Tori and her two kids Liam and Stella grace the October issue in Halloween costumes!

If you thought a celebrity showing off her baby bump on the cover of a magazine was awesome, check this out! Mom-to-be Tori Spelling, her baby belly and her two kids Liam, 4, and Stella, 3, appear on the new issue of Parenting magazine — and they’re all ready for Halloween!

Now you might be thinking, Halloween is weeks away, but there’s nothing wrong with starting the tradition a little early, right?

Tori, 38, is due to give birth to her third baby with hubby Dean McDermott in October — right in time for the holiday!

And as for the critics claiming she’s “exploiting” her children, Tori says, “They’re filming our real life, so whatever we’re doing is exactly what we’d be doing if the cameras weren’t there,” Tori tells Nightline at a behind the scenes look at the photo shoot. “To me, it’s not exploiting.”

The actress is thrilled for her parent-to-be pal and is convinced motherhood will change Beyonce for the better!

Beyonce doesn’t have to look too far for advice on parenting – her best friend Gwyneth Paltrow, who’s a mom-of-two, is eager and ready to share everything she’s learned!

“It’s wonderful to see her so happy right now,” Gwyneth tells E! “And so looking forward to the experience. I’m very happy for them.”‘

The singer, 30, announced her pregnancy in spectacular style at the MTV VMAs on Sunday, August 28. She’s due to give birth to her first baby with husband Jay-Z early in 2012.

BFF Gwyneth especially can’t wait to see how motherhood changes Beyonce’s outlook on life — and her career — just like it did for her when she became a mom to daughter Apple, 7 and son Moses, 5.

“I think motherhood is the biggest blessing of all time and it gives your life real meaning,” Gwyneth gushes. “It’s always interesting when you’re a woman with success and you’ve achieved a lot, and then you have a baby and you realize everything you thought was an achievement really is nothing until you have a kid. I think that that will be her experience.”

The actor admits he still wakes up at night to check that his kids with wife Luciana Barroso are still breathing!

Movie action man Matt Damon admits he’s a big softy when it comes to his four daughters! What’s he going to be like when they start dating?!

“My wife’s nickname for me is ‘Red Alert,’” Matt, 40, jokes. “I sometimes check to see if the kids are breathing.”

Matt and Luciana have three kids together; Isabella, 5, Gia, 3, and Stella, 10 months, and he’s stepdad to Alexia, 12, his wife’s daughter from a previous relationship.

He admits he was never paranoid before he became a dad, adding, “I’m probably more protective than I’ve ever been now that I have children.”

The brother and sister, now in their 20s, also allege their mom neglected them by haggling over the price of clothes and refusing to buy them toys!

Kathryn and Steven Garrity II wanted $50,000 in compensation for the ‘bad mothering’ they received at the hands of mom Kimberly. They were even represented in court by their DAD — Kimberly’s EX — but a judge ruled in HER favor!

Kathryn, 20 and Steven, 23, listed a catalog of ‘abuse’ in their lawsuit, including claims their mom threatened to call the police if they refused to wear a seat belt and demanded they return home from parties at midnight.

Steven was particularly aggrieved by an ‘inappropriate’ birthday card that featured a picture of cartoon tomatoes and included no money.

The two-year legal battle has ended in failure for the siblings after an appeals court ruled their mom’s conduct was neither “extreme or outrageous.”

The court also registered concern a ruling in the kids’ favor could “could potentially open the floodgates to subject family child-rearing (to) excessive judicial scrutiny and interference.”

Defending the decision to sue, Kimberly’s ex-husband Steven Miner insists, “(The children) do not view their (lawsuit) as an attack on mothering, but rather on accountability.”

“Everyone makes mistakes, but… there must be accountability for actions. Parenting is no different.”

Is this the craziest thing you’ve ever heard? According to the Chicago Tribune, Steven and Kathryn were raised in privilege in a $1.5 million house!

Thank God common sense prevailed and Kimberly won!

She insists she still loves her kids and hopes to have a relationship with them in the future. Could you forgive and forget, HollyMoms?

From the look of it, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt‘s kids are very happy — no problems here. But Brad’s straight-laced and strict mom Jane disagrees! She and Angie allegedly got into an argument at the twins Knox and Vivienne‘s third birthday party over 5-year-old Shiloh‘s bratty behavior. “Jane thinks Shiloh’s wild and rebellious,” an insider tells In Touch. And she blames Angie!

“Jane is irked at how Angie raises Shiloh,” the source continues. “The twins are always being carried; Shiloh’s hand is hardly held. She thinks Shiloh is forgotten.” Forgotten? Shiloh’s simply independent, what’s wrong with that?

Not to mention Brad and Angelina have not one, but SIX young children to worry about! Their kids have to be able to share the attention sometimes.

“Jane said she would deal differently with a little girl who just wants attention, and Bill [Brad's dad] said he plans to have a long talk with Shiloh,” reveals the source. And obviously, this doesn’t make things easier between Brangelina. “The fact that Jane doesn’t like how Angelina raises Shiloh is a huge point of tension between her and Brad,” adds the insider.

So, what is Brad’s take on this battle? He’s torn.

“He knows his parents’ suggestions come from a good place,” a Pitt family insider shares, “but Angelina feels like Jane is overstepping a boundary by suggesting she needs parenting advice.” And we agree! Leave Angie alone — she’s obviously doing a fine job!

The famous singer reveals he wasn’t always so sure about being a dad, but he’s happy to have finally settled down with partner David Furnish.

“I’m very pleased I changed my mind,” he tells Us Weekly. Elton, 64, welcomed Zachary Jackson Levon Furnish-John via a surrogate with his partner, David Furnish, 48, six months ago. And no wonder he’s head over heels — that baby is adorable!

So, is the teen taking after her inked-up winged mom? Miley Cyrus may only be 18, but she’s already got five tattoos! But by the looks of her 44-year-old mom Tish Cyrus‘ tatted-up back, the ink obsession runs in the family.

Back in 2009, when a 17-year-old Miley wanted to get her “Just Breathe” tattoo, which is located under her left breast, Tish signed the consent form allowing her underage daughter to get permanently inked. And not only that, but the handwriting of the tattoo is Tish’s!

Granted the tattoo has a special meaning — it represents Miley’s close friend who died of cystic fibrosis and her two grandfathers, who both passed away after losing their battles to lung cancer.

But since that fateful day when Tish signed off on the tat, Miley has added to her ink, getting four more — the word “Love” on her ear, a dreamcatcher on her torso, and two small images on her fingers of a heart and a cross.
