In case you missed a second of last night’s The Hills and The City, I’m here to give you the 411 on the crazy Montag family, plus all the drama between Whitney and Roxy!

Hey HollywoodLifers! It’s Toby, back with more scoop on the July 6 episodes of The Hills and The City. Did anyone else feel bad for Darlene Montag when she cried about Heidi? I know I did! Things weren’t great for Kristin Cavallari, either, Brody Jenner decided it was time to end their fling! But there were some happy moments on the show — Stephanie Pratt actually went out with a guy who was totally her style, and she looked so happy.

Over on the other coast, The City was also loaded with drama! Whitney Port and Roxy Olin didn’t resolve their friendship issues, prompting Roxy to say “sayonara” and move out for good! As for the notorious Olivia Palermo, she told Elle magazine that she wants to go to Japan to cover some events — and the mag is probably going to give her the thumbs-up. No one (other than maybe Joe Zee) likes having her around!

Listen up City fans! Roxy Olin tells us why she can’t stand her co-star Olivia Palermo!

Roxy Olin is NOT BFFs with Olivia Palermo when not being filmed! We interviewed The City star July 1, to get the real deal on MTV’s hit reality show! Obviously we had to ask her right off the bat … are you friends with Olivia, even just a little?

“No, no, no, we are not friends!” she tells us adamantly.

Roxy, true to her candid and out-spoken personality, explains the rocky relationship.

“What you see is how she is. Olivia is very cold to us, me and her clash. I don’t like the way she treats others,” says Roxy. “I really don’t like her.”

But it wasn’t all total dislike for Olivia, Roxy did admit, “She has the ultimate style.”

Even though the series is known for its drama, the reality star really is friends with her other co-stars.

“Whitney is like my best friend and that hasn’t changed,” reveals Roxy. “We live together and sh*t hits the fan obviously, but we are okay.”

Roxy also commented on Erin Kaplan, the Public Relations Director at Elle Magazine and Olivia’s co-worker. “I love Erin, she is the best! She’s ambitious and she is a work horse.  Erin  works like crazy hours and is nothing but nice and cool,” says Roxy. “We don’t film a ton together, but I really like her.”

Don’t worry fans! We’ve been assured you can catch more of this cast’s drama next season, and despite rumors circulating, the show has not been cancelled!

Was anyone as bored by The Hills as I was? The only juicy parts involved Kristin Cavallari and some bartender in Costa Rica — and of course Brody Jenner had plenty to say about the twosome! In terms of the other characters, Audrina Patridge thought ending things with Ryan Cabrera was smart, but Justin Bobby has not been making her happy. Let’s just say she’s in a bit of a funk.

The City, on the other hand, was even more exciting than usual! Whitney Port told Roxy Olin to dress a Canadian rock star for her line and the only thing she ended up wearing to her concert was a jacket! The incident caused a lot of tension between the two girls and Roxy said she had enough!

In case you missed a second of last night’s The Hills and The City, I’m here to tell you all you need to know about Audrina’s break up — and what sneaky Olivia is up to!

Hey BFFs! It’s Toby, back with the dish on this week’s episodes of The Hills and The City! I couldn’t believe Kristin Cavallari and Allie Lutz fought AGAIN over the whole break-in scandal. And on top of that, Brody Jenner majorly dissed McKaela in front of all his guy friends! Oh, and did I mention that Audrina Patridge and Ryan Cabrera are dunzo?

As usual, The City had its drama, too. Elle got ready for the Ke$ha photo-shoot, while Olivia Palermo was out and about choosing accessories. But the million dollar quesiton is: Did she really pick out those shoes?! Meanwhile, fashionistas Whitney Port and Roxy Olin dazzled some buyers, but everything didn’t go exactly smoothly.

The City starlet Roxy Olin tells us it’s not an act — she really CANNOT stand Olivia Palermo!

Think Roxy Olin and Olivia Palermo‘s fights on The City seemed over-dramatized for your viewing entertainment? Let us assure you — those girls are truly arch-rivals! Roxy gave HollywoodLife.com an exclusive inside look at what’s REALLY going on with Olivia…and why she and Whitney Port will be life-long besties.

“One day I’ll learn to bite my tongue with [Olivia],” Roxy, 24, admitted to us at KIIS-FM’s Wango Tango in Los Angeles May 15. “I’m glad her true colors are showing on camera. Those ARE her true colors — she’s not a nice girl. She’s getting what she deserves.”

Olivia, 24, has been painted as the villain of The City — not unlike The Hills‘ Heidi Montag — and from what Roxy tells us, she really IS a major biotch — no editing necessary. Luckily, 24-year-old Whitney Port is around to help keep Roxy sane.

“We’re loyal. I think we’re really — we’re sometimes brutally honest with each other,” Roxy explained. “That can sometimes hurt a friendship, but there’s a mutual understanding with us, and that’s why we remain and will continue to remain such good friends.”

Poor Roxy had her romantic Valentine’s night dinner plans ruined when she left her cell phone in a cab on the way to dinner. A stranger found it and refused to hand it over until he was paid $100!

Roxy Olin told me the whole sad tale after the Jill Stuart fashion show Feb. 15 where she nevertheless smiled from the front row in an adorable Jill Stuart floral minidress, which she confessed did show a little undercleavage. The City star was relieved that fairly recent boyfriend, Alex Lobel, undertook the negotiations for the cell. Luckily, sneaky Roxy got away with only giving the creep $60.

“We had dinner, but it was a little bit spoiled,” she said of her would-be romantic evening with Alex. “I’ll have to make it up somehow. He’s a trooper.” She told me that the whole ordeal reminded her what a great guy Alex really is. “He’s patient,” she said with a smile. “He’s really sweet and understanding, and he deals with all my craziness. I don’t know how he does it. I’m a lunatic, so he’s a really sweet guy.”

Want to get “The City” star’s lush liner look?

Roxy Olin was sporting some gorgeous, Edie Sedgwick-inspired winged liner at “The City” season finale in NYC on December 1st thanks to her talented makeup artist Julie Tomlinson. “She’s amazing,” Roxy tells HollywoodLife.com. “I just close my eyes and she does her thing.” To get her look, “I applied black cream liner first with a small, pointed brush,” Julie says. She layered a black powder liner on top for added impact and used a pointed Q-Tip to clean up any mess. She curled Roxy’s lashes and applied a coat of black mascara. As a finishing touch, “Roxy loves false eyelashes so I used a lot of individual lashes right at her lash line,” Julie says. Her trick for applying falsies? “Make sure the glue has been exposed to air for a little bit so its tacky and then I use a tweezer and pop them on.” – Marta Topran
