The How I Met Your Mother star is expecting again! Congrats, Alyson!!!

On How I Met Your Mother, Alyson Hannigan’s character Lily is pregnant — is life imitating art? The star’s rep has confirmed that the 37-year-old actress is expecting, according to Us Weekly! At least she won’t have to try to hide the bump on the hit CBS sitcom!

“Alyson is thrilled to be pregnant,” a source told Us Weekly. “She’s been wearing baggy clothes to cover the baby bump.”

This is the second child for Alyson and her husband, 45-year-old Alexis Denisof, who have 2-year-old daughter, Satyana. The couple have been married since 2003.

“[Being a mother] has changed me in every way because my life is so much greater,” Alyson told Us Weekly. “It filled a void I never knew was there — it’s the most amazing experience of my life. I just feel so blessed to get to be on this journey, to be a mommy. [Satyana] is just the greatest baby.

And how could we forget about her hilarious character in the American Pie franchise, which is currently working on a fourth installment. Alyson has not yet signed on for the new film but with the success of CBS’ How I Met Your Mother, she should be fine!

Alyson and her husband Alexis Denisof, 45, welcomed daughter Satyana two years ago today on Alyson’s 35th birthday. (It’s pretty cool that both red-headed Denisof girls share the same special day!) What an awesome birthday present.

“It was her due date,” Alyson says of the birthday. “And actually, my mom was born on her mom’s birthday. On my dad’s side of the family, all of the women are born on the 24th of the month, not the same month, but always the 24th.” Wow, that’s so weird!

Alyson Hannigan and her husband, Alexis Denisof, spent yesterday (Dec. 26) teaching their daughter how to ride her new tricycle. Satyana was all bundled up against the wintery LA weather. From the looks of it, the 20-month-old little girl had no trouble putting the pedal to the metal! Although she did have a little bit of difficulty steering – and ended up riding off the sidewalk and onto some grass, at one point, much to the amusement of her parents!

Alyson, 36, took to Twitter to express how much more fun the holidays are now that she and Alexis have Satyana (who is just getting over the chicken pox) in their lives. “Why didn’t anyone tell me that being a parent at Xmas time is even better than being a kid at Xmas time?!?” she tweeted.

And it seems that Satyana is still a little confused about the big guy in the red suit who brings all the gifts. “When I show my daughter a picture of Santa and ask her who it is she says ‘Humpty Dumpty,” tweeted the sitcom star. Don’t kids say the darnedest things, HollyMoms?

There’s an itchy situation going on at Alyson Hannigan‘s house! The How I Met Your Mother star and her husband, Alexis Denisof, 44, have spent the past two days running patmeal baths and rubbing Calamine lotion all over their little girl, Satyana! The 1½-year-old tot has chicken pox! “What did taking Satyana to mini golf for the first time give us?” Alyson tweeted. “A cute photo, a great day with friends & CHICKEN POX!!!!!!” Apparently Satyana is dealing with the symptoms pretty well — although she is squirming around a lot! “She’s being a real trooper,” Alyson, 36, wrote. “When she gets itchy she wiggles a lot. Could not be cuter!”

It seems like the Denisofs are taking each day in stride, “But none of us have slept in two days,” Alyson wrote. We hope Satyana feels better soon — and hopefully Mommy and Daddy have already had their bouts of chicken pox!

Another day, another adorable outfit for Alyson Hannigan‘s mini-me daughter, Satyana Denisof. The 18-month-old wore the cutest colorful clothes: a bright pink rainbow T-shirt, purple leggings, and turquoise sneakers — complete with a matching butterfly barrette! Say it with us, “Aww!”

Alyson thinks her little one is pretty adorable too. She recently tweeted, “Satyana said ‘Oppsy daisy’ this morning. How am I suppose to handle this level of cuteness?!?’ Once again, “Aww!”
