Nick Stahl just keeps making poor decisions. The Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines actor was taken into custody and slapped with a misdemeanor of lewd conduct after being found doing some questionable things when found by undercover vice offices during a “routine check” at the store.

Nick was reportedly arrested just a little after 8pm and then he was taken to the police station. Once he was released he told reporters that it was a “misunderstanding.”

Keep in mind, the 33-year-old went missing and his wife actually filed a missing persons report before “finding him.” He then went to rehab and then disappeared again.

At the time we told you that it was believed that Nick had gotten himself into some pretty shady stuff and his wife even filed court papers over concern that he was using drugs.

We told you when he went missing his wife at the time said: “He could have overdosed, that’s one thought. And I’m wondering if there will be a body recovered.”

She has reportedly never wanted to get a divorce but was only concerned about the well-being of their two-year-old daughter Marlo.

Nick has starred in movies like The Man Without A Face, Disturbing Behavior, and The Thin Red Line.

Nick Stahl, the actor famous for playing the iconic role of “John Conner” in Terminator 3 has been reported missing. The actor’s wife filed a missing person’s report with the Los Angeles Police Department May 14, which indicated she last saw the 32-year-old May 9.

It is believed Nick had been recently frequenting the Skid Row area of Downtown Los Angeles and may have gotten himself wrapped up in some bad stuff, reports TMZ.

According to various sources, Nick’s wife fears that drugs may have had something to do with his disappearance. She even filed court papers last February, expressing concern over his alleged drug use.

We hope Nick is found safe and sound!
