It looks like congratulations are in order for NeNe Leakes — again! The reality phenom-turned-actress confirmed she’s re-marrying ex-husband Gregg Leakes during a Jan. 3 appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.

“A little after midnight, I was asked this beautiful question: ‘Will you marry me — again?’” Nene, 44, recalled.

NeNe first sparked engagement rumors Dec. 31 when she tweeted romantic pictures of her and Gregg’s New Year’s Eve celebration.

“Headed 2 dinner with u know who,” she tweeted, followed by, “HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM THE LEAKES!”

And Gregg clearly went all-out for the big night, littering the hallway of their beach condo with rose petals and arranging Hershey Kisses on the bed — in a heart shape, of course.

NeNe & Gregg Leakes’ Relationship History

Let’s hope second time’s the charm for NeNe and Gregg, because they haven’t always had the most stable relationship.

The couple first tied the knot in 1997, after dating for a year, and all seemed to be going well — until Gregg divorced NeNe in 2011 because he believed “fame got to her head.” The couple has one child together, Brentt, who’s now 13 years old.

“We’re divorced,” NeNe told Us Weekly in Nov. 2012. ”I’m single and not looking. Love is beautiful thing and marriage is a beautiful thing. … People will enjoy watching Gregg try to woo me back [during season 5].”

Clearly that woo-ing was successful! Congrats to the happy couple.

NeNe Leakes‘ career is blowing up — first as a star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, then a guest spot on Glee, and with now a starring role on the upcoming The New Normal. But the 44-year-old recently revealed a part of her personal life she had been keeping under wraps.

NeNe herself was shocked to find out that her son, 22-year-old Bryson, was going to be a father. Only when she ran into his girlfriend Ashley when she was more than 6 months along did she find out the truth.

Then, NeNe didn’t talk to her son for a week.

“I didn’t feel like he was ready for such a big responsibility,” she told InTouch magazine. “I was at that age when I had him, so I know how tough it is.”

But it didn’t take long for NeNe to warm up to her granddaughter. Just six weeks after the feud with her son, little Bri’asia arrived — and NeNe immediately fell in love!

“I always wanted a girl, and now I have one! She’s just so adorable,” the reality star said.

Bri’asia is two months old now, and NeNe can’t imagine life without her.

“She’s our angel. She’s made our lives complete.”

Lea Michele and Chris Colfer from Glee revealed to Bravo’s Andy Cohen on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live that Real Housewives of Atlanta NeNe Leakes will be joining Glee cast!

The housewife is set to play McKinley High School’s synchronized swimming coach, Roz Washington! Can’t you totally see it? We can!

Nene took it to Twitter to share the news.

“A special Thank u 2 Ryan Murphy the creator of Glee that believed n me & the cast 4 comin n my trailer welcomin me wit open arms,” Nene tweeted on Dec. 20th.

The Real Housewives Of Atlanta promised a lot of drama by putting Kim Zolciak and NeNe Leakes in the same place for the first time since Cynthia Bailey‘s wedding. But the whole scene fizzled, and instead focused on Cynthia’s missing husband, Peter Thomas.

Since I’m not the regular recap-er, I’m going to break this down by person.

Kim: She and her family, including her 2-week-old son and her many wigs, move into a huge mansion. It’s appropriately Housewife tacky and exactly what you’d expect Kim to have.

NeNe: She is really not around much this episode. She shows up at the end to cause absolutely no drama with Kim, which is really too bad.

Cynthia: Opening her new business brings out a few tears in Cynthia, and during her big night, her husband Peter is no where to be found. It doesn’t bode well for their relationship, if next week’s preview is to be believed.

Sheree Whitfield & Phaedra Parks: Last episode, Phaedra represented Sheree in her divorce, but that didn’t really work out for either lady, so this week, they decided to split professionally and keep their personal relationship in tact. Real Housewives stars doing something that seems sane? That’s shocking.

Kandi Burruss: Kandi has gone country — literally. She’s trying to break into the country music world, thinking it could boost her career.

Kim is about to come face-t0-face with her enemy NeNe for the first time in forever! Will cannons be fired at Cynthia Bailey’s party?

Kim Zolciak faces her enemy NeNe Leakes at Cynthia Bailey‘s party during The Real Housewives of Atlanta Dec. 18 episode. It’s the first time they have seen each other since Cynthia’s wedding. Are fireworks about to explode between these two feuding housewives?

“This moment is huge for me,” Cynthia tells the cameras in a preview video. “I’m just so proud that I pulled this off.”

Cynthia shares with Kandi Burruss that Kim is coming to her party. “I invited everybody,” she says. “I know that Kim isn’t really going to a lot of things because she had the baby, but I invited her anyway.”

“My wedding was the last time [Kim and NeNe saw each other],” Cynthia continues. “I don’t know what’s going to happen. Hopefully they don’t cause a scene and ruin the party because it’s not about them tonight. It’s about me.”

So much for Cynthia’s wishful thinking. “Oh, god,” Kim sighs as NeNe enters the party.

“This is the first time since Cynthia’s wedding that I’ve actually seen NeNe or even been in the same space with her,” Kim adds.

Sheree Whitfield, Kim’s ally, warns NeNe not to start any drama. “Kim is here with Kroy, and I know NeNe is not going to mess with her with her baby daddy there,” she says. “He’s a football player. He can take her.”

NeNe Leakes‘ co-stars Kim Zolciak, Sheree Whitfield and Phaedra Parks have ousted her from their inner circle in the current season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Ramona’s husband Mario Singer agrees that he’s on Team NeNe as well. “She’s got a big personality,” he said.

Ramona respects NeNe as a person. “I like NeNe — she owns who she is,” she explained. “She’s not embarrassed about who she is. She owns up to it if she does something wrong or right. Kind of like me, I think her mouth is a little bit bigger than mine. She’s a little taller than me, she has a little bigger boobs, longer legs.”

“Like I said, I’ve been with NeNe socially in person and she’s always been very lovely and polite and respectful,” Ramona continued. “And She’s actually fun to be with.”

Ramona knows that NeNe can handle her haters. “You know what? Not everyone likes everyone,” she shared. “That’s what makes the world go round.”

Mario offered some advice to NeNe on how to deal with all of the negativity. “Always be true to yourself,” he advised.

Sheree had a lot on her plate after being unexpectedly served by her ex-husband, Bob Whitfield, on last week’s Dec. 11 episode. In what has already been a long battle for child support, Bob surprises Sheree by asking to pay less child support since he’s retired. But Sheree says he hasn’t even paid the original amount to begin with, so how can he ask for a modification? She begins to prepare with her lawyer, but fears the judge will take Bob’s side because he’s a celebrity.

Sheree tries to pull a Lindsay Lohan and wear a swanky Dolce and Gabanna getup to court, but fortunately her sensible lawyer stops her. After all of their preparation, Sheree has one last panic attack before going to court — but she might as well stayed at home! With Bob representing himself, and the logistics still a mess, the judge delays the case until Sept. 1. This means there’s more time for Sheree to prepare though.

Meanwhile, Kim and her baby daddy Kroy Biermann take home their newborn KJ, but the rest of the family isn’t exactly ecstatic about the newest addition. Just within the first minutes of the new baby’s arrival, Kim’s cat Chanel pees on the floor and Kim’s 14-year-old daughter, Gabrielle, doesn’t seem too excited either. Here’s to hoping they will warm up to the baby eventually, because he is pretty cute!

Kandi Burruss spends the episode working on her late night sex talkshow and picking out vibrators to sell. Interesting. Nene Leakes is embarrassed in an interview with her former flame Charles Grant, but doesn’t care much.

It will definitely be interesting to see how the Sheree’s case pans out. Something tells me the judge won’t be very supportive of her buying a new Porsche while she’s begging for child support. Oh, the Real Housewives!
