Michelle Williams was the epitome of a princess at the My Week With Marilyn premiere in Paris, where the star showed up in a pink Christian Dior couture gown from Spring 2011. From the full skirt to the train and the bow detailing at the top, it was something we have never seen before on the star.

Honestly, this grand pink gown definitely isn’t easy to pull off — but Michelle manages to totally rock it with her stellar confidence! I’m definitely glad she stepped out of her comfort zone, but while some may grow tired of Michelle’s chic style, she’s almost always one of my favorites on the red carpet.

Michelle Williams not only sounded like the breathy Marilyn Monroe in My Week with Marilyn, she looked just like the late Hollywood star. Michelle is GQ‘s February cover girl and she talks in depth about what it was like raising her daughter Matilda, 6, as a single mom after on and off love Heath Ledger unexpectedly died of a drug overdose in 2008.

When she is asked how she heard what had happened to Ledger — she was in Sweden at the time, making a sad film called Mammoth — she quickly, and  firmly shakes her head. After it happened, she had to do a final week’s shooting in New York. “It was horrible.” Following that, she was also committed to appearing in Martin Scorsese’s Shutter Island. “I don’t remember most of it,” she says. “I’ve got a lot of holes.” Once the film was completed, she wondered whether she would ever want to work again. Or whether she would just stop.

“That seemed like a really smart idea,” she says.

The media attention after Ledger’s death was almost as hard to cope with as her lovers death, she said. “You just want to be able to walk out of your house and turn your face to the sun and stumble down a corner where you have some memory, and you’re not really allowed any of that.”

Michelle says the paparazzi followed her every second of the day after Heath died, and it made her feel “trapped.”

“It was making me crazy,” Michelle says of the constant media attention. “I felt like I was going crazy. It was too much—trying to deal with what had happened and trying to deal with what was at our doorstep. I just felt trapped. And it’s not just me—there’s somebody else who I’m trying to protect, and I can’t. I can’t make it stop, I can’t make it go away. Trying to find ways to explain it or shield [Matilda] from it. It’s like you’re trying to go about your life, and make dinner … but the roof is off of your house, and the walls are falling down.”

The Golden Globe winner tell GQ that it wasn’t just friends and family that helped her get through such a difficult time.

“I mean, it sounds so silly, but a just-right cup of tea,” she says. “I spent a lot of time taking baths. A lot of tea and baths—double warm.”

Emma Watson is definitely one of the most stylish young stars around — she’s such a red carpet pro! When she turned up at the London premiere of her latest flick, My Week With Marilyn, the star looked so neat and chic in a Jason Wu Spring 2012 top. I loved this classy look — you can really tell that Emma is both mature and stylish.

The embellished, pleated blouse and belt was worn over a short skirt. Emma added an edgy vibe to her look, pairing the ensemble with a leopard Charlotte Olympia clutch and Jimmy Choo pumps. I thought this was a flawless look. Dressed up without being too over the top, classic and chic, Emma looked absolutely gorgeous.

Michelle embodies the legendary yet tragic actress in the upcoming film ‘My Week With Marilyn’ and her co-star Eddie Redmayne says working with Marilyn was ‘amazing’!

Michelle Williams is hands down one of the best actresses of our generation. The 31-year-old stars as Marilyn Monroe when she starred alongside Laurence Olivier in the 1957 film The Prince and the Show Girl  – and it captures one of the most emotionally difficult times of her life. But her co-star Eddie says Michelle was able to become “one” with her character effortlessly.

HollywoodLife.com attended the world premiere of The Weinstein Company’s film during the New York Film Festival and we can tell you it’s a must-see film. Eddie plays Colin Clark, a young twenty-something who is working as one of Laurence’s directorial assistants on the set.

“It was extraordinary [working with Michelle] an actress I’ve always admired,” Eddie tells us. “To watch her take on this project … it was an extraordinary undertaking and seeing her find the confidence and the extraordinary technique was an amazing thing to witness. I felt very privileged.”

Dior hosted the party before the premiere of the film at NYC’s exclusive Private Park at the Hudson Hotel and it was an A-list soiree. Jake Gyllenhaal, Zoe Kazan, Zac Posen, Coco Rocha, and Gina Gershon were just a few of the stars that stepped out to see the film.

I have nothing against the ‘Twilight’ kids, but wouldn’t it be great to see the gorgeous, and phenomenally talented, Emma walk away with the People’s Choice award?

Twilight mania has swept the world — again, and again, and again, and again. And while I have nothing against the lovely Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, do you know what would make tonight’s People Choice Awards amazing? If the awesome, talented, stylish and gorgeous Emma Watson walked away with the award for “Favorite Movie Star Under 25″ over Rob, Kristen, Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron.

Now once again, before Twi-hards try and hunt me down for such slanderous statements, it is nothing against Rob and Kristen. They are great, they are incredibly hardworking, they make the Twilight films work — but they have more than enough awards for one lifetime.

Emma meanwhile has quietly been working away for almost ten years now. In addition to her amazing Harry Potter work she did great voice work in The Tale of Despereaux and is really stepping into the big leagues with her next role in My Week with Marilyn, alongside the phenomenally talented Michelle Williams.

Furthermore, one would be hard pressed to find a better role model for young women than Emma. She has been completely devoid of any scandal and manages to balance her film career with her education, attending the incredibly prestigious Brown University.

On another, slightly more shallow level, Emma is without doubt one of the best dressed women in Hollywood, never looking anything less than perfect.

So, just for this once, I hope Rob and Kristen get a break from the podium and Emma is able to snag just one of the many honors she deserves just as much as her peers.

Reunion! The former costars have two very similar roles coming out in two separate films — as alleged foes Jackie O and Marilyn!

They say that history repeats itself and it looks like that could not be closer to the truth for former costars Michelle Williams and Katie Holmes of Dawson’s Creek! The two, who alternated between friends and foes on the hugely popular WB series, will now be playing two women with a similarly complicated relationship — Jackie O and Marilyn Monroe!

Katie has just wrapped production on the miniseries The Kennedys alongside Greg Kinnear while Oscar nominee Michelle is in London to begin filming on My Week with Marilyn, surrounded by men including Dominic Cooper, Dougray Scott, and Eddie Redmayne.

While we will have to wait a bit to see the final products it is safe to say, both look shockingly similar to their real life counterparts!

Even better, maybe next year will bring Joshua Jackson and James Van der Beek playing Abraham Lincoln and Jefferson Davis, respectively.
