Both divas stunned in sparkles, but who wore Stella McCartney better?

As we’ve told you many times on HollywoodLife.com, jumpsuits are all the rage this season! On May 2, Iman chose a bold gold Stella McCartney jumpsuit with a plunging neckline when she walked the red carpet at the Met Gala in NYC — but that wasn’t the last time we saw this look! Gwen Stefani wore the same jumpsuit in black at the premiere of The Tree of Life at the Cannes Film Festival.

To be honest, I’m not the biggest fan of this get-up, but if anyone could pull it off, it’s these ladies. I think seeing something like this on a celeb like Kim Kardashian would look totally tacky. That said, Gwen and Iman are two of the most effortlessly chic ladies on the red carpet, but Gwen wore it better in my opinion! The jumpsuit is more subtle and sophisticated in the simple black color.

What did you think of the latest premiere get-up the star pulled out on the carpet?

While Julia Roberts is promoting Eat, Pray, Love her style seems to be all over the place– one day, she’ll pull out something that doesn’t do her justice yet the very next day she’ll step out looking like the amazing a-lister she is. Well, it’s one step forward, two steps back — while I loved her recent looks, I don’t know how I feel about the all white pantsuit she pulled on in London on Sept. 22.

Most stars pull out all the stops for red carpet premieres in London, but Julia’s look isn’t even worthy of a photo call if you ask me! The star seems way too covered up in the three-piece suit and I don’t think it’s the right look for the red carpet. Of all the amazing dresses she could have chosen, I think this outfit is a major letdown. Don’t get me wrong, she doesn’t look terrible in the get-up, I just think it’s totally out of place. I guess I’ll just have to wait until her next appearance and hopefully she won’t let me down again. What did you think of this get-up?

The singer accessorized her Alexander Vauthier pantsuit in NYC on Dec. 8 with a gold belt and the same spiky gold shoes she wore to her album release party! Ri, we love how you re-wear your one-of-a-kind accessories, but we can’t get over the striking resemblance you share with real-deal trekkies! What do you think of Rihanna’s futuristic look? Is it fashion-forward or just foreign?!
