This Australian supermodel poses completely topless, covering her breasts with nothing but her bare arms in one shot. Miranda exudes sexiness and manages to show some skin while still looking totally tasteful!

The oversized pearl necklace and sultry eye makeup are the perfect combination of accessories to add a touch of class without stealing the focus away from her phenomenal figure. The spread of black and white photographs features some 1960s inspired pieces that Miranda looks perfectly feminine in — and not to mention a little bit mysterious! Each ensemble, ranging from Louis Vuitton to Saint Laurent, shows off her never-ending legs and tiny frame in a flirtatious yet dignified manner.

Photographer Sebastian Mader captured her sex appeal without resorting to over-the-top shots. The cover shot features this gorgeous model with a rose planted between her parted, inviting lips. In this specific picture, she’s covered up to her neck in a white collar with a black overcoat, but still manages to look as seductive as ever.

Aside from Victoria’s Secret, Miranda has posed for both the Prada and Jil Sander campaigns and went down in history as the first pregnant model to be featured in Vogue. It’s no wonder she was named “Sexiest Woman Alive 2012,” in Esquire UK!

This morning, I got a chance to do a quick run of backstage at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show! All the hottie Angels were there, including Chanel Iman, Lily Aldridge and Selita Ebanks! Here’s some serious hair and makeup scoop for your before the broadcast even airs!

First of all,  you can’t even imagine how many people it takes to put on a show this size! Here are some wild stats:

• The VS Makeup Pro team consists of 17 makeup artists and 19 hairstylists
• They estimate that there will be a total of 90 lip gloss applications, 30 bottle s of Shimmer Mists used and 40 cans of So Sexy Style & Hold Spray used before the models hit the runway tonight
• It will take over 50 dressers backstage to get the Angels into their custom-designed outfits, wings and 6-inch heels

Jessica Hart — who has modeled for Victoria’s Secret, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, and was even  re-signed as the face of major Aussie swimsuit line Seafolly (no model has ever done the campaign twice!) — dished her diet tips EXCLUSIVELY to HollywoodLife.com

As swimsuit season approaches, who better to give some body-shaping tips than Jessica? The beach babe spills on her best kept fitness secrets, and admits that it takes work (think running, Bikram yoga, and balanced meals) to get her summer-ready bod. So read more and learn how to get started NOW!

Jessica’s Exercise Tips:

Jessica says, “I like to run a lot. Cardio is the quickest way to look and feel good.  Spin class (usually 45 minutes) is another way to accomplish that, mixed with an hour of yoga or pilates.”  And the gorgeous gal is seriously devoted to her work-out routine. “I would like to go to the gym everyday,” she tells us, “but I try to go at least 3 times a week.”

The stunner even shares her best tip for looking amazing in a bikini! “My best advice is to stick to it. Even if you can just go for 20 minutes, it’s healthier than doing nothing.”

Haven’t worked in a while and need help getting back into it? Jessica suggests Bikram yoga, which is 90 minutes of stylized yoga in a 120 degree room! “It’s a great way to kick-start your work-out!”

If you can’t commit to a gym or classes, Jessica has picked up these tips from her trainer: “I start by stretching out.  I do lunges for my butt, thighs, and obliques.  And do push-ups, even if they are girl push-ups, because it lifts your chest and arms.”

Jessica’s Diet Tips

Jessica’s diet of whole wheat carbs, lots of veggies, and lean proteins plays a huge component in her figure as well. But what if you have to get into a bikini tomorrow and have been gorging on margaritas and tortilla chips? Jessica says that the day before a big shoot, she tries to “avoid cheese and alcohol, and eat everything in moderation.  Try to eat early in the afternoon versus late in the day.  A good rule is don’t eat after is 6pm.”

Everyone has a “fat day” … even supermodels! “It’s hard when you’re not feeling it or have a day where you feel like a house,” says Jessica. But instead of saying “forget it,” make steps to lighten the bloated feeling.

First, toothpick models were fired by the Italian Prada design house and replaced by Victoria’s Secret Angels in a surprising last minute move, the night before the show on Feb. 24. Then influential designer Marc Jacobs, filled his trendsetting Louis Vuitton show in Paris, Mar. 10, with full-figured supermodels — of all ages — including Elle MacPherson, 47, new mom Karolina Kurkova, 26, (her little son is 4 months old), Sports Illustrated and Leonardo DiCaprio favorite, Bar Refaeli, 24, French actress/supermodel Laetitia Casta, 31, as well as voluptuous Victoria’s Secret Angel Adriana Lima, 28.

As stunning as these women are, they’ve been pretty much banished from top designer runways in recent years — they’ve been considered “too comercial” by snooty fashion insiders. In other words — us regular women might like to actually look like them and wear the clothes that they’re modeling.

That was a no-no for these fashion types.

Now what could account for the sudden re-appearance of “rounder” models as New York Times fashion critic Cathy Horyn, described them.

Could it be because sales of luxury goods, including fashion, have plunged in the past year? The Camera della Moda, the Italian fashion governing body, released figures showing that 2009 saw the most dramatic drop in sales in 20 years! Revenues were down 15%. Well, if that’s what it took to get healthy-looking beauties cataclysmically back in style —so be it.

But it’s good news for all us women.

Why? Because the fashion photos that appear in major magazines and ads, get viewed and absorbed by millions of women. And whether it’s conscious or subconscious, they are affected by the images they see.

Thousands of photos seen over the course of years do create highly unrealistic images of women’s bodies. And you know what, it ISN’T healthy to be as excruciatingly skinny as those sub-zero young girls that have populated the New York Fashion Week runways for the the past few seasons. They CAN’T possibly eat, if they want to stay THAT thin!

They are so gaunt, the clothes truly hang off them without any form or shape. They almost look like ghosts — they’re not sexy or memorable or alive looking.

It’s actually a relief to see celebrities in the front rows, and yes they’re usually wearing the same designer’s clothes, but in all of a…size four. As slim as they are — at least they’re in the range of normal.

Nevertheless, now that fashion world UBER-INFLUENTIALS Miuccia Prada — the designer of Prada — and Marc Jacobs — the designer of Louis Vuitton — have virtually decreed that the emaciated look is OUT and the sexy, curvy, lingerie and swimsuit Glamazonian Supermodels are in — it means you’ll be seeing a whole lot fewer skinnies and a whole lot more shapely curves in your fashion mags! And since more women are naturally curvy than naturally emaciated — that’s good “body image” news!

So give ‘em Elle, Elle!

And after skeletal 88 lb. Brazilian model Ana Carolina Reston , 21, died in 2006 after appearing to suffer from anorexia, there were loud demands for a minimum weight/size requirement. But despite the huge controversy over the super skinny size zero models, it looks like this Mercedes Benz New York Fall Fashion Week is bringing out the same teeny tiny frames.

This season, 21 year- old top model model Coco Rocha told The New York Times that she’s “not in demand anymore ” at several Fashion Week shows because, at a size four, she is considered too big!  The New York Daily News quotes Steven Kolb, executive director of the Council of Fashion Designers of America, as saying,  ”Fashion shows are fantasy … and to be a model you have to be thin to begin with. There are healthy models that genetically have thin body structures. So [thin models] will always be on the runway.” However, strangely designers samples which used to be size four, are now size zero!

Ok … but do they have to be SO thin?  Not really! As a matter of fact we saw plenty of celebrities on the runway who look healthy and happy! It’s so refreshing to see figures like curvy Kim Kardashian‘s walk a runway in a gorgeous gown, mom- of-four Heidi Klum step out just months after giving birth or Olympic athlete Dara Torres rock a frock!
