Paris Jackson, 14, debuted a very familiar short, edgy haircut: the Miley! But it seems the teenager isn’t getting much love for the cut, tweeting, ‘That awkward moment when everyone is saying no to doing the right thing…… if i want to cut my hair and donate it I’d appreciate SOME support.’

However, it seems the Miley ‘do may have been a wig. Paris later posted a different pic, with the caption ‘how about this one?’  Whichever haircut Paris decides to go with, she’ll always be a beauty!

Katherine Jackson’s attorney Perry Sanders has released a statement regarding the family matriarch’s decision on who should raise Michael Jackson’s children — Prince, Paris, and Blanket!

“It was agreed by all that it is in the best interest of Mrs. Jackson and the children to file a modified joint pleading at the beginning of next week,” Perry tells TMZ of his client’s plans to share guardianship with her grandson TJ Jackson, son of Tito Jackson.

“That pleading will essentially now legally reflect how Mrs. Jackson and TJ have often shared  responsibilities of raising the children since Michael Jackson’s tragic passing,” her attorney added, claiming the new arrangement ”reflects the wishes of [Michael Jackson's] children.”

The Jackson family feud allegedly started over the fact that a number of Michael’s siblings were not pleased with the way the executors of his estate were handling Michael’s money. But this new agreement would reportedly still “empower” Katherine to control the family’s allowance — equalling $70K per month, so nothing changes monetarily.

What does change is that Katherine will have less responsibilities such as managing the large staff that comes with raising such high profile children.

“It will also make clear for school personnel and anyone else coming into contact with the children that TJ is authorized to act on their behalf,” Katherine’s lawyer continues. “Mrs. Jackson will then be freed up to focus on the more personal everyday decision making related to the lives and activities of the children.”

It must be noted that when Katherine passes, it seems that TJ would take SOLE guardianship of the children if they are still minors at the time.

Katherine’s lawyer concludes by saying, “Mrs. Jackson is extremely pleased with the prospect of enjoying the pleasure of raising Michael’s children without the day-to-day tedium of items such as managing the large staff that goes with such a high profile family and focus her attention on being a grandmother and raising Michael’s children.”

Following her mysterious disappearance, Katherine Jackson, the 82-year-old mother of the late Michael Jackson, was temporarily removed of guardianship over Michael’s children Prince, Paris, and Blanket.

A few days ago, Prince posted a screen shot of his text message to his Aunts and Uncle pleading, “This is enough so I am texting you for the simple fact that WE DEMAND TO SPEAK TO MY GRANDMA NOW!!!”

Prince’s aunt Janet Jackson refused to let the children see their grandmother responding,”Don’t let them pls.”

Fortunately, the Jackson kids were eventually reunited with their grandmother. Prince also tweeted, “Although I am happy my grandma was returned, after speaking with her I realized how misguided and how badly she was lied to. I’m really angry and hurt.”

On July 26, Paris tweeted, “grandma’s here ! #thankyougod <33.”

Losing much sleep over her grandmother’s disappearance, Paris was finally able to rest after her grandmother safely returned home. She tweeted, “5 hours of sleep last night, been awake for 23 … time to #hibernate.”

There are still a lot of questions surrounding Katherine’s mysterious disappearance and her children’s involvement with it, but for now she’s safely back at home.

When Michael Jackson died, his mother Katherine was named guardian of his three children Paris, Prince, and Blanket. In a distressing development, Paris has tweeted that she and her brothers have not seen their grandmother for nine days and believe she had been kidnapped.

On July 22, Paris made the first mention of her concerns over her grandmother’s whereabouts, tweeting “yes, my grandmother is missing. i haven’t spoken with her in over a week i want her home now.” That same day, her concern led her to tweet the phone number of her security team, asking that if anyone had seen Katherine, to please call. She also tweeted this alarming message, “the same doctor that testified on behalf of Dr. Murray saying my father was a drug addict (a lie) is caring for my grandmother…just saying.”

On July 23, Paris tweeted again, saying, “8 days and counting. something is really off, this isn’t like her at all…i wanna talk directly to my grandmother!!

Meanwhile, the day Paris began tweeting her accusations, Jermaine Jackson, Michael’s brother and Katherine’s son quickly tweeted a rebuttal, saying, “No-one is being “blocked” from speaking with Mother. She is merely an 82-year-old woman following doctor’s orders to rest-up and de-stress, away from phones and computers. Everyone has been well aware of this within the family, but I would like to reiterate my reassurance to the outside world that Mother is fine.”

The family battle over Michael Jackson‘s money and children is getting worse and worse, according to a new report on TMZ.

Sources confirm that there were two SUVs that drove into Katherine‘s Calabasas, CA, home on July 23. The first contained Janet, Randy, and Jermaine, while another followed with Michael’s three kids: Paris, Blanket, and Prince.

Janet, Randy, and Jermaine did not have authority to enter, and immediately tried to convince the three kids to get in a car to drive them to Arizona to see their “missing grandmother.”

A security video shows Janet trying to grab Paris’ cell phone from her. Sources say Janet slapped Paris, and screamed “You’re a spoiled little b**ch!”

Paris slapped Janet back and yelled, “This is our house. Not the Jackson family house. Get the f**k out!”

Meanwhile, TJ, who is seeking custody of the kids, tried to stop the guys, by putting Randy in a headlock and punching Jermaine in the mouth.

This battle is just getting started.

Paris Jackson, 14, is featured on the June 10 episode of Oprah’s Next Chapter, and she tells Oprah Winfrey that Michael’s death “never gets easier” for her or her siblings — Prince Michael, 15, and Blanket, 10.

Justin Bieber has credited much of his love of music and dancing to the late Michael Jackson, so he wanted to come out and honor the memory of his idol at Michael’s Hand & Footprint Ceremony at Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood, alongside the Jackson children.

Paris Jackson introduced Justin this morning to the packed crowd, saying, “My father would have been proud to mentor this person — Justin Bieber — and I am a big fan of his.”

Justin, 17, looked adorable when he came on stage, telling the audience, “I don’t usually get nervous, but I’m kind of a little right now. Michael meant so much to me. I know he meant a lot to you guys as well. He was more than entertainer. He was an inspiration. He was kind, gentle and very charitable. People are going to remember him for his dancing and singing, but people have to remember him for being the man he was. Everything I do, [I look at Michael Jackson].”

He added, “I used to look in the mirror and sing ‘Rockin’ Robin’ to myself. When I was really little. I want to sing a little of that for you guys.”

The world famous pop star then sang an acoustic version of his old favorite and brought the house down. “Thank you so much. Have a blessed day. Michael, I love you!” he said, filled with emotion.

At the end of the ceremony, Justin posed next to Paris, 13, and Katherine Jackson in front of Michael’s hand and footprints. It was obvious Justin and Paris have a great friendship, as they were chatting and laughing after the ceremony.

Michael Jackson‘s daughter Paris Jackson, 13, recently told HollywoodLife.com she’d be acting “soon,” and boy she wasn’t kidding! She’s starring in the new movie Lundon‘s Bridge, and she’s making an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Dec. 15 that’s sure to have everyone talking.

In her first solo interview ever, Paris reveals the inspiring words from her father that she’s now using to fuel her passion for acting: “If I die tomorrow, always remember what I told you.”

But even though she has great respect for the late King of Pop, there’s one thing Paris was never quite sold on: The masks he made his kids wear in public!

“This is stupid,” Paris remembers thinking. “Why am I wearing a mask?”
