Patrice Wilson, the brilliant writer/producer behind Rebecca Black‘s viral hit “Friday,” is at it again — and this time, he’s appealing to the fat stoner inside us all. “It’s Thanksgiving,” the new jam performed by Nicole Westbrook,  pays tribute to the most delicious holiday of all. And the interwebs are already eating it up!

Several of Patrice’s trademark moves can be found in both the video and the song itself. Not only does Nicole share Rebecca’s obsession with crossing off dates on a calendar, but she also employs Becky’s excessive use of the word “we.” (Example: “It’s Thanksgiving / We we we are gonna have a good time.”)

And just like in Rebecca’s “Friday,” Patrice makes a cameo in the “It’s Thanksgiving” video to spit a few rhymes. Then he appears again in a turkey costume to party with all the kids. In fact, he seems to spend pretty much every holiday at Nicole’s house — but there are never any parents around.

Rebecca Black may be the girl behind the infamous song “Friday,” but her new single is fit for every day of the week. The 14-year-old YouTube sensation released “Sing It” last week — listen to it here!

With lyrics like “Turn it up, turn it up/ Play it aloud/ Sing it from my heart/ Sing it from my heart, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,” “Sing It” is simple, but cute. Basically, it’s perfect for Rebecca’s age demographic. Plus it shows off her voice way more than “Friday” and it’s autotune ever could.

A new music video for the song “Hot Problems” by Double Take has gone viral and scarily reminds us of last spring when Friday by Rebecca was all the rage.

In “Hot Problems” two teens girls sing in a car: “Hot girls, we have problems too. We’re just like you … except we’re hot.”

I have to say though, I think Friday was a far better and more catchy tune. But I wouldn’t be surprised if this video has the same success as Rebecca Black’s Friday.

In a never before seen interview, YouTube sensation Rebecca Black tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively she’s releasing a new ‘acoustic’ version of the hit that made her famous, ‘Friday’

When we first sat down to catch up with Rebecca Black, we never expected to hear this. After chatting with us for more than a half an hour, the 14-year-old YouTube maven revealed to HollywoodLife.com exclusively she’s getting ready to re-release her first ever single, “Friday,” in a completely new way.

“We re-recorded ‘Friday’ and it’s totally different,” Rebecca told us. “It’s not like ‘Friday.’ It’s the same lyrics. It’s the same melody — but the style of the music behind it is very different.”

She explained, “I didn’t want it to sound like it sounds, like very pop. When we re-recorded it, I talked to my producer and said, ‘I want this to sound like we’re on the beach with friends, someone’s got a guitar, there’s drums’…I love it.”

Demi Lovato has made a huge return to the music world — her new album Unbroken immediately shot to the top of the charts and is getting so much love from fans!

Demi, 19, shot to #1 on iTunes on the Sept. 20 release date, and Twitter fans are already loving the new record!

Fan Kevin Narine took to Twitter to celebrate the album, writing, “Unbroken is by far the best album I’ve heard all year. Yes, I’m aware that Born This Way was released this year.”

We caught up with pop phenom Rebecca Black at The MTV Video Music Awards and she shared secrets about her highly-anticipated album!

There’s no doubt Rebecca Black is one of the most recognizable pop-stars on the planet. Her single, “Friday,” may have been a mega hit everyone loved to hate, but it’s not stopping the 14-year-old from completing an album by Halloween!

Regardless of the controversy surrounding “Friday,” Rebecca had continued success with her single, “My Moment,” and has put together an album she feels will resonate with music fans everywhere!

“I feel like it’s a mixture,” she told us. “I don’t think its really comparable because some albums have a theme of one type of song. Mine has some ballads and some dance tracks. You know it’s got everything.”

While Rebecca assured us her album will be one of a kind, she did give us an idea of the artist that have inspired her during the process of putting the album together.

“Right now I’ve been listening to a lot of different stuff,” she said. “I really like the sound of Adele‘s voice. I really just listen to everything!”

First, the 14-year-old YouTube sensation endured endless taunting from cyber bullies after she debuted her video “Friday” in March. Because of this and other reasons, her mother removed Rebecca from school and is home-schooling her daughter herself!

“When I walk by they’ll start singing ‘Friday’ in a really nasally voice,” Rebecca told ABC News of her former classmates at her Anaheim Hills, Calif., school.  “Or, you know, they’ll be like, ‘Oh hey, Rebecca, guess what day it is?’”

Wow, that’s just awful. All Rebecca wants to do is sing—not be the object of schoolyard taunts. Where are the school’s administrators in all of this? Considering how teen bullying became a national talking point this year, it seems unthinkable that competent educators couldn’t have properly dealt with the situation.

But Rebecca’s mom, Georgina Marquez, took matters into her own hands. Smart woman! Plus, she looked at the positive outcome of yanking her daughter from school: Home schooling is allowing Rebecca to focus on her career. Say her mom: “She certainly did not need that kind of pressure.”

Rebecca took to Twitter after the interview to explain that it wasn’t just the bullying, though. “Hey guys! So, Nightline didn’t tell the whole story about why I decided to be home schooled. Although the bullying was one reason I left school, the MAIN reason was that my school has a policy that missing school because of work would be unexcused, so I entered a California online high school for performers and athletes to get credit for work they do at home or on the road. Bottom line, I can’t follow my dreams while going to a normal school. It’s just not possible in my school district.
