Pete Wentz, 33, reportedly thinks that his ex-wife, Ashlee Simpson, 28, is partying too hard since her parents’ recent separation. He allegedly threatened Ashlee’s mother, Tina, saying he will take custody of their four-year-old child, Bronx, if Ashlee doesn’t change.

“Pete is worried that Bronx’s well-being could be affected if Ashlee continues to party hard, and he’s concerned about her right now,” a source told Radar Online. “He spoke with Tina about his concerns and warned that if Ashlee doesn’t get a grip and calm down the partying he won’t hesitate to get a temporary full custody order in place for Bronx.”

Ashlee’s Mother Is Dealing With The Situation

“Tina is heartbroken over the situation. She’s been very hands-on with Bronx and loves spending time with her grandson,” the source continued. “But, with the situation as it is, if Ashlee doesn’t sort herself out soon, Pete believes he will have no option but to go to the courts to get this matter resolved.”

Ashlee Is Burning Herself Out

According to this source, Pete thought in the past that Ashlee was burning herself out and he was completely unhappy about it!

“Ashlee is in the dog house right now with Pete,” a source previously told Radar Online. “He’s concerned that she’s burning the candle at both ends and worried about the effect on Bronx if she continues in this current state.”

“Pete’s told Ashlee that enough is enough, and she has to cut back on the partying.” This sounds serious!

It’s official: Fall Out Boy’s two-year break is over! Fans can rejoice with a new single, plans for an album and a tour. Pete Wentz, Patrick Stump, Joe Trohman and Andy Hurley addressed their fans via their band’s official website to let them know that Fall Out Boy is back in action.

“[W]hen we were kids the only thing that got us through most days was music,” read the official statement. “It’s why we started fall out boy in the first place. this isn’t a reunion because we never broke up. we needed to plug back in and make some music that matters to us.”

Oh, and one more thing:

“The future of fall out boy starts now.”

“My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)” is the band’s first single off its new album Save Rock and Roll, which will be released May 6.

With the excitement of an album on the way, Fall Out Boy decided to get fans even more excited by playing three one-night-only concerts for their fans in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles.

Pete Wentz is officially a pumpkin picking expert, as the 33-year-old former Fall Out Boy rocker has made more than one outing to purchase them this week! On Oct. 16, he took his girlfriend Meagan Camper to buy pumpkins, and the following day he was seen buying more with his adorable son Bronx Mowgli at Ralph’s Grocery store in LA.

Pete and Bronx have made several outings together lately, including both a farmer’s market and pet store.

Bronx clearly takes after his dad’s rocker style, but he has his mom Ashlee Simpson’s blond hair.

Pete and 28-year-old Ashlee are a perfect example of a couple who can successfully co-parent. The couple divorced in 2011 after three years of marriage, but can stay amicable for their son. Just last month, they took him to get a haircut together.

But he’s still rocking those blonde curls!

The rocker, 32, and Bronx‘s mom Ashlee Simpson split in February, but have been keeping it friendly for the sake of their son, who looks to be doing well!
