One HollywoodLifer tells me she’s Team Mel! As a victim of domestic abuse herself, she doesn’t think Oksana is telling the truth!

No woman (or man) should ever be harmed by his or her significant other — but one HollywoodLife.com reader has become so fed up with Oksana Grigorieva’s claims that Mel Gibson abused her that she feels the need to speak out on behalf of all victims of domestic violence.

Karen from Ariz. told me she was outraged when she first heard 54-year-old Mel’s taped rants…but now the tables have turned and she’s suspicious of Oksana’s motives.

“I had a son with my second husband, who was an alcoholic, and it was a nightmare. The first time he ever got violent, I left him immediately,” Karen told me July 30. “I didn’t take anything. I wouldn’t have taken an extra second at the risk of putting my son in danger.”

This is what first made Karen realize there were holes in Oksana’s story. “Oksana didn’t say ANYTHING to the cops for six months. If she was really concerned about her children’s safety, why didn’t she report him immediately? She let him all of this solo visits with Lucia until her plan backfired,” Karen said, ranting, “When her treachery is
FINALLY exposed for what it is — she will have brought into question every abused woman. Any woman who’s really been battered (especially before abuse was recognized) must be livid.”

Karen’s opinions about the issue seem backwards. Shouldn’t the abused side with the abused? Isn’t Mel still to blame for saying horrible, nasty abusive things, no matter what Oksana did to provoke him — or is Oksana making a bad case for abused women every where?

Our forensic expert reveals the latest Mel tape contains a lot of suspicious activity — and not just editing!

The Mel Gibson drama continues! HollywoodLife.com first broke the news July 14 that the recordings of Mel’s abusive and racist rants had been tampered with. And now we can officially tell you that the most recent rant, released July 20, in which Mel admits to hitting his daugher Lucia and screaming “No one will believe you!” are edited as well. Creative Forensic Services CEO Arlo West, best known for working on the Natalee Holloway case, listened to the recently leaked recording between Mel and Oksana Girgorieva and found some shocking revelations!

“First off, all the tape starts mid-conversation,” says Arlo. “This could be considered suspicious in forensic terms. It is a partial recording so whatever is preceding has either been removed, edited or was never recorded.”

In one portion of the recording Arlo detects a sneeze that sounds like it could be from someone other than Mel or Oksana:

This is just one of the six things that Arlo found to be very “disturbing.” Below, we’ve listed what else Arlo discovered when listening to the most recent raving Mel rant:

• 00:00:02.530 “When the male speaker says: ‘You’re out of here in 15 minutes [possible edit or digital glitch] I never seen you clear out so fast.’ This doesn’t sound right. It sounds very suspicious.”

• 00:00:15.557 “I hear what sounds very much like a sneeze. This could be from the person helping to make the recording? It sounds like it was picked up by the large diaphragm microphone she was using. It is possible it could be her making a noise or something similar sounding. However she recovers very quickly and is speaking almost over the sneeze sound. It is curious because if it is a sneeze and it is not her or not the same frequency as the male speaker then what or who does that sound come from?”

• 00:00:41.470 “You hear the male speaker’s voice drop in volume. This could very well be a fade or volume adjustment. It could also be that he is turning his mouth away from the phone.”

• 00:02:56.100 “I hear something interesting. After the words by the male speaker (‘I said nothing’) I hear a faint whistling sound. It could be like when someone is on the phone and needs a pen and does a low whistle to another person for attention. Like, ‘Yoohoo pass the pen!’ It’s not positive but sure sounds like it. Listen carefully.”

• 00:04:40.961 “The male says, ‘Much better / than f***king music!’ The word ‘better’ sounds like it was clipped or maybe he ran out of breath and couldn’t finish the word.”

• The tape starts mid-conversation. As I have said before, like in the other calls, this could be considered suspicious in forensic terms. It is a partial recording. What is preceding has either been redacted, edited or was never recorded. The original would answer a lot of these questions.

Oksana was offered a very healthy sum to keep all evidence in her case against Mel confidential but backed out at the last moment!

The Mel Gibson saga continues to become more and more twisted, this time with reports Oksana Grigorieva agreed to a $15 million deal to keep her evidence against Mel silent — but backed out at the last moment! TMZ reports, ” Oksana Grigorieva signed an agreement with Mel Gibson for a $15 million package, which would have kept the Mel tapes secret, but she ultimately walked away from it.” If this woman really is a gold digger she is doing it all wrong!

Oksana’s $15 million would include child support, a house, and other assets and in turn Oksana promised, “all ‘evidence’ associated with the case remain confidential.” Central to this was of course the tapes which are now slowly being leaked.

The two both signed a short form of an agreement but when the long form was drawn out, from which she would receive her payout, Oksana would not sign claiming she felt “coerced.”

Perhaps the tape leaking market is more lucrative, and there is no doubt she will get a nice chunk of change for her first interview, but $15 million? If her lone goal was to paint Mel in a bad light why would she wait this long?

So many questions!

HollywoodLife.com spoke with top psychologists, psychiatrists and an anger management and addiction expert about Mel Gibson’s shocking rants — and learned what they reveal about his mental health!

Mel Gibson is a recovering alcoholic and an alleged manic depressive, but does that explain his horrific ranting at his now ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva?

In four recorded phone-wars that have now leaked on the Internet, the 54-year-old screams racial slurs, drops the C-word and threatens to kill the mother of his eight-month-old child, Lucia — all the while huffing and puffing like he’s having a panic attack.

Some are saying Mel’s abusive behavior can be partially blamed on his mental health. Nearly ten years ago Mel admitted in a documentary called Acting Class of 1977 (released in 2008) that he had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

“I had really good highs but some very low lows,” the Braveheart actor said. “I found out recently I’m manic depressive.”

HollywoodLife.com consulted with top doctors and therapists in the psychiatric field and the response was nearly unanimous. Despite his alleged diagnosis, Mel’s mental instability cannot be completely to blame for his abusive and offensive behavior.

Rage is not a symptom of bipolar disorder:

“I don’t know if it’s a panic attack or if it’s just more uncontrolled rage. Rage isn’t a symptom and doesn’t stem from bipolar disorder — but if you take into account his issues with his relationship with Oksana, on top of everything else, his mental health could be in part [to blame].” — Clinical psychologist and host of VH1’s Dad Camp Dr. Jeff Gardere

“If Mel has said that he has been diagnosed as a manic depressive with bipolar disorder, then yes, it might contribute, but it doesn’t exonerate him. There are a lot of people who have bipolar disorder and are not abusive like this. A manic depressive can have very intense feelings, but plenty of people who have been diagnosed and are NOT abusive. They don’t threaten to burn down the house or use racial slurs.” — Los Angeles-based psychotherapist Dr. Jenn Berman

“You cannot diagnose him as a manic depressive just from these tapes. He feels used and abandoned. Mel Gibson’s rage is pure sexual frustration. In the fourth tape where he talks about not getting sexually pleasured, it makes it even clearer that it’s just extreme sexual frustration … and that can push someone over the edge.” — Psychiatrist Dr. Carole Lieberman

Mel Gibson exhibits signs of narcissism — which also isn’t a symptom of his alleged disorder:

“One of the things that you hear in all of the audio tapes is that everything is about HIM. He says she embarrasses him. HE wants sex. There’s nothing about her. He obviously has no ability to communicate. It’s all me, me, me.” — Dr. Berman

“Mel Gibson was narcissistically wounded and he was trying to wound her. He was trying to wound her with his words the same way she wounded him by abandoning him.” — Dr. Lieberman

Crazy or just angry, Mel Gibson needs help NOW:

“People who have any kind of disorder and go untreated tend to just get worse. First, he needs to get his mood and his mental state in a better place. He needs to be stabilized before he can even address where all this hate and rage is coming from. He definitely needs some kind of psychological intervention.” — Dr. Berman

“If Mel has a disorder, he needs to take his medicine and go to therapy. THEN he can follow up and figure out what’s causing this.” — Dr. Gardere

More Mad Mel: In yet another furious phone rant, Mel Gibson uses a highly offensive anti-Latino slur and tells Oksana he ‘owns’ her.

Yet another of Mel Gibson‘s offensive and upsetting racist rants has leaked. In the six-minute phone call obtained by RadarOnline.com, the 54-year-old actor uses racial slurs and verbally abuses his now ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, claiming that he “owns” her.

At first, Mel — who was first outed as a racist after making anti-semitic remarks to a police officer in 2006 — tells Oksana she’s no longer allowed to use the nanny of their eight-month-old daughter, Lucia.

“I will fire (name omitted) if she’s at your house,” the incensed Braveheart actor yells. “I will make it known and fire her. I’ll report her to the f *cking people that take f *cking money from the wetbacks, ok?”

The primary focus of this fight — the third one released on tape — is money. Mel claims Oksana is leeching off of his millions, and she says he crushed her career as a pianist, leaving her with no career and no money.

“You made me moneyless.” Russian-born Oksana tells Mel (all quotes are directly transcribed). “I used to have [a] hundred thousand dollars a year when you met me. You took me, you possessed me. Everything I am you own me with my liver and my kidneys and my thoughts and my soul. Everything! My career, whatever it is. Pathetic career. Whatever it is, it’s yours. You control me like marionette. I don’t belong to myself, only to you. I can’t do anything and I walk on eggshells always with you!”

Mel, whose movies have made more than an estimated $2 billion in the U.S. alone, shows the mother of his child no pity, yelling back, “That’s because you’re a f**** using whore! Now, I own you.”

The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Dept. has launched an investigation and has issued a subpoena to obtain the audiotapes of the rants. As HollywoodLife.com first reported, The Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services has already begun an investigation to determine whether or not Mel and Oksana are fit parents.

Mel Gibson’s rants caught on tape, which have now been subpoenaed by the police, might be enough evidence for him to be charged for terrorist threats, mayhem, battery and hate crimes — and he could be facing more than eight years in jail, say lawyers.

Mel Gibson‘s brutal and frightening telephone rants at his now ex-girlfriend Oksana Girgorieva were caught on tape — and three lawyers tell HollywoodLife.com the 54-year-old actor could be facing serious charges — including domestic abuse, terrorism, mayhem and hate crimes, which could mean eight years or more in jail.

“It’s as serious admission of guilt as I’ve ever heard,” divorce attorney and author Vikki Ziegler told HollywoodLife.com after listening to Mel’s second rant, which leaked July 12. “In California, they could charge him as a felon, if they can prove it’s him. I think he has some major headaches — felony charges, fines, jail time, losing custody of his baby daughter, plus, of course he could also lose his gun.”

Lawyer and sexual violence expert, Wendy Murphy, agrees with Ziegler that Mel should be convicted of serious crimes.

“Oh my god. I can’t even tell you. It scares me — and I’m pretty tough,” Murphy said. “There are so many things, but not the least of which of was he basically he tore into her because she wouldn’t give him a blow job. She said, ‘I’m exhausted,’ and he freaked out.”

Not only does Mel acknowledge having punched Oksana in the face and breaking her teeth in the tape, he threatens to kill her twice and uses verbally and sexually abusive language. Because of this, all three lawyers — Ziegler, Murphy and Los Angeles-based criminal defense attorney Steve Cron — think the Braveheart actor will face major criminal charges, including, but not limited to, the following:

Criminal Threat and Battery:

“A criminal threat is basically a threat that is great enough to induce fear in the mind of the believer that there is the possibility of an imminent assault. When Oksana says, ‘You just hit me,’ that’s battery. When Mel says, ‘I’m going to bury you in the rose garden,’ that’s a criminal threat.” — Cron

Hate Crime:

“He should be charged with a hate crime for his offensive comments against women. Also, because of the hate crime’s nature, any possible misdemeanor — like battery — would automatically be charged as a felony.” — Murphy

Domestic Violence:

“He admitted clearly punching her in the mouth and in my opinion, admitted to knocking her teeth out or at least breaking them.” — Murphy

Mayhem:

“He potentially knocked out or broke her teeth, which is a very serious felony called mayhem — it carries up to eight years in state prison. It’s much more [serious] than a bar brawl or even a [typical fight].” — Murphy

Loss of Custody Of Lucia:

“He has huge problems with custody, if you commit domestic violence. Forget sole custody if there’s been domestic violence.” — Murphy

Mel’s Defense(less):

“It’s against the law to tape record somebody without their consent…unless it’s for the purpose of documenting the crime.” — Cron

“When anything’s on audio, you’re in BIG trouble. Mel’s defense team will try to mitigate the impact of the audiotapes by saying Oksana has a history with emotional issues.” — Ziegler

“Nobody in the court has much sympathy when someone has a drinking problem and they let it get the best of them, therefore if Mel’s defense is that he drank again, it won’t help his case.” — Cron

The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Dept. has launched an investigation and has issued a subpoena to obtain the audiotapes of the rants. In a shocking new audiotape, Mel tells Oksana, the mother of his daughter, tells her she “f***** deserved” to get punched in the face and — most shockingly of all — that he wants to kill her.

In another disturbing leaked audiotape of Mel Gibson, the 54-year-old actor threatens to kill his now ex-girlfriend Oksana Girgorieva twice AND admits to punching her in the face.

The eight-minute rant is more shocking and offensive than the last — Mel is breathing heavily and is so frustrated he can barely talk. He truly sounds like a mad man.

“You need a f*cking bat in the side of the head. Alright, how about that?” the Braveheart actor says at one point.

Oksana remains fairly calm and and threatens, “You’re gonna answer one day, boy, you’re gonna answer.”

Later, Mel threatens to kill the mother of his 10-month-old daughter, Lucia, again, yelling, “Threaten ya? I’ll put you in a f *ckin rose garden you c*nt! You understand that? Because I’m capable of it. You understand that?”

When Oksana questions him about punching her in the face and knocking out her teeth, Mel admits he did it, screaming, “Oh, you’re all angry now! You know what, you f* cking deserved it!”

Mel is currently under investigation by the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Dept. for child endangerment, domestic abuse and gun charges. Could this new tape lead to criminal assault charges?

Dropped by his agency and shunned by most, here is a look at just a few of the horrible things Mel Gibson was recorded saying to ex Oksana Grigorieva … including his accusation she would soon be raped.

When worst person in the world nominee Mel Gibson separated from his wife of over 20 years and took up with the much younger Oksana Grigorieva one would assume it was her physical appearance that he was mostly attracted to. Listening to his barrage of racial rants and rape comments however, it is quite clear he grew to hate what he at first loved so much. Of Oksana’s breast implants he said, “they’re too big and they look stupid. Look like some Vegas b***h, Vegas whore.” Okay…

You see, Mel also claims he was unaware Oksana — the mother of his child — even had implants and that she lied to him about them, a claim she denies. He then tells his ex that she shows off these implants saying, “If you get raped by a pack of n*****s it will be your fault.” At least we now know Mel’s an anti-semite, sexist, AND racist.

His most peculiar and horrible line however may be when he tells Oksana that she likes to walk around in, “tight pants so people can see your p***y from behind.”

Our sister site Deadline Hollywood is also now reporting that Mel was in fact dropped by his agency last week on July 2, well before this recording became public. The reasoning was his use of the N-word on these recordings which, when paired with Jewish board member Ari Emanuel‘s known distaste for the actor following his anti-semitic comments in 2006, doomed the actor.

The worst part, there are even more tapes apparently.

Mel has wrapped filming on his next project, the Jodie Foster directed The Beaver, but one has to wonder if that can even be released anytime soon if at all!
