In 2009, Rydel co-formed R5 with brothers and friend Ellington Ratliff with youngest brother, Ryland Lynch, as their manager. They were signed to Hollywood Records in 2012, releasing their first EP, Loud, in 2013.

Personal Life:
In 2015, Rydel confirmed that she was dating fellow bandmate and guitarist, Ellington Ratliff. “I’ve been able to see the world with someone who’s really special to me,” Ellington said in documentary, All Day. “It’s just made the whole experience even better than I could ever imagine it being. It’s the best situation you could ask for.” How cute?!
