Lance Armstrong will sit down with Oprah in his first excluisve interview since he was stripped of all of his seven Tour de France titles on August 24. The 90-minute special will air on OWN on January 17 at 9pm EST.

The network said in a statement: “Armstrong will address the alleged doping scandal, years of accusations of cheating, and charges of lying about the use of performance-enhancing drugs throughout his storied cycling career.”

They continued: “Winfrey will speak with Armstrong at his home in Austin, Texas, in his only interview since the seven-time Tour de France winner was stripped of his titles and dropped from millions of dollars in endorsement deals after the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency released an extensive report accusing the renowned cyclist of doping throughout his career. Armstrong was given a lifetime ban on competing professionally. Late last year, Armstrong resigned as chairman of the foundation he created, Livestrong, which has raised hundreds of millions of dollars in the fight against cancer.”

On October 17, 2012, Lance issued a statement when he resigned from Livestrong: “This organization, its mission and its supporters are incredibly dear to my heart. Today therefore, to spare the foundation any negative effects as a result of controversy surrounding my cycling career, I will conclude my chairmanship. As my cancer treatment was drawing to an end, I created a foundation to serve people affected by cancer. It has been a great privilege to help grow it from a dream into an organization that today has served 2.5 million people and helped spur a cultural shift in how the world views cancer survivors.”

Nike also released a statement saying they would no longer be working with him after 16 years.

“Due to the seemingly insurmountable evidence that Lance Armstrong participated in doping and misled Nike for more than a decade, it is with great sadness that we have terminated our contract with him. Nike does not condone the use of illegal performance enhancing drugs in any manner.”

“Justin Bieber is a phonemenon,” Oprah proclaims on the Nov. 25 episode of Oprah’s Next Chapter, where she interviews the “Beauty And A Beat” singer.

“I haven’t done an interview like this since Michael Jackson in 1993,” Oprah tweeted on Nov. 19.

“There’s never been a star like you,” Oprah tells Justin in this new preview clip, tweeted by Justin on Nov. 23. “What do you mean by that,” Justin asks in an attempt to appear humble.

“Obviously, lots of people compare your audiences to Michael Jackson’s audiences — the screaming fans; and your audiences to the Beatles’ fans. I mean, when I saw the crowd last night, it reminded me of myself and Paul McCartney where girls are gaga. Those tremendous legends, who really changed the face of music for our culture, did not have a stardom like yours — like a rise of stardom like yours. You are a product, to a great to extent, of social media. Therefore, there’s never been a star like you,” Oprah says.

“Thank you,” Justin politely responds.

Not only is Rihanna’s dad Ronald Fenty giving a reunion with Chris Brown his blessing, but Oprah Winfrey, who interviewed Rihanna back in August, has “no judgement” about it.

“You know what I loved about that interview is that she came with a big, wide open heart,” Oprah explained to Extra Friday. “She was in the space of forgiveness. And that she learned a lesson, that she was repeating with Chris Brown exactly what she needed to learn from her father.”

“I think that if she is prepared to deal with that and is prepared to help him help himself then so be it,” the talk show host said. “I have no judgment about it. That’s why I can sit there and have such a great time with her because I do all my interviews with no judgment whatsoever. If that’s how you choose to lead your life, that’s really okay.”

“We love each other and we probably always will, and that’s not anything that we’re going to try to change,” Rihanna admitted during her August interview on Oprah’s Next Chapter.

Just days after Rihanna was spotted partying at the same club as Chris Brown, the 24-year-old singer posted a rather cryptic message on her Twitter account.

“Who scurred?” Rihanna wrote on Aug. 27 alongside of an image that reads, “Strong Women Scare Weak Men.”

Rihanna is definitely a strong woman for opening up to Oprah about her abusive past and it would take a weak man (ahem, Chris) not to see that the exotic beauty is madly in love with him!

Later that day, Rihanna tweeted a photo of herself wearing a necklace that says, “F–k You.” Maybe Chris reached out and she didn’t like what he had to say!

Rihanna is currently filming an interview with Oprah to appear on Oprah’s Next Chapter. With Oprah’s usual in-depth questioning, there’s a possibility that Rihanna’s abuse at the hands of Chris Brown may come up. A source tells us that there is one person who really hopes it doesn’t: Chris, himself.

A source close to Chris tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively, “Chris loves [Oprah and is] curious about what she and [Rihanna talk] about in this interview. You know he going to watch whenever it comes on.”

While our source says Chris has an idea of that they’ll be talking about, he hopes the conversations doesn’t look to the past. “He sure it’s about her albums and her awards and all that jazz. He’s cool with [Oprah] and thinks she’s one of the best interviewers in the game and hopes they didn’t talk about all that old s**t…[She's] above all that and…he thinks she [isn't] about to rehash old s**t.”

We’ll find out when Rihanna’s episode of Oprah’s Next Chapter airs August 19 on OWN.

Bobbi Kristina Brown is clearly going through a very rough time after the death of her mother Whitney Houston. But the 19-year-old decided to tell her story to Oprah, and she’s happy that she did.

“She is happy with the way it turned out. The interview really was a healing experience for her and it allowed her to really shed some major emotion, it was almost a form of therapy. It was an overall good experience for the family and Bobbi Kristina, they are all happy with how it turned out,” a source reveals to HollywoodLife.com.
