Kohl’s is mixing things up and will soon be launching a new limited-edition collection concept called DesigNation. The line will feature fashions based on international inspiration from different premier designers, and the first one is Narciso Rodriguez! Rodriguez is known for making modernclassic clothing that functions both practically and aesthetically. For his DesigNation collection he drew creative influence from his recent visit to Istanbul!

“In Istanbul, I found beauty in colors, textures and patterns, but also in the nuances of the city; the patina on the walls, the color of the stone and the way people moved…” said Rodriguez. “I am excited to partner with Kohl’s to bring this DesigNation collection to life and provide women with beautiful clothing at an accessible price.”

The collection for Kohl’s will feature a variety of apparel such as outerwear, dresses, skirts, pants and shirt and will retail from $30 to $150. It will be available from November through December 2012, but you can check out a sneak preview of one of the sketches above!

Do you want Jessica Alba’s gorgeous mommy glow? Try these six beauty products!

Jessica Alba isn’t one of those celebs who cakes on the makeup. This gorgeous mom keeps it simple with just a few basic products that are definitely worth investing in! The Revlon spokeswoman shared the contents of her makeup bag with OK magazine — most of the products she uses are inexpensive and easy to find, although a few are more of a splurge!

Jessica uses Revlon ColorBust Lipgloss ($6.49) to make her lips look smooth and kissable. They come in a variety of colors,  and according to Jessica, “They taste and smell so good!” To get a rosy glow, she swears by blush. She told OK!, “It makes you look young — my mom taught me that.” Her favorite choice is Cream Blush in Rosy Glow by Revlon ($10). And to keep her skin looking fresh and dewy, she uses Creme de la Mer moisturizer ($230). Jessica says, “It’s bananas expensive, so I use it sparingly.”

Being a mom can be exhausting, so Jessica hides any dark circles with Cle de Peau Eye Contour Balm ($135). And she makes sure her nails are always clean and naturally shiny using Revlon Crazy Shine Nail Buffer ($3.50). To complete her look, Jessica loves Essence Eau de Parfum by Narcisco Rodriguez ($104 for a 3.3 oz. bottle). The fragrance is versatile — she says, “It’s such a sexy scent and it works for day or night.”

“I was looking at old pictures from the ’90s” Rodriguez said before his Fashion Week runway show.

So THAT’S where we’ve seen this look! Hmm, we’re not sure how we feel about this style coming back. You definitely have to have some flat abs to pull it off!
