Salma looked purrrfect on the red carpet with her daughter!

On Oct. 24 Salma Hayek took her daughter Valentina to the red carpet premiere of Puss In Boots in Los Angeles. How cute is Valentina!

In the movie, Salma voices the character Kitty Softpaws. “I just went with the flow and let the director and Antonio walk me through this experience,” she said, according to The Daily Mail. “It was totally new for me.”

Her co-star in the movie, Antonio Banderas, recently told HollyBaby.com that he didn’t expect Puss In Boots to be such a hit! “I didn’t know [it would be such a success],” he told us. “I did Puss and Boots for the first time when I was on Broadway in 2003, and it was a recurring character at the time. I never thought that the character was going to be a star, but he is!”

Antonio reveals the true meaning behind his new movie, and chats about his chats about his character, Puss in Boots’, new spin-off!

In Shrek Forever After, the green monster is bored with being a baby daddy and husband. To spice up his life, he cuts a deal with Rumpelstiltskin to go back to being s free and single ogre, but winds up losing the love of his life. But what does it all mean? Antonio Banderas, who plays saucy kitty Puss in Boots, reveals the movie’s hidden message!

“For kids and for us, sometime we are just tired of the people that love us the most,” the 49-year-old Spaniard said at the LA premiere of Shrek Forever After May 16, adding, “And you have to realize that with a hard lesson.”
