Avatar star Sam Worthington was arrested for allegedly fighting over the weekend at Vortex restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia.

Sam was reportedly refused entrance to the restaurant/club when he forgot his ID and then was deemed too intoxicated, according to TMZ.

According to the police report, Sam allegedly pushed the doorman twice before getting pepper sprayed and handcuffed until police arrived.

Sam was charged with disorderly conduct — fighting, and the incident was allegedly caught on surveillance footage.

The actor is currently in Atlanta shooting a new movie, Ten, with Arnold Schwarzenegger.

“Everybody here is the other person, that’s the way we or I saw the script. Everybody was playing the other person at a certain point,” she says. “So there was no villain, there was no seductress. Everyone was using different techniques to get what they wanted.

We all know Twilight is going to win in almost every category it is nominated in and I think it would be nice for once if instead og seeing Rob and Kristen make their awkward and shy speeches we got to see Taylor, the only one who ever looks excited and grateful to even be at these award shows, accept an award. In all fairness, Johnny Depp, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Sam Worthington are also nominated in this category — but we all know they don’t have a shot!
