Although many people thought she just didn’t want to gain the baby weight, it turns out Jillian suffers from endometriosis.

Trainer Jillian Michaels, 37, who is currently in the process of adopting a child and becoming a first-time mom, confessed over the weekend that she struggles with infertility. Last year, Jillian said she wouldn’t want to carry a baby herself because she couldn’t “handle doing that to my body.” And although that comment stirred up a lot of controversy, Jillian explains that it was not about putting on weight, but was addressing the fact that she has endometriosis. Sad news.

“I most likely couldn’t get pregnant,” she tells The New York Times. “I’ve had the X-rays, my tubes are closed, the uterine lining is too thick, blah, blah, blah.”

“I was ashamed about it because I thought I’m supposed to be the healthiest woman in the world, and what does this say about me if I can’t have kids of my own,” she says. “It was insecurity, which I have to work on.”

A friend of the Biggest Loser star says it took a lot of strength for Jillian to confess her fertility issue. “Jillian would much rather have kept her private life private,” a friend tells PopEater‘s Rob Shuter. “She thought the nasty comments would stop, but once it became clear that they wouldn’t, she felt the need to address it head-on.”

There are so many women out there who battle infertility, including celebrities like Nicole Kidman and Khloe Kardashian, and the source says that if Jillian “can make just one woman struggling to conceive right now feel better about herself then it was all worth it.”

We hope Jillian gets the family she dreams of, as well as other women struggling with similar fertility problems.

The Parks & Recreation star says it’s “total madness” raising two little boys, age two and under! But she feels “very blessed!”

When you’re on a roll, why stop? That’s Amy Poehler‘s motto when it comes to kids. “There’s a certain chaos that is kind of fun,” the actress, 39, tells PopEater of raising her two boys Archie, 2, and Abel, 7 months. “Like when you already have one kid in diapers and all that stuff, you might as well just keep it going.” Hey, it makes sense!

Amy, who is married to the equally funny Will Arnett, 40, admits that it’s often “total madness” in the house with her “double-A batteries,” but she wouldn’t have it any other way.

“You really, really learn the lesson of just living in the moment because you just can’t plan anything,” Amy explains. “Kids just really teach you to just enjoy this now because five minutes from now, you could be losing it.”  And you would never want to lose a single moment with your adorable blonde boys, Amy!

Sandra Bullock is preparing her cheating ex Jesse James‘ kids for the new mommy entering their lives –  tattoo artist and TV personality, Kat Von D. If it comes down to it Sandra, 46, is willing to take a step back and let Chandler, 16, Jesse Jr., 13, and especially little Sunny, 6 — who Sandra cared for since she was a toddler — bond with their soon-to-be stepmom. Is she doing the right thing?

“Sandra loves Sunny with all her heart and will always be in her life,” a friend of the actress tells PopEater.com. “However, she also knows that [Sunny] will have a new mommy soon and will do whatever she needs to do to make sure Jesse’s new wife and Sunny have a great relationship even if that means taking a step away.” Way to go, Sandra! We really respect you for considering the kids above all else.

While Jesse, 41, was married to Sandra he was granted full custody of Sunny after her mother, porn star Janine Lindemulder, was jailed for tax evasion. Sandra played a key role in the custody case, telling the court that she saw Sunny as her own daughter. “Sandra thought Jesse would never be able to hurt her again, but she was wrong,” another insider tells PopEater.com. “When Jesse was in rehab it was Sandy who was a mother to his little girl. Despite what Jesse did, Sandra never walked away from Sunny.”

But now, despite her desire to remain close to the little girl, Sandra has to try and allow Sunny to bond with Kat Von D which means leaving behind their mommy-daughter relationship. “She has given that sweet child nothing but love,” the source adds. “As difficult as this will be, once again Sandra will prove what a lady she is.” We have no doubt!

Tiger Woods came back in full swing this weekend at the Chevron World Challenge — almost nabbing first place — but things aren’t getting any better off the greens. Apparently, Tiger, 34, is spending less and less time with his kids, Sam, 3, and Charlie, 1½, who are almost always with their mom, Elin Nordegren, 30. “Tiger spent Thanksgiving with his two kids and his mother but hasn’t seen much of them since the split,” an insider tells Rob Shuter of PopEater.com. “They spend most of their time with Elin, who is getting on with her life since the ugly separation.”

The source says that Elin hates being around Tiger and prefers to be somewhere else when he visits Sam and Charlie. And we don’t blame her. After the infamous Thanksgiving 2009 car crash exposed Tiger’s secret life and destroyed her marriage, Elin has every right to be disgusted with her estranged husband. And what probably makes her even angrier is that he hardly spends time with their children — he hasn’t been photographed with the kids since June 26, when he attended Sam’s birthday!

While Tiger continues to golf his way back to the top, Elin is enjoying her time with the kids, recently bringing them to a Boca Raton, Fl. church to celebrate the Swedish holiday St. Lucia’s Day! “Elin wants the children to know their Swedish traditions and learn Swedish,” a friend of hers tells PopEater. “One day, she can see herself and the children all moving back to Sweden to be around her family.” Tiger better shape up or he’ll be saying bye, bye to Sam and Charlie for good!

Less than a month after giving birth to son Egypt, Alicia Keys showed off her post-baby body while out on the town with her hubby, Swizz Beatz!  She looked as gorgeous as ever!

Alicia Keys looked slim and beautiful as she showed off her post-baby bod while out in New York last night with her husband, Swizz Beatz, who was honored by GQ magazine at Kastel in the Trump Soho Hotel. The happy couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Egypt Daoud on Oct. 14, and Alicia says motherhood is “wonderful.” “I can’t believe I got her out of the house,” the music producer joked to a packed crowd.

The pair looked as happy as ever, dancing up a storm and being very affectionate on the dance floor. We’re sure the couple hasn’t had much time for themselves lately, so it’s nice to hear they had a fun time! “Just look at them. This is unbelievable! After Bryan Masche flipped his lid and was arrested on domestic violence charges, the WE Network is reportedly rewarding the troublemaker dad with a new season of his reality show!

Bryan Masche, 32, has stirred up a lot of controversy since his Sept. 11 arrest on domestic violence charges but that doesn’t seem to be hindering the success of his TV show on the WE Network, Raising Sextuplets! “After all the attention that arrest has received the network immediately ordered another season,” a TV insider tells Rob Shuter of PopEater.com. “Cameras didn’t capture the incident but you can bet its going to be a major storyline on the third season with Bryan trying desperately to clear his name while at the same time being a father to his kids and loving husband to his beautiful wife Jenny.”

The trouble began when Bryan and his wife, Jennifer, 35, got into an argument at her parents’ Arizona home over whether or not to take their six 3 year-olds, Savannah, Bailey, Grant, Cole, Molli, and Blake to Phoenix or Lake Havasu City. The disagreement escalated when Bryan tried to load three of the kids into his car — along with four guns!

“This is TV gold,” an insider tells PopEater. “The entire next season will have everyone tuning in to see if Bryan is indeed a good father or a monster. WE couldn’t have scripted this better if they had tried. You can bet cameras will be with Bryan on October 7th when he’s expected back in court.”

With all this violence and aggression, we don’t understand how renewing the show can be a good thing for the Masche family! Jenny and the kids remain at her parents’ home, while Bryan is laying low at an undisclosed location. While her dad told HollyBaby.com that she hasn’t filed for divorce yet, do you think it’s a good idea for Jenny and the kids to be put into a potentially dangerous situation for the sake of a TV show?

The rock star is even writing lullabies for the newest members of his family — twins who are due later this year.

Chris Daughtry may have developed a reputation on American Idol as a rocker who refused to compromise, but the lead singer of Daughtry revealed a softer side in an interview with Popeater.com, and admitted that being a good dad to his kids is always in his thoughts when he’s writing songs. And that means no R-rated lyrics!

“Certainly you feel that you don’t want to put anything in your music that you wouldn’t want your kids listening to,” he says. “That’s always in the back of my mind. Not only do we have a lot of kid fans, but more importantly, we want to be an example to our own kids.”

Chris and his wife Deanna already have two kids (Hannah, 13, and Griffin, 12) and they’re are expecting fraternal twins through a surrogate later this year, which has inspired Chris to tackle a whole other form of songwriting — this gravel-voiced singer is penning lullabies! Despite the world’s intense interest in Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren‘s divorce (plus Tiger’s countless alleged affairs), Elin‘s shocking interview still didn’t sell more copies of People magazine last week than the issue that had the exclusive first photos of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie‘s twins Knox and Vivienne did in Aug. 2008, PopEater‘s Naughty but Nice Rob reports.

“Everyone at People will be popping the champagne this morning,” a source told Rob. “Early numbers show that Elin sold around 2 million copies, way up from its average of 1.4 million, yet not quite the 2.5 million Angelina sold.” (The two top selling issues in the past 35 years have been the story of Princess Diana‘s death with 3 million copies bought and the issue that came out after Sept. 11 with 4.1 million copies sold.)

Fortunately this time around, People didn’t have to pay for Elin’s story. She shared it with the magazine for free — unlike Angie, who was paid $12 million for the pictures of her twins.

“This wasn’t about the money for Elin,” the insider told Rob. “It was about telling her story once and for all. She will be happy that so many people bought the issue and finally read the truth. But now she hopes they all go away and leave her and her family alone. The last thing in the world Elin wanted to be was a celebrity.”
