Just a day after Holly Madison and Pasquale Rotella set their wedding date on Holly Has A Baby, it has been revealed that Pasquale is facing up to 13 years in prison for charges that include bribery and conspiracy.

Holly Madison’s Fiance Going To Jail?

Holly’s fiance, and the father of her child, appeared in a Los Angeles court on May 13 to face charges for bribery, embezzlement, conspiracy, and conflict of interest, according to Radar Online.

Allegedly, Pasquale used more than $2.5 million in funds from the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum to bribe city officials. He was indicted along with five other people involved in his company, Insomniac Events. He posted bail, which was set at $1.8 million, and was released from jail.

Reportedly, the case will reconvene just two weeks before Pasquale and Holly planned to wed, on July 29. If he is convicted on all of the charges, he will go to prison for more than a decade.

Pasquale Rotella ‘Has Always Acted Lawfully’

Though this definitely looks really bad for Holly’s fiance, his attorney has continued to stand strongly in defense. Pasquale “has always acted lawfully and appropriately with respect to all of his dealings with the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum,” the lawyer, Gary Jay Kaufman said. “Any allegations of wrongdoing on the part of Mr. Rotella by the District Attorney’s office are completely baseless and flat-out wrong.”

“Any charges against Mr. Rotella are clearly politically motivated and publicity driven,” he concluded.

Holly Madison made the transition from Las Vegas peepshow star to proud  mommy after her daughter Rainbow Aurora was born on March 5, and she shared the crazy ride with viewers during her E! documentary special Holly Has A Baby.

Holly & Pasquale Get Ready For Baby

Holly and her boyfriend Pasquale Rotella are so excited to be first-time parents, but they have a lot to prepare for! They both have super busy careers in Las Vegas — Holly had her headlining peepshow, and Pasquale is an entrepreneur with several businesses going on — but they are starting to prepare for their new arrival.

Since Holly can’t perform her Peepshow anymore, she has passed the reins off to Coco Austin. She also teaches some of the other younger girls in the show the ins and outs of the performance, and tells everyone to just be themselves and have fun on stage!

Holly and Pasquale have a countdown to their baby’s delivery, and before they know it — it’s almost here! They head to the hospital a little early, and are super prepared for their little girl’s arrival.

Holly Delivers Her Baby Girl

Once Holly and Pasquale get to the hospital, Holly starts feeling her contractions and cannot wait for the epidural.

“The pain of a contraction  feels like squeezing all of your insides together into a tiny little marble,” Holly says.

Finally when she gets her epidural, the pain went away and she was in a much happier mood. All she had to do was push — and before long, baby Rainbow was there! Holly’s first instinct is to ask if she was OK, then she snuggles with the tiny newborn on her chest. “I love her so much,” Holly coos.

Pasquale is also one smitten daddy, and can’t stop staring at his baby girl. “Her eyes are giant and beautiful, just like Holly’s. The first time I held her, I just felt so in love,” he says.

Holly & Pasquale Bring Baby Rainbow Home

The first nights of bringing Rainbow home, Holly and Pasquale are totally smitten. And even though it’s hard work staying up with a newborn, they love every minute!

Baby Rainbow’s grandma and grandpa also come to visit, and Holly says it feels like the “circle of life” to have her own mom holding her baby — so sweet!

Holly & Pasquale Discuss Marriage — And Set A Date!

After welcoming their first child together, everyone keeps asking the new parents when they care going to tie the knot. Holly candidly says that she is just waiting until her man asks before they can set an official date.

When they try to figure out dates, it looks like nothing works out in their schedule. They are both super busy, and no weekends in the upcoming summer seem to work out. Holly even says she wants to get married soon because she might be pregnant next summer!

Finally, Pasqaule surprises his lady with some exciting news — he picked out some gorgeous engagement rings for her to choose from, and he finally found a date that works in their schedule!

The couple is going to tie the knot on August 14, 2013! Holly says her life finally feels complete — she has her gorgeous baby girl, and a man whom she loves. And now that she has her baby weight off, it’s time to finish the details of her dream wedding!

Holly welcomed her first child on March 5 with fiance Pasquale Rotella, and while she has released professional photos of her little girl to magazines, this is the first time we’ve seen the mother-daughter duo out and about together in public.

The former Playboy bunny and her baby girl embraced the sunny weather while going for a stroll at The Grove in LA, but little Rainbow was fast asleep on her mom’s chest! Holly even rocked a rainbow-themed manicure, with each nail painted a different color in honor of her baby girl — so sweet!

Holly Madison Defends Rainbow’s Unique Name

After people criticized the proud parents for naming their little girl Rainbow, Holly took to her blog on March 8 to defend the unique name:

I have always loved the name Rainbow. There was a girl in my school a few years younger than me named Rainbow and I was so envious of her name because it was so pretty and unusual. She was a perfectly normal, well-adjusted, sporty girl, by the way, so I’m not worried about my daughter being ‘traumatized’ by having an unusual name. There are a lot of smug haters out there who bag on my choice of a name, but I don’t care about what they think. I want my daughter to be proud of who she is and learn to speak up and stand up for herself at a young age.

Holly Madison promised that her baby girl’s name was going to be unique, and when she announced on March 8 what she and baby daddy Pasquale Rotella named their daughter, it caused major buzz — and not much of it positive.

Holly revealed that their daughter, who was born on March 5, was named Rainbow Aurora – definitely a unique choice. But after much criticism on social media, the former Girls Next Door star came to her baby girl’s defense.

“I have always loved the name Rainbow. There was a girl in my school a few years younger than me named Rainbow and I was so envious of her name because it was so pretty and unusual,” Holly wrote on her blog on March 8.

“She was a perfectly normal, well-adjusted, sporty girl, by the way, so I’m not worried about my daughter being ‘traumatized’ by having an unusual name,” the new mom added.

Holly Madison Defends Her Name Against ‘Haters’

The new mom also revealed that she doesn’t care what the “haters” say — she is proud of the name, and hopes her daughter is strong enough one day to stand up to people too!

“There are a lot of smug haters out there who bag on my choice of a name, but I don’t care about what they think. I want my daughter to be proud of who she is and learn to speak up and stand up for herself at a young age,” Holly added.

“I spent most of my life being a people-pleaser who worried about what other people thought or thought was cool and I don’t want that for her. I couldn’t be more blessed to have such a perfect daughter and have never been happier than I am now!” the proud mom wrote on her blog.

When Holly Madison announced she was expecting a baby girl, she said that she and her baby daddy Pasquale Rotella had a unique name picked out — and after welcoming their first child on March 5, they finally revealed her colorful name a few days later!

On March 8, Holly told E! News what she named her baby girl, and it was definitely the out-of-the-box name she promised!

Holly Madison Gives Birth To A Baby Girl On March 5

The former Girls Next Door star gave birth to her first child, a bouncing baby girl at 11:59 a.m. on March 5, weighing 7 pounds, 2 ounces — and she couldn’t be happier!

“Pasquale and I welcomed our first child, a baby girl!” Holly told In Touch Weekly on the day of the birth. “We haven’t yet decided on a name for her but we couldn’t be any more overjoyed than at this moment.”

“I’ve never been more in love than I am today as, after months of waiting, I finally was able to hold my daughter for the first time,” Pasquale, 38, added. “Holly and I are looking forward to spending some quiet time with our baby and enjoying our new family. I’m truly the luckiest man in the world.”

Holly Madison, 33, isn’t due until March 5 with her first baby, but the excited mom-to-be is checking into the hospital a day early — and is ready for her baby girl to arrive! The former Playboy model reveals “it’s time,” and said she would go into labor early if necessary.

Hugh Hefner‘s ex told the Las Vegas Sun that she was planning on checking into the hospital on March 4 — a day before her baby girl is due to arrive.

“It’s time now,” she told the paper on March 3. “We have decided to induce the delivery if necessary.”

But just because the super-pregnant Holly is ready to go into the hospital before her due date, she may not give birth for a couple more days.

“I will go in Monday (March 4) afternoon or early evening. It still might take up to three more days, though,” she added.

Holly Madison Keeping Baby’s Name A Secret

Holly is welcoming her first baby with her fiance Pasquale Rotella, the first child for both, and is so excited to be welcoming a little girl — although she is not revealing the name just yet.

“We have her name picked out, but that has to remain a secret for now,” she told the paper. “It’s such an unusual and difficult name I have a feeling we’ll add something simpler once she’s arrived safely in our world.”

Somewhere between taking baby basics classes and preparing the perfect baby room, 33-year-old Holly Madison found time to show off her baby bump at the grand opening of Andrea’s Restaurant at the Encore at Wynn Las Vegas on Jan. 16. Holly is excitedly preparing for her new daughter by painting wall murals in the nursery all on her own. “I want to do an Alice in Wonderland nursery and paint murals on the wall,” she says.

She admits to being antsy about getting it all finished on time, but her idea of DIY decor will make her new house that much more cozy. “We’re excited about having a family place,” she says.

While her due date is supposed to be at the beginning of March, this mommy-to-be chooses not to place too much focus on its accuracy. Holly explains, “I know this kid…She’s going to be like me. She’s going to come along whenever she wants to come along. So, I’m just kind of waiting.”

Holly and her beau, Pasquale Rotella, have been tossing around some potential names for their baby girl, but are not ready to make any final decisions. They feel that it’s best to wait until the baby’s arrival in order to choose the perfect name for their little princess.

Despite her conscious effort to maintain a healthy diet throughout her pregnancy, Holly looks forward to being able to hit the gym again. “I definitely want to get back in shape as soon as possible.”

To calm her nerves, Holly took some advice from her own mom that she hopes to be true. “Nobody can tell you what to do, you’re just going to know and instinct takes over.”
