When the couple talks about what makes their marriage work, its simple. “We’ve been together for about 20 years, and the foundation of our relationship is that we have a really strong friendship,” Crawford says without hesitation to Haute Living adding, “We genuinely really like and respect each other. We have fun together. Life is stressful and parenting is stressful, but we still make time for each other. We treat each other like friends and that’s great…but I still like looking at him, That’s not to be underrated.”

“We’re fortunate. We do what we love and can also set our schedules as we wish…” adds Gerber continuing, “I do have the most beautiful wife in the entire world. I look at her now the same way I did when I first met her. I look at her in the morning and see her lying there and I know how lucky I am.”

But its not only a marriage that is successful, Rande also is working with George Clooney on some spectacular tequila saying, “I want to be unique and original and truthful. I have to be proud of what I’m doing. When I created Caliche, it was something I really wanted to drink and that I wanted my friends to think is the best.” The 50-year-old professes similar sentiments about his eatery as well as the tequila company he’s launching with Clooney. “We’ve been drinking Casamigos for the past four years. George and I both have homes in Cabo and the name of our company, loosely translated, means ‘House of Friends.’””

Cindy is an internationally known former supermodel but that’s not what makes her famous to her two kids!

Cindy Crawford has graced the cover of every magazine but to the kids at her children’s school she’s just that lady who appeared on Disney’s the Wizards of Waverly Place. When we ran into Cindy at the NYC DIFFA gala dinner that she and her husband Rande Gerber were hosting Mar. 22 she confessed to HollywoodLife.com her kids Presley, 10, and Kaia, 9 think of her as just “mom.” “At my kids school I’m Presley and Kaia’s mom.” So if being a supermodel doesn’t make her cool than what does? “I did do Wizards of Waverly Place and now all of a sudden all the kids [at their school] knew who I was.”

Cindy appeared on the Disney series in Feb. of 2009 for a special Fashion Week episode. On the episode Alex (Selena Gomez) gets in trouble for ruining a one-of-a-kind dress and then Alex uses her magical powers to bring a poster of Cindy to life! I would think my mom was cool too!

So how does Cindy teach her kids to stay so grounded? “They watch how I behave,” she said. “I’m from the Midwest so they watch how I treat other people.”

Did you ever expect to see Jessica Alba, 28, and Kid Rock, 39, hanging out? Well, it happened last night! “This is my Wed. night,” Jessica tweeted Feb. 24, along with the above photo of herself with Kid Rock. “Go Clippers! Look who I found.” Looks like these two have left their awkward past behind them. According to an interview, Kid Rock put the moves on Jessica in 2008 while they were filming the TV show Trippin in South America, but she made it clear she wasn’t interested. “Jessica is such a sweetheart,” Kid Rock said. “But she’s definitely not giving it up.”

And Jessica is just the latest surprise friend we’ve spotted Kid Rock with. In Dec. 2009, Kid Rock partied with Cindy Crawford and husband Rande Gerber in Mexico. We can’t wait to see who he shows up with next!

The Brangelina brood is in New York while Angelina Jolie re-shoots scenes for her upcoming thriller, Salt — and with mom out of the picture, Brad Pitt is on daddy day-care duty! He’s been painting the town red with their kids, first taking Maddox, 8, to a screening of Avatar in 3-D on Dec. 28, then hitting up Dave & Buster’s in Times Square with Maddox, Pax, 6, and his younger brother Doug Pitt on Dec. 30. He even took Shiloh, 3, and Zahara, 4, out on Dec. 29 to visit mom on set!

Feliz año nuevo! Some very unlikely beachfellows soak up the sun together in Los Cabos!

It’s no surprise that Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber are sunning themselves with BFF George Clooney and their usual cadre of pals.

But here’s where it gets weird: The supermodel, 43, and her businessman husband, 47, partied poolside with Kid Rock, 38, who apparently was a guest of the couple at their place in Los Cabos Dec. 30. The guys kicked off 2010 early with some cerveza while Cindy and a few galpals worked on their tans nearby. Could Kid be singing for his supper?

But Kid Rock isn’t the Crawford-Gerbers only big-name musician friend. Back in August the couple spent some quality time with rocker pal Sting, 58, in St. Tropez, where they jetted around together in a private boat with Sting’s wife Trudie Styler, 55.

Despite her personal drama, Cindy Crawford is still always there for her friends!

When the going gets tough, the tough get going! It may sound cheesy, but we think this totally applies to our girl, Cindy Crawford. The former model held her head high and came out to support her good pal, George Clooney, at the LA premiere of his film “Up in the Air” Monday night, in spite of her recent drama.

Not only did Cindy and hubby Rande Gerber make their first public appearance since news of their extortion scandal broke, but the couple was even early! They made a united front at the Mann’s Village Theater more than 30 minutes before George’s film began. Dressed in a fitted lavender gown, Cindy looked regal, beautiful, confident and in control.

In light of the recent extortion attempts to hide some shocking photos of her seven year-old daughter Kaia, putting on such a good face truly shows Cindy’s strength of character. In case you haven’t heard, the couple’s former nanny’s boyfriend tried to blackmail the family by threatening to sell said photos.

We doubt we would ever be able to act so strong if we were in Cindy’s shoes.

If you were one of the people shaken by Cindy Crawford‘s nanny nightmare, you can breathe a sigh of relief.  German model Edis Kayalar turned himself in on one count of extortion in Germany yesterday, reports TMZ.

Kaylar’s girlfriend was allegedly the nanny to the children of Cindy and her husband Rande Gerber.  Kaylar was threatening to sell a grotesque photo of Cindy’s 8-year-old daughter, Kaia Jordan, tied to a chair and gagged.

Details of the nanny’s name have not yet been released, but experts have already told HollywoodLife.com readers how they can avoid being caught up in a similar situation.
