A judge has appointed TJ Jackson, the children’s 34-year-old cousin, to be their temporary guardian because a judge feels as though Katherine really was ‘kidnapped.’

Katherine Jackson has just lost custody of her three grandchildren. The 82-year-old mother of the late Michael Jackson, flew to LA on July 25 after being gone from her grandkids for 10 days. Now, Judge Mitchell Beckloff has granted temporary custody to TJ. 

“We have reason to believe that Mrs. Jackson has been held against her will,” Katherine Jackson’s attorney Sandra Ribera told Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff at a hearing Wednesday.

The judge believes that Katherine was prevented from “acting as guardian” because of third parties. Also, Diana Ross, and Debbie Rowe, the biological mother of the two oldest children, have been given notice of the order.

The order will be reconsidered at a hearing next month. We told you that Trent, one of Katherine’s nephews, filed a missing persons report over the weekend. Since then, Paris has been tweeting up a storm about how her grandmother was “kidnapped.” We also told you that Paris and Janet Jackson got into a fight in front of the home on July 24 and Janet allegedly slapped Paris.

Paris, Prince and Blanket Jackson are in the midst of a huge family battle! While Paris has been tweeting up a storm about the strange disappearance of her grandmother Katherine Jackson, there’s a fight over Michael Jackson‘s will and who should take care of the kids. Now their cousin TJ Jackson, wants “temporary guardianship” of them.

Paris seems to be okay with the idea but according to TMZ, a judge will not grant custody unless the children and legal team are all in agreement that this is in the best interest of the children.

Meanwhile, there was an altercation outside of the Jackson estate on July 23 that involved Janet Jackson, Paris, and other members of the Jackson family. At one point in a video obtained by TMZ, you see Janet trying to grab Paris’ phone. Perhaps because Paris has been tweeting about how the family is mistreating her grandmother and how she was “kidnapped.”

A true miracle gift brings a baby girl into the world in Paris!

Karine Thiriot, 39, gave birth to a healthy baby girl, Victoria Thiriot, in Paris after a 15-year struggle to get pregnant. Karine’s dream came true only because her identical twin, Stephanie, donated an ovary to her!

According to the Daily Mail, Karine suffers from Turner Syndrome and was born without ovaries. It’s a syndrome that affects one in 2,500 girls, and occurs when one of the two X chromosomes found in females is completely or partially missing.

Karine, who had tried in-vitro multiple times, had expected to remains infertile for life. But when her twin Stephanie donated one of her  own ovaries, Karine was finally able to conceive naturally!

More than a year after the 2009 transplant surgery, Karine finally gave birth to 6-lb., 3-oz. Victoria on March 8. Dr. Guy Kerbrat, who delivered Victoria, says the baby is healthy in all ways and doesn’t suffer from Turner Syndrome!

Salma Hayek is a proud mama! The actress, 44, snapped some photos of her 3-year-old daughter, Valentina, as she visited Santa and sat on his lap in Paris! We’re sure the tiny tot let Mr. Claus know exactly what she wants under the tree this year, and we hope Salma was listening!

Although Valentina looks like she is happy to see Santa, Salma says that her little girl doesn’t believe in him! “She will not believe in Santa Claus. No matter what I say to her she just doesn’t buy it,” Salma explains. “I refuse to give it up. ‘There is a Santa Claus.’ ‘OK, mommy, in pretend world, right?’ ‘No, for real.’ ‘For real, right.’ She really doesn’t believe. I don’t know why I have a child like that. I believed in Santa Claus and I was really upset when somebody told me the truth. But I’m hopeful that she’s too young to believe in Santa Claus and in a year or so she’ll believe in it, especially because it’s always a great tool for blackmail when you say, ‘If you don’t do this, Santa Claus is not going to bring you anything.’ But she doesn’t believe in it.”

Angelina Jolie took her 2-year-old son, Knox, to the Paris Aquarium today where the two were surprised by a sudden snow shower. From the look of delight on Knox’s adorable little face one has to wonder if this is the first time the toddler has ever seen snow? In spite of the family’s fab globe-trotting lifestyle, keep in mind that Knox does spend a significant amount of time in snow-free and sunny Los Angeles!

Knox was clutching a toy shark, an aquarium gift shop treat bought by mom, perhaps? Angelina says her youngest son, who has a twin sister, Vivienne, has a personality all his own — quite an accomplishment in a large family of six kids.

“Knox is more the quiet one, very relaxed, while Viv is a little more aggressive and loud,” Angelina says. “It’s funny. Knox looks more like Brad and Viv more like me.”

The kids — Prince, 13, Paris, 12, and Blanket, 8, appear on an Oprah special today, Nov. 8, at 4pm EST and discuss the dad they dearly miss.

“He made the best French toast in the world,” Paris told Oprah. “He was just a normal dad except that he was the best dad!”

How sad that Michael’s demons led him to take such risky drugs, and that he unexpectedly lost his life on June 25th, 2009 at the age of 51. His three children would love to have their daddy still here to still be the “best dad ever.”
