“To create luscious waves, begin by distributing ECRU New York Marine Thickening Balm throughout wet hair,” Giannandrea instructs.

“Rough dry the entire head, and use a large round brush to gently smooth out the ends while maintaining volume at the base. Create a distinctive side part with a paddle brush.

“Use a one inch curling iron to create small wave sections all over the entire head, and set with hair spray. Once hair is completely waved, brush through to seamlessly blend the waves, enhance the shine, and give definition to the waves.”

“Finish by gently smoothing waves with ECRU New York Acacia Protein Oil and brush one last time to thoroughly distribute the product. Complete the look by using Ecru New York Sunlight Styling Spray to lock in style.”

Glam waves look good on just about everyone, no matter your age or hair type. Selena Gomez, 20, rocked soft curls for her performance of “Come & Get It” on The Late Show With David Letterman on April 24.

Selena, 20, has been asked to apologize by Hindu statesman, Rajan Zed, who spoke out about her blunder, as reported by PerezHilton.com.

The Bindi on the forehead is an ancient tradition in Hinduism and has religious significance. It is also sometimes referred to as the third eye and the flame, and it is an auspicious religious and spiritual symbol… It is not meant to be thrown around loosely for seductive effects or as a fashion accessory aiming at mercantile greed. Selena should apologise and then she should get acquainted with the basics of world religions.

Take that Selena! While Selena clearly did not mean to offend anyone with her sexy performance, wearing the Bindi was clearly a poor call, and a lot of fans voiced their upset on Twitter.

Celebrity hairstylist Mara Roszak used Moroccanoil products to create her shiny, flawless look.

“I decided to go with an easy, low maintenance hair style to give Zoe’s entire look a more effortless feel,” Mara told HollywoodLife.com.

Here is the complete step by step from Mara:

“I started by applying Moroccanoil Treatment Light to Zoe’s wet hair and blow-dried it using a Moroccanoil Round Brush.

Next, for volume, I set the top of the head in pin curls and then sprayed her whole head lightly with Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray Medium to add texture and hold.

After I removed the pin curls, I took random sections of hair and wrapped them around a 1 ¼” curling iron, starting half way down from the roots.

Once all of her hair was waved, I broke the sections up and loosened the waves with my fingers.

To finish, I sprayed the entire look with Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray Strong for a natural-looking, long-lasting hold with shine.”

The 2013 MTV Movie Awards came under fire for nominating Breaking Dawn – Part 2 for only one award, so no one was shocked when Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart failed to show up. I’d hate to discredit Rebel Wilson, who did an admirable job in her first time hosting the show, and appearances by Will Ferrell and Selena Gomez kept me interested, but overall it just felt like a different award show than in years past. There was none of that tension perfected by Rob and Kristen that made the shows so exciting to watch.

MTV, Twilight – Rob and Kristen in particular — carried your show for four years and every Twi-hard tuned in gleefully. You dissed the saga and its finale by not giving it the proper send-off it deserved, considering all the viewers it brought to your award show, and I think the show suffered from it.

On Apr. 14, while the MTV Movie Awards raged on, Twi-hards showed their disapproval by starting a viral campaign to boycott the show and re-watch Breaking Dawn – Part 2. I’ll be doing my part and watching BD2 all day to continue this admirable protest, which I fully support.

There was one question on everyone’s mind during the MTV Movie Awards on April 14 — why didn’t Zac Efron pull down his pants? The hunky High School Musical star kept his jeans firmly tightened, while his co-presenters Danny McBride and Seth Rogen competed for the “Best Bottomless” Award, and they displayed some truly shocking underwear!

The audience howled with laughter as the two actors joked around minus underpants, while sadly Zac failed to drop his trousers.

When Taylor won his award, he then had to hug both underwear less actors!

Taylor, 21, won his award for taking off his shirt in Breaking Dawn: Part Two, and he totally deserves it! When he won, he took to the stage and he was hilarious as he pretended to be fat!

“Thank you, everyone. I’m just going to be real honest with you guys. I turned 21 recently. I’ve been drinking a little bit, eating a little bit, a little too much drinking, probably,” he said of his new physique, as he had a pillow up his shirt.

He then thanked all the other famous stars who like to take off their shirts.

“But in all seriousness, for us shirtless actors out there, this is like winning the Oscar. But this is as high as it gets. This is the shirtless Oscar. Thank you everyone, for all of us that take our shirts off — [Matthew] McConaughey, Tatum, Lena Dunham — this is it. Thank you to all. Thank you for voting. You’re the best. Thank you.”

Going into the 2013 MTV Movie Awards on Apr. 14, my expectations were already lowered because MTV shockingly decided to diss Breaking Dawn – Part 2, nominating the final movie in the Twilight saga for only one award – Taylor Lautner for Best Shirtless moment (I mean, really?). And watching the show my fears were confirmed — the MTV Movie Awards were totally lacking without the spice of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart!

MTV Movie Awards: Meant For Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart!

For four years running, Rob and Kristen ruled MTV’s award show, both in terms of accolades and highlights. They won the award for Best Kiss four years in a row. For a little perspective, no other couple has ever won the award more than once, so they’re pretty much the Michael Jordan of the Movie Awards. But more importantly, the “will they, won’t they” tension Rob and Kristen jokingly built up over the years accepting the Best Kiss award were some of my favorite moments.

In 2009 Rob removed his gum while we all went wild in anticipation. He and K-Stew inched closer and closer before breaking apart, with Kristen simply saying “Thank you” to the audience. She totally knew how much she was teasing us! And then in 2010, Rob and Kristen played the awkward couple again, afraid to kiss, until Rob planted a big one on the love of his life. Ugh, I loved all of that! That’s the sort of heat that the 2013 MTV Movie Awards needed on Apr. 14!

And even as the couple kept winning and were forced to up the ante year after year, they came through for us. Rob hilariously ran off stage in 2011 to give a big smooch to someone “who would appreciate it a little more,” Taylor Lautner (the one time we were cool with a vampire kissing a werewolf). In 2012 though, Rob couldn’t make the show and K-Stew was forced to accept the award solo. So really, not only did MTV diss Robsten by not nominating them, they robbed us all of the epic kiss that would’ve happened when they won their fifth straight award.

The fans — Twi-hards and average ones — clearly loved Rob and Kristen’s chemistry and sexy performances in the Twilight movies and their hilarious and cute antics at the award shows. I believe that I speak for everyone when I say that the fans haven’t nearly had enough. MTV, how dare you deprive us of the Robsten that we deserve!
