December cover of Self and reveals that she is an overwhelmed mommy, just like everyone else!

“When I’m at the dinner table and everybody asks me a question at the same time,” Heidi says of being a busy mom, “Or when the baby cries and cries and you’re, like, ‘What is wrong? You’re not hungry. I changed you—what is it?’ The sound level goes really high, and it’s like, ‘Whoa!’ I take a deep breath and say, ‘This is my world.’ It’s a roller coaster. Sometimes you’re on top and everything is fabulous, and sometimes it’s crazy. But it’s what I wanted, and in the end, I love it.”

Heidi loves cuddling in bed with her kids!

Heidi is lucky to have a great teammate in Seal, who she says is the most patient person she’s ever met. “He can explain something to the children for hours, and I will just say, ‘OK, this is how it is,’” Heidi admits. The couple, who have been married for five years, may not see eye-to-eye on everything, but they know how to make their marriage work. “We may have some different passions, but we love and respect and trust each other.”

Heidi treats her kids to frozen yogurt!

The mom of four’s biggest concern is keeping herself and her family happy and entertained! “I’m a big believer in to-do lists. I have daily lists and big-picture lists. I set goals and get my work done, but I have to plan for fun things, too,” Heidi says. “I’m always thinking about what will make my family happier. So I set up play dates and trips to the park or museum. I’m planning for a safari we can all go on together. What can I do with my husband? Can we steal away to Vegas for the weekend? Is there a play we want to go see? You shouldn’t wait for other people to make special things happen. You have to create your own memories.”

It may be hard to imagine AnnaLynne as anything other than an actress, but it turns out her father had more puritanical aspirations for his daughter!

AnnaLynne McCord, 23, might be famous for playing Naomi Clark on CW’s hit series 90210, but it turns out she almost went down a far, far different career path — as a nun! HollywoodLife.com spoke to the gorgeous actress at SELF magazine’s Women Do Good awards Sept. 21, and she revealed that she almost joined the convent!

“My dad wanted me to be a nun,” she said laughingly. “I wasn’t even allowed to look at boys!” But despite having a strict dad, AnnaLynne found a way around that.

“My first kiss, I went up to a boy and asked him if he wanted to make out with me and he was like yeah … and I was like cool.”

We bet her beau Kellan Lutz is pretty happy she didn’t take her dad’s advice!

Get out the popcorn HollywoodLifers, because Modern Family kicks off its second season tonight! HollywoodLife.com spoke to the show’s main squeeze, 38-year-old Sofia Vergara, 38, at SELF magazine’s Women Do Good Awards on Sept. 21, and she revealed that this season will not disappoint!

“It is better then the first one!” she beamed. “Our season one DVDs went on sale today, too!”

Modern Family just won the 2010 Emmy for best comedy series, and Sofia is obviously thrilled!

“I was so excited that Modern Family won the award for best comedy because of the work of everybody on the show,” she told us. “It is special when you work on a show and everybody loves it. To get that kind of recognition, it was amazing we were all like aaaah.”

Don’t forget to tune into tonight’s episode “The Old Wagon,” which is about Claire (Julie Bowen) and Phil (Ty Burrell) selling their station wagon — and getting totally emotional about it. We’re so excited! We’ve had our DVRs set for weeks!

Was her dress totally sexy or a shiny mess?

90210 star AnnaLynne McCord always pulls out flirty frocks on the red carpet — and last night was no exception when she turned up at Self Magazine’s 3rd annual Women Doing Good Awards in NYC on Sept. 21. Clad in a shiny silver Lipsy London dress, you don’t get the full effect of her get-up until she turned around to reveal her exposed back. The star wore her hair up in a bun, putting her bare back on full display in this sexy yet chic get-up.

When wearing something so open, it’s important to balance it out — and since the neck is high in the front AnnaLynne achieved the sexy look she was going for and avoided looking cheap. If you heard the words shiny, silver, open back mini you probably wouldn’t expect the get-up to look so chic, but it definitely did! What do you think?

It’s no question that Modern Family‘s Sofía Vergara, 38, is one of the hottest mamas on TV — and she knows it! She also knows which of her physical assets she owes her success to. “I’m a 34DD [bra size],” Sofía confesses in the October issue of SELF magazine. “That said, I’m grateful I have them. And honestly, they’ve helped me a lot in my career!”

But Sofía didn’t always feel proud of her breast size. “When I was 13, I got these ridiculous boobs,” she says in the magazine. “I wanted surgery. I told my mom, ‘As soon as I’m older, please take these boobs away.’ I was like, ‘Why would I want these huge tits? No matter what I wear, I look like a stripper.’”

Her mom wouldn’t let her get the surgery, though. “When you’re 18, it will be different,” she told Sofía.

Thank goodness for that, because now that Sofía is older she realizes, “I’ve always felt sexy [since then].”

Wow! It’s great to hear that Sofía was able to turn that awkwardness around and gain confidence in spite of her exaggerated features. Be sure to pick up SELF magazine to get the rest of Sofía’s story!
