The Royal Family was a popular costume with the morning shows, but who pulled off the Royal Wedding best?!

On this Halloween spooky and scary were not the costumes of choice for the morning shows. Live With Regis and Kelly and The Today Show had the same theme in mind, The Royal Wedding.

Live With Regis and Kelly, with Nick Lachey sitting in for an absent Regis, is known for their festive costumes on Halloween. This year, amongst their several costume changes, was The Royal Wedding. The set was transformed into royalty with Kelly Ripa as a beautiful Kate Middleton and Nick Lachey as royal hubby Prince William. Even Art Moore, the show’s Executive in Charge of Production, made the perfect Queen!

The Today Show went all out as well, completely transforming Rockerfeller Plaza into Westminster Abbey. Matt Lauer and Ann Curry dressed as the happy couple Prince William and Kate Middleton, with Natalie Morales and Al Roker making the perfect siblings, Pippa and Harry. Meredith Vieira made a return appearance to the show to play Queen Elizabeth! And it was a perfect match to have the fourth hour’s own Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb play the sisters Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice!

Kate Middleton's Following In Princess Diana's Footsteps & Devoting Her Life To Charity — Starting With Opening A New Children's Cancer Center!

The future Queen wants to use her role to help others, and make charity work her full-time job!

She’s still figuring out what causes she’ll be working for, but Kate Middleton has already made one important commitment — The Duchess of Cambridge will accompany her husband Prince William this month when the couple open a brand new children’s cancer center in London. It’s a cause that’s always been close to William and his mom Princess Diana‘s hearts! Can Kate live up to her late mom-in-law?“The Duchess is using the next few months to get to get to know a number of charitable and other causes better, so she can make well informed decisions about her future role,” A royal spokesperson reveals.

William and Kate will open the new unit at the Royal Marsden Hospital on Sept. 29 — five months to the day since their spectacular royal wedding.

William is the hospital’s president, a role his late mom also held!

The royal couple will be given a tour of the new center and get the chance to meet staff and patients, before unveiling a plaque to officially open the new complex.

No doubt Kate will pose for some moving Diana-esque photo opportunities!

Do you think Kate can be as influential and as loved as Diana? She definitely has the potential to be a great ambassador and effective charity spokeswoman. But can she match her late mom-in-law?

The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting a baby boy AND a baby girl, royal insiders reveal!

Kate Middleton, 29, is reportedly pregnant with a little prince and princess, her first children with Prince William! What amazing news!

“William almost collapsed with joy — and relief — when Kate called to tell him she was pregnant,” sources tell Star magazine.

The babies would be the first twins ever born into the British royal family. According to tradition the little boy would immediately become first in line to the throne, making him king when William, 29, dies.

The pregnancy news follows speculation the 29-year-old future Queen was too skinny to conceive.

The couple have also been under intense pressure to create an heir to the throne within the first year of married life!

Royal biographer Christopher Wilson confirms, “Kate was under enormous stress to produce an heir quickly. If she delivers healthy twins, it will be wonderful news — a royal first.”

The couple were told the happy news by doctors exactly 100 days after they married in a spectacular ceremony, in front of the entire world, on April 29.

Since then they’ve been relaxing at their love-nest in rural Wales, where William works as a search and rescue helicopter pilot, and preparing for the big arrival!

UPDATE: A Clarence House rep tells HollyBaby.com exclusively that Kate is NOT pregnant. He says, “I’ve seen a version of this story a number of times from all over the world, and suffice to say that if it were true, it would be us announcing it, not a gossip magazine.”

The second wife of Prince Charles turns 64 today!

Camilla currently holds four royal titles, Princess of Wales, Duchess of Cornwall, Duchess of Rothesay and Countess of Chester. She prefers to go by ‘Duchess of Cornwall’ so she’s not confused with Charles’ first wife, Diana.Though Camilla has two of her own kids, Tom Parker Bowles and Laura Rose Parker Bowles, she’s also been acting as a mentor to new stepdaughter-in-law Kate Middleton.

“Kate’s a lovely girl,” she spoke of Kate before the wedding. “We’re very lucky. I’m very much looking forward to the wedding.”

Happy birthday, Camilla! We wish you all the best!

Aren’t we glad that Britain’s royal family has finally entered the modern era!

Kate Middleton isn’t a virgin! The only part of the Western world that that might have been a big deal, until recently, was in the British Royal Family.

Too bad, it took the disastrous marriage and tragic death of Prince Williams’ mother, Princess Diana, to finally end the practice of forcing a British Crown Prince to marry a virgin.

Poor Princess Diana, just 19 and a naive virgin, thought she was living in a real life fairy tale when she married Prince Charles in 1981. Little did she know, he was in love with someone else; considered unsuitable to be his wife – Camilla Parker- Bowles. Little did she know she was like a sacrificial lamb- deemed appropriate for public viewing and bearing Prince Charles an hair and a spare.

It was only because of this devastating match, which turned Buckingham Palace into a sordid soap opera, that Prince William has been allowed to follow HIS heart and marry the woman’s he loves- a non-virgin and a commoner, no less!

Aren’t you so glad that the British Royals basically acknowledged that their blood doesn’t really run blue, and that their DNA is no different than the DNA of the rest of the 6.8 billion inhabitants of this planet?

Now, in a move that’s just as welcome- the British government has said that it’s reviewing the ancient, discriminatory rules of royal succession- so if Prince William and Kate Middleton’s first child is a girl- she will eventually be Queen.

The British deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg said that the current rule, placing boys ahead of girls “would strike most people as a little old- fashioned.”

Yah, think?

Isn’t is about time that a girl doesn’t have to be a virgin to marry a prince and that a first born daughter can be Queen?

Prince William Just Got Engaged — But He's Already Thinking About Babies!

Prince William popped the question to his longtime girlfriend Kate Middleton during a trip to Kenya in October. Now the couple, who will tie the knot next year, are already discussing starting a family.

First comes love, second comes marriage, then comes Prince William pushing a baby carriage! That’s right — the 28-year-old English prince, who announced his engagement to girlfriend Kate Middleton yesterday and gave her his late mother, Diana’s 18-carat engagement ring, is already thinking about starting his own little royal family.

“I hope we will be able to have a happy family ourselves,” says Kate, who sat down yesterday (Nov. 16) for her first interview since becoming engaged to the future King of England.

While William was quick to point out that they’re still basking in the glow of their engagement, he and Kate, 28, have been discussing eventually having babies after their wedding in the spring or summer next year. “We are hugely excited and we are looking forward to spending the rest of our lives together and seeing what the future holds,” he says. “I think we’ll take it one step at a time. We’ll sort of get over the marriage first and then maybe look at the kids. But obviously we want a family so we’ll have to start thinking about that.”

We can’t wait to see a bunch of royal rugrats running around!
