We already knew Zac Efron was romantic — only true casanovas can unhook bras with one hand and casually drop condoms on red carpets — but his April 23 interview with Rachael Ray revealed he might actually be a modern-day Cyrano. When asked to recall his most romantic gesture for a girl, The Lucky One star replied, “Write a song … or do a painting. Those are more up my alley. They’re more personal.”

Can you imagine Zac writing a beautiful melody for you, much less expressing his love through the time-honored art of paint?

We know every little detail about Kim Kardashian‘s wedding to Kris Humphries and now we’re learning all the secrets of Kim’s married life! The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star appeared on the Rachael Ray Show Oct. 11 following her four-hour E! wedding special and she says despite her gorgeous wedding, she has a major regret!

“My one regret at the wedding and I’m so mad I didn’t think of this … I should have had a little box or stool I stood on,” Kim says. “There should have been a little stair, it should have been a little extra stair so I could be a little taller that day.”

We think Kim looked stunning even though Kris towered over her 5’2″ frame at 6’9″ feet tall! Now that Kim and Kris have said ‘I do’ the reality star says she’s still not quite used to the idea of being married.

“It is weird saying the word ‘husband’, Kim says. “Khloe says ‘husband’ every other word and I always make fun of her.”

Kim revealed during the special that she would not be taking Kris’ last name and her hubby ended up being a good sport about it. But that’s not the only reason he’s such a great partner — he eats her cooking even if it tastes horrible!

“I cooked this meal the other day … I’ve made it before, I don’t know what happened with me I just made it so bad and he ate the whole thing,” Kim says. “I took one bite and spit it out. It was the worst meal! But I made up for it with other things I had made.”

But for those of you who are jealous of Kim’s lavish nuptials, she says don’t be too taken by the glitz and glam:

“It is so stressful planning a wedding. I wanted to kill everyone around me!”

It’s about time — Kim officially states that she is not single. And mom Kris says stay tuned on the rumors about yet another new Kardashian reality show for Kendall and Kylie.

Kim Kardashian finally confirmed that she’s in a relationship with NBA basketballer Kris Humphries. After months of rumors, sightings and photos, it’s been getting pretty obvious — we’ve just been waiting for Kim to say it herself!

Appearing with her mom Kris Jenner on The Rachael Ray Show, Kim was asked about her relationship status and she was quick to state, “Not single.”

Asked about her previous vow that she was planning on staying single for a year, Kim said, “I guess I’m just a hopeless romantic. As much as you want to try, I guess it’s not the worst resolution to break. I’m having a good time, I’m happy.” Kim then proceeded to give her New Jersey Nets beau a shout-out, waving at the camera and saying, “Hi Kris!”

Rachael got Kris  to talk about reports that her two youngest daughters, Kendall, 15, and Kylie, 14, are getting their own spin-off reality show — and it looks like it’s a good bet that they will!

“We’ve been batting that around a little bit,” Kris said. “As long as they get good grades and keep doing what they’re doing and stay good girls. You never know!”

But expect to wait a little while before you see these two girls on their own show. Kris said that if it happens, it won’t be happening right away: “In a year or two. They’re a little young.”

Even though the reality TV star breastfeeds her 8-month-old daughter Bryn – and loves it — she thinks nursing in public is inappropriate and should be kept private. “I think, unless you are Pamela Anderson, you shouldn’t be showing anyone your breasts besides your husband and your baby,” Bethenny tells Rachael Ray. Although Bethenny got a round of applause from some of Rachael’s audience members, others weren’t too impressed by her comment. We’re positive the angry Canadian moms, who staged a breastfeeding protest in a local mall, would be outraged also! But, Bethenny did make some good points as she explained herself. “I think you should find a corner, or there is always a back room, I just think it makes other people uncomfortable,” says Bethenny. “When you are a mother you think everyone is ‘in on’ what you’re ‘in on’, but they’re not. “

Breastfeeding is best, says Surgeon General

“Definitely breastfeed and do things your own way, but in that one way, I would keep it a little bit private,” she says, adding, “Whipping out your boob at the dinner table is a good diet tip for everyone else.”

Hey, Hollymoms! Every day this week we’re sharing a new recipe from our favorite celebrity chefs that would be perfect to stir up this Christmas! Whether you’re having a cocktail party or a four-course meal, Food Network star Rachael Ray‘s Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms will be a welcome addition to your menu. You’ll probably want to bake up a double batch, as we’re sure they’re going to be a crowd favorite!

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Yields: 24

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, one turn of the pan
24 large gourmet stuffing mushroom caps, stems removed and reserved brushed with damp towel
Salt and pepper

Stuffing:
1 1/2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, half a turn of the pan
3/4 pound sweet bulk Italian sausage
4 cloves garlic, chopped
20 stems mushrooms, finely chopped
1 rib of celery and green, leafy top from the heart of the stalk, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 (10-ounce) box chopped frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
3 slices white bread, toasted and buttered, chopped into small dice
1/3 cup grated Parmigiano or Romano, 2 handfuls

Directions:

Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add oil and mushroom caps and season caps with salt and pepper. Saute caps 5 to 7 minutes, until they are lightly browned and tender on edges. Turn caps up and let juices drain away from caps. Transfer caps to a small nonstick baking sheet. Wipe out skillet and return to heat. Add a touch of oil and sausage to the hot skillet. Brown and crumble sausage for 3 minutes. In a food processor pulse and chop the garlic, add mushroom stems and pulse to chop the mushroom stems. Add celery, onion and red bell pepper to the mushrooms and pulse to chop. Remove mixture from the processor and saute veggies and mushrooms over medium high heat another 3 to 5 minutes. Add dry, defrosted spinach and stir into stuffing. Add chopped bread and cheese to the pan and toss stuffing until bread is moist and stuffing is combined, 2 or 3 minutes. Fill caps with stuffing using a small scoop or large spoon. Place caps in hot oven and reduce heat to 450 degrees F. Bake 6 to 8 minutes to crisp edges of stuffing and set stuffing in mushrooms. Transfer stuffed mushrooms to a serving plate.

Bridget Moynahan appeared recently on the Rachael Ray Show to promote her upcoming movie, Beezus and Ramona, and also her hit new TV show, the CBS drama, Blue Bloods. But when Rachael asked her about being a mom, Bridget, 38, lit up as she talked about her 3-year-old son, John Edward or “Jack” to his family. “He’s a thinker,” she said. “And both his dad and myself were athletes growing up so he’s very active that way.” Jack’s dad, if you don’t know, is star NFL quarterback Tom Brady.

Tom, 32, and Bridget had dated for several years but broke up late in 2006, right before Bridget learned she was pregnant with Tom’s child. Tom was soon dating Gisele Bundchen, 29, whom he later married and with whom he has another son, 10-month-old Benjamin. Gisele struck up a controversy with Bridget in April, 2009, when she referred to Jack, as her own, saying, “to me it’s not like because somebody else delivered him, that’s not my child.” Bridget was hurt by this, with a friend commenting, “For Jack’s sake, she wanted him to be comfortable with Gisele. Bridget tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. But that goodwill has taken a hit. She’s like, ‘Did she really say that?’”

But her visit with Rachael Ray had none of that unpleasantness, as Bridget focused on how much she loves motherhood. “It’s just a joy, he’s so much fun. He’s three, so he’s got his own little personality.”

We couldn’t believe our eyes when Snooki revealed a new subtle look on the Feb. 15 episode of The Rachael Ray Show — and neither could Rachael Ray! Her jaw dropped as Snooki emerged from her make-under wearing a cute leather jacket, white top and, wait for it… flattened hair! “I feel like I’m going to my son’s kindergarten class,” Snooki said of her new look. Uh… we’ll take that as an “I hate it.” J-WOWW and Sammi got the Rachael Ray treatment, too, and just like Snooki, they weren’t big fans of their new looks.

Have you ever wondered how Nicole Polizzi, 21, became “Snooki”? You might not believe it, but it actually came from Julia Stiles‘ 2001 movie Save the Last Dance! “I think it was like eighth grade, and I was the first girl in my girlfriends to make out with a guy,” she confesses to Rachael Ray on the Jan. 21 episode of her talk show. “So you know Save the Last Dance Snooki the cootchie crook? It was the D.J. Anyway, my girls started calling me Snooki, so it just stuck ever since. I was in eighth grade!” But that’s not the only highlight from the Jersey Shore cast’s visit to the show: Ronnie Magro, 23, and Sammi Giancola, 22, talk about their relationship status, and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, 27, gives Rachael her own Jersey Shore nickname!

Ronnie says he and Sammi are still together, though their relationship has changed since the two became famous. “It’s pretty hard, but I mean you just deal with it day by day and that’s it,” he says. Sammi adds that “things are good,” but neither of them really elaborate on what happens behind closed doors.

And what would we call Rachael Ray if she became a Jersey Shore girl? Why, “The Appetizer” of course! “I think I thought of one backstage real quick!” The Situation says. “I was trying to think of something with like food and stuff like that weather it was the entrée, but I was like you know what, it’s the appetizer!”
