Hilary Duff, 25, has been an open book when it comes to sharing son Luca Comrie’s milestones on Twitter.

Hilary Tweets Adorable Pic

On Jan. 5, the star tweeted a pic of her little man eating a yummy croissant saying, “Please don’t bother me while I eat my croissant.” So cute!

But this isn’t the first time Hilary has tweeted about her son’s love of food. The proud momma tweeted “Luca drops all his food on the floor for the dogs but the kid will NOT share his blueberries!” on Jan. 3. Looks like Luca is a foodie in the making!

Luca, who will be a year old in March, is clearly the apple of his mother’s eye. The doting mom also tweeted on Dec. 29, “Having a child is so special! I know it’s not NYE yet but I’m just thinking about my year and feeling so blessed for my precious boy❤ &Mike!” Aww!

Hilary’s Hubby and Baby Happiness

The former Lizzie McGuire star keep her fans and Twitter followers updated not only on her growing son, but her marriage, as well.

Hilary’s other main man is husband Mike Comrie, an NHL player. The two married in August 2010 in California and welcomed their first baby, Luca, in March 2012. The two seem incredibly happy together!

Hilary Duff gave birth to her adorable son Luca Cruz Comrie with husband Mike Comrie on March 20 and confesses to Parade the good and bad surprises she wasn’t prepared for after the birth.

“I felt my heart grew the second I met him,” she says. “Everybody always talks about it, about how you don’t know love until you meet your baby, and you really feel that. There are no words. It was a really wonderful surprise. And there is no way to prepare yourself for the sleep deprivation and what comes with it.”

The love of your new baby is to be expected and if you have ever talked to any mom you know about the sleep deprivation, but do women love being pregnant?

“To be totally honest, I had a really easy pregnancy and I did enjoy a lot of it. But a part of me isn’t like those women who love being pregnant. I love my baby and I miss that feeling of being attached to him when he’s kicking, but I was so ready to not be pregnant,” she admits.

She thinks about it and adds, “But then again, my sister [Haylie Duff] and I are very close so I want Luca to have someone close [to his age] — but not too close!”

The act of being pregnant may not be all it’s cracked up to be, especially due to the weight gain and the imperfections. Hilary, 24, was shocked to see the difference in her body when she began to show, but after a month she felt differently. ”I just felt really proud that I had a body that could do what it was doing,” she says.

“It is incredible what your body can do. You can appreciate all of your imperfections because you have a beautiful baby who came from you and all that you went through.”

Hilary Duff just gave birth to Luca Cruz Comrie on March 20, but she couldn’t wait to share a baby pic with her fans! “My favorite little feet,” she tweeted.

The first-time mom is so in love with her little one. “Wow I can’t believe I have a baby!” she wrote. “The most wonderful, sweet, adorable baby!”

But she still admits on Twitter that she’s “figuring this motherhood thing out.”

Former Disney Channel teen queen, Hilary Duff, gave birth to her first child — a son — earlier this week, the 24-year-old mom announced on Twitter March 22.

“Welcome to the World Luca Cruz Comrie! Tuesday evening, we became proud parents of a healthy 7 pound 6 ounce beautiful boy,” she tweeted. “We are overjoyed and feel like the luckiest parents in the world…He is surrounded by so much love!! Mom and baby are both doing extremely well.”

Hilary and her husband, Mike Comrie, married in August 2010 and announced their pregnancy almost exactly one year after that.

The soon-to-be mom is so excited about becoming a parent, but she’s got other plans on her mind, too!

Hilary Duff recently announced that she’s having a son with husband Mike Comrie, and now she’s revealed what she plans to do once he arrives: Get back into the studio! Although the star is excited to stay home with the new addition, she’s also looking forward to having more time to work on other projects, according to E! Online.

“I want to get into the studio,” she said. “I want to start recording. Even if I just mess around and kind of get myself in the swing of it. Before I got pregnant, I was thinking about making a record, so I still want to do that.”

However, Hilary said the new baby is still the first priority: “I think that after I have the baby I’ll want to sit still for a few months and learn how to be a really good mom, and then there’s no reason why I can’t put a record out and tour… It might take a little while, but I’m really excited about it.”

In addition to her music and acting career, Hilary is a best-selling author, and she’s considering writing a kid’s book!

“I have like four dogs, so I have this funny story in my head about their whole dynamic together living in the same house,” she said. “I thought it would make a really cute child’s novel.”

Paint that nursery blue! Hilary announced that she’s having a baby boy!

Looks like Hilary Duff‘s husband, NHL player Mike Comrie, will have a son to play sports with soon! The couple are expecting their first child, and they couldn’t be more happy. Hilary announced the exciting news during a recent appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, which will air Oct. 17.

According to Us Weekly, Ellen DeGeneres was the first to know. “I haven’t told anyone yet,” Hilary told Ellen. “I wanted to tell you first. I just found out.”

Hilary shared that she’s about four months along, but her pregnancy has “been super easy.”

“I had a feeling it was a boy the whole time,” she revealed. It’s true! She’s even had recurring dreams about expecting a baby boy.

Congrats to Hilary and Mike! We know they’re so excited!
