Kody Brown and his four wives, Meri, Janelle, Christine and Robyn finally made some honest confession to Steve Harvey on his show today, Nov. 30.

“We do have jealous moments over Kody,” revealed wife#3 Christine. “If I’m having an insecure moment and not feeling confident about who I am,” — that’s when it happens.

The polygamist family also admitted that the wives will fight with each other, but husband Kody acts in full self preservation mode at that point.

“He ducks and hides,” laughs Meri.

Insists Kody in his defense: “it’s dangerous for me to mediate between them because I’m their husband.”

Instead, Kody explains that when one wife has a complaint about another, “I need to validate her and then let her work it out with the other wife.”

But it was Janelle who probably said the thing that all non-polygs suspected. “He’s pretty much always in the doghouse with one of us.”

How could Kody not be? One husband, four wives, 17 kids. No man could keep all those personalities happy at one time! Don’t you agree, HollywoodLifers?

The case against the polygamous family featured on Sister Wives has been dismissed, Utah prosecutors announced. In 2010 authorities had investigated charges of bigamy against Kody Brown and wives Meri, Janelle, Christine and Robyn, but the case is now closed.

Court papers explain the county has adopted the same policy as the state in regrads to bigamy and would not pursue criminal charges unless evidence exists of a victim or fraud. The family has 17 children among them, and was made popular by the TLC reality show that fascinated America.

The Browns’ attorney, Jonathan Turley, said they were “pleased that charges wouldn’t be filed” but have no plans to withdraw the lawsuit they filed against the county when they moved to Las Vegas.

Kody Brown is proving to not be able to juggle four wives. On the upcoming May 27 episode of Sister Wives, Christine Brown breaks down crying and tells Robyn Brown that it’s “not personal” why she was cold to her last season.

Christine says that Kody didn’t do a very good job making all the wives feel included — not a surprise!

The Sister Wives are one big happy family. The stars of TLC’s hit show went on GMA to promote their upcoming fourth season of the reality series and they revealed what’s in store. But will there be major cat fights between the three long-time wives and newbie Robyn?

Christine Brown, Kody’s third wife, was the most jealous when Robyn was introduced to the family. But the reality star says that a lot has changed since those days!

“Being a third wife is completely underrated,” Christine says. “I don’t want the guy all to myself! Being married is so much work and have more independence as third.

Kody says that on the upcoming season he hopes to have all the wives live under one roof!

“I want to see all my wives and children every day,” he says. “We live so far away … it’s such a diffcult process. We just need to have the family closer together so the family identity is made closer.”

The new season premieres May 13 on TLC.

The stars of TLC’s Sister Wives live by the code of “the more the merrier,” and that was certainly the case April 13 as the reality fivesome enjoyed a wild night out in Las Vegas! Kody Brown was spotted at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand with wives Janelle, Christine, Robyn and Meri Brown, where they watched Mike Tyson‘s one-man show, followed by a Dancing with the Stars live performance. Eyewitnesses say the Browns looked “cozy” all night.

While we love all of the wives, were most excited to see Robyn out and about. Less than six months after giving birth to baby Solomon – her fourth child — she looks back to her old self!

Kody and his ladies were all smiles on the red carpet, but we can’t wait to find out what’s really been going on behind the Browns’ closed doors when the new season of Sister Wives begins May 13 on TLC!

Well, I had to hand it to sister wife #3 Christine. After a season of backstabbing Robyn — saying she wouldn’t want to be as skinny as her, complaining that Kody only cared about Robyn’s needs — she’s finally admitted she’s been a “sister wife” mean girl.

“My treatment of (Robyn) hasn’t been accepting and welcoming to say the least. I made her feel like she wasn’t welcome, that I didn’t want her as a sister wife, like she wasn’t a wife of Kody,” confesses Christine as she prepares a “peace offering” for Robyn.

Her gift is a stitched wall hanging saying “our family has grown by two feet,” which she is framing for Robyn’s baby Solomon’s room.

I admire the formerly youngest and newest wife Christine for so honestly admitting to her feelings now after passively aggressively denying them for months and then griping behind Robyn’s back and being miserable to  husband Kody.

Of course, us non-sister wives can actually completely identify with Christine who has six children with Kody. Why would she have wanted to have even less time with the husband she was already sharing with two other women? Why would she want her children to see even less of their father, who now has 17 kids?

Why would she have supported Kody falling in love with a younger, prettier and slimmer new wife, who got pregnant right away?

Well in the world of sister wives, jealousy ISN’T supposed to be normal. So Christine, clearly feels good about getting over the green-eyed monster.

“I feel bad for blaming her for taking Kody away and for being Kody’s favorite … it’s not OK to treat people mean,” says contrite Christine. “I dread that my children won’t think of her as a mom because of how unfair I’ve been and that’s not OK.”

Christine even admits that she could have potentially caused “this family a lot of harm.” But now she’s claiming Robyn’s baby “is so special to me. I love him. I welcome Solomon (the new baby) as my son.”

Yah right. That I’m not buying.

Janelle, wife #2, at least is honest about how SHE feels about Robyn’s now baby. “I probably won’t get up in the middle of the night to see the baby,” she predicts. “I am excited,” nevertheless she says, sounding completely and utterly NOT excited.

Robyn of course, is oblivious to everything, but the fact that she’s about to give birth at home “naturally,” like she did with her other three kids.

Is it a sister wife thing to give birth “naturally?”

Who knows? But Robyn’s mother gave birth to ALL seven of her kids at home and Robyn says that hospitals scare her. Lucky for her and her mom that she’s never had any complications.

In hospitals Robyn contends “you’ll miss the magic of the actual regular birth that God designed,” she intones. In the hospital, “they’ll throw in a pitocin (a drug to speed up delivery) or an epidural ( yea, right, like they just throw those in without telling you) . My body is designed to carry and deliver the baby — God designed a woman’s body to do that,” recites Robyn.

Like I said — Robyn is so annoying because of course HER body functions perfectly during delivery unlike many woman who have trouble delivering safely and without horrendous pain. And she does sound superior, spouting off as if the maternal and baby childbirth death rates haven’t plunged since the modern era when doctors helped God’s “design” along.

Kody’s teens have majorly mixed feelings about Robyn’s baby as well as their mothers.

“I honestly think we have more kids than we can handle,” says Hunter, who has had a really tough time with the move from Utah to Las Vegas.

“I don’t know if I’m excited, we have so many kids right now,” admits Madison. And again who can blame her, Hunter or any of the other teens. Their dad only spends one in four nights with each of their moms — and that means with them. How can he possibly give them each any attention at all. Meanwhile, Kody is deeply obsessed with his new baby and cries when Solomon arrives. That’s nice, but Kody being a dad isn’t just about sperminating!

When Kody isn’t busy reproducing, he finds time to look for property where the family can one day build four homes — one for each wife — right next to each other. At least, he doesn’t talk about making sure there’s room for a fifth house… and fifth wife.

The family also scouts locations for their unlikely new business – a fitness studio. “It’s humbling that we’re looking at a fitness center because we’re not in the best of shape,” points out Christine, in the understatement of the year. But good for the sister wives to at least be trying to get in shape.

And this family of 21, BETTER find a new source of income besides TV soon because it sure has a lot of mouths to feed and college tuitions to pay.

Plus there will be new fertility treatments coming up.

Robyn and Meri have actually as it turns out bonded the way sister wives are supposed to and have become very close. Meri, wife #1, makes the astounding statement that she’s never had a deep personal relationship with her other sister wives. This is shocking considering that she shared the same house as Janelle and Christine for years! How sad!

But the season finale closes with a heartrending moment as now SUPER perfect Robyn makes the loving and gracious offer to become infertile Meri’s surrogate. “I’ve been praying about it ever since we met — I mean it,” she offers stunned Meri.

Meri, who has previously decided against in vitro, cries and hugs Robyn.

For her sake — I hope she takes up Robyn’s offer and that it works.

For our sake — we’re guaranteed at least one more drama-filled season of Sister Wives!

So is a father just a sperm donor or should he be able to manage his brood, especially if he decides to father 17 kids with four different wives?

I vote for the maxim that you should never have more kids than you can actually manage, as in babysit yourself — for one night at a bare minimum –AND be able to help with their homework.

Well, Kody Brown fails on both counts. When his wives decide to hit the Sin City strip for a girls’ night out, he gathers all 16 kids at one wife’s house  ( one baby was still due to be born at the time of filming)  and then proceeds to freak out with the mayhem. Wife #2 Janelle admits he “has a deer in the headlights look” as she leaves.

He snaps at older daughter Mariah to help out — which she actually should be doing. He says to another younger daughter — “you and I could have a cry in the corner ’cause I could use one.” Then admits he’s exhausted.

His triumph is when he gets Robyn’s son Dayton who has Asperger’s Syndrome, to finish his homework. Well done, Kody, but why aren’t you helping your kids with homework all the time?

Then, he proves how entirely out of touch he is with his kids — with kids in general — when he warns one young daughter not to sniff her colored markers, only to be told by an older daughter that they ARE scented markers! Aw — it’s not the same as sniffing glue, clueless Kody!

Meanwhile, Kody’s prissy wives walk down the Vegas strip and glare at bikini – clad women, especially one dancing on a table.  HELLOO – IT’s VEGAS! They bemoan that the dancing young woman is “someone’s daughter” and then tell us their philosophy “modest is the hottest!”

Now, I’m not saying that dancing in a bikini is a great profession, but it is questionable as to who’s more exploited — the dancer or four women who’ve decided they are OK sharing a husband?

Meanwhile, Meri is so stressed about making the rent payments — though the wives can afford private workouts with a trainer and spa treatments — and so is hoping to work her stress out at the gym.

Christina has been on anti-depressants and anti-anxiety meditation after admitting that “a new wife coming into the family rocks the boat a bit” — YA THINK! Not to mention that Kody married Robyn just after she gave birth to sixth baby, Truly. Nice move, Kody!

The Browns have also found a new religion — working out! Even though the wives — three of whom weigh well over 200 lbs, have made only modest inroads into weight loss after two months with Janelle losing the most at 10lbs — the Browns have decided to open a fitness center.

The new family business will be a workout studio in partnership with the Brown wives’ hunky trainer, Bill Suesz, who already has an investor, Nick, who doesn’t even blink about the Browns’ plural marriage. Convenient on both counts!

Finally, Kody gets a night out with “the boys.” and we find out that our Kody was quite the athlete in high school: two time state champion wrestler! Wow! Now, he just wrestles with wives and kids.

“The boys” — two of which are NOT polygamous — are understandably curious about multiple wives.

“Do you ever find yourself wanting to spend a day or one activity with one wife more than the other,” a guy called Shaun asks. Good question.

You mean, says Kody: “Do I prefer the presence of one wife to another?”

Yes — we ALL want to know that.

But no cigar — Kody isn’t going to get himself into hot water on TV!

“The answer is no. I always enjoy being at home with wherever I’m at. The hard part is leaving a home.”

So could that really be true? Is a polygamous man REALLY able to love every wife equally? No favorites. Or is every wife so interchangeable to him, that it really doesn’t matter who he’s with.

When Meri, Janelle, Christine and Robyn hit the Sin City strip for a stroll in this week’s Sister’s Wives episode, which airs Sunday, Nov 20, , they can’t help but flip out when they first start eyeing bikini-clad young women dancing on bars.

“Look at these girls dancing up there on the bar and I think — that’s somebody’s daughter. That’s somebody’s little girl,” says Meri sadly.

But the wives are right to draw comparisons between the perceptions about their polygamous marriage and the very real hypersexuality peddled in Law Vegas. It’s hypocritical, they believe and I can’t argue with that.

“People look at our lifestyle as if it’s all about sex … if this is all about sex, why take on the responsibility of supporting her children,” asks Christine.

“Why be there emotionally,” Robyn adds.

Hmm. I still think Kody like the sex … with four different women. He sure seemed hot for Robyn on their honeymoon.

But nevertheless, I can understand Janelle‘s frustration with being accused of being sexually motivated.

“We’re so conservative in our dress and in the way we view things and when we run into something that’s so blatantly opposite from yourself, it’s always kind of oh …” says Janelle.

“I kind of feel like everybody has to choose. Some choose ( selling sex, like the Las Vegas dancers, I believe, she means). Some choose it out of necessity and I do think some choose it because they don’t mind the attention and I just have to ask that people allow me to choose…” she adds.

So, the sister wives think that if women are free to exploit their sexuality to make money, she should be allowed to choose to be in a polygamous marriage.
