Maybe Kate Upton just didn’t like all the attention on Miss Alabama’s Katherine Webb or she simply wanted an opportunity to jab her ex-boyfriend Mark Sanchez, but either way, it was a low blow. As Notre Dame was losing against the University of Alabama on Jan. 7, the 20-year-old posted a message to her fans that was shocking.

Why Is This A Swipe At Mark?

Okay, it’s a total diss because the Jets went 6-10 during the 2012-2013 season, this is Mark’s worst season ever! Notre Dame lost in the 42-14 championship game, so for Kate to say this is pretty bad.

Kate Is A Major Star While Mark Is About To Become A Thing Of The Past

Kate has been on the cover of Sports Illustrated, GQ, and multiple other covers. She has said. “I’ve been modeling for almost five years now, and so being shy kind of went out the door a while ago. I’m very confident in my body.”

Kate Has Been Dissed In The Past Too

Although Mark has never come out and slammed Kate, she has been called overweight by numerous outlets.

“I’m not going to starve just to be thin,” she has said. “I want to enjoy life and I can’t if I’m not eating and miserable.”

Eva Longoria has hit the road. The 37-year-old actress reportedly dumped Mark Sanchez before his Jets game on Oct. 21, and not to mention they lost that game against the New England Patriots.

Page Six is reporting that the Desperate Housewives star broke up with Mark because “they live in very different worlds” and that Mark is “devastated.”

The couple who started dating this past June, were reportedly both struggling with balancing their booming careers and love life.

“Mark says he is really upset about the breakup with Eva. He is telling friends he tried everything he could to make her happy, and to make things work between them.”

Numerous reports claim that Mark is under immense pressure as the QB of the Jets, especially with backup QB Tim Tebow right behind him and gaining more momentum. Meanwhile, Eva is in the midst of developing numerous TV shows including the NBC dating series Ready for Love.

Mark and Eva’s whirlwind romance first began when they were spotted partying in NYC’s West Village, and then near his home in Bedminster, NJ.

When asked by her buddy and Extra host Mario Lopez about the relationship she said: “We’re just happy dating.”

A rep for Mark responded to the break up reports and released a statement: “It was really more about scheduling . . . they will remain close friends.”

Eva was married to San Antonio Spurs star Tony Parker and the two divorced in November 2010.

It sounds like Eva Longoria is Desperate no more! The TV star has reportedly been spending lots of time with New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez, and according to the New York Post, the couple even ate food off each other’s plates during an Aug. 31 dinner at Donald Trump‘s National Golf Club. 

Eva, 37, and Mark, 25, have also recently been spotted grocery shopping together, jetting off to the Caribbean, and dining out at West Village restaurant Griffou in New York. Sounds like the real deal to us!

Of course, it wasn’t too long ago that Eva could be found on the arm of singer Eduardo Cruz, younger brother of A-list actress Penelope Cruz. Eva and Eduardo reportedly split — for real this time — at the of June.

Eva was previously married to soap star Tyler Christopher (from 2002 and 2004) basketball star Tony Parker (from 2007 to 2011.)

Mark Sanchez and Tim Tebow are about to embark on their upcoming NFL season on Sept. 9 against the Buffalo Bills and HollywoodLife.com can tell you that emotions are running high on-and-off the field. Why? Because these two hunky 25-year-old quarterbacks are competing for time on the field and the Jets team is already seeing that the fans are going wild for Tebow.

The Jets lost on Aug. 26 against the Carolina Panthers but during this pre-season game one thing was apparent: fans were loving their new God-loving back up quarterback as they chanted: “Tebow, Tebow.” What’s so bad about that?

“Flat-out, there just can’t be two starring quarterbacks, it’s just not going to work,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com. “The team is on pins and needles, they feel like they’re about to go into battle. The guys are stressed, the wives are worried, everyone is just overwhelmed. Mark is the quarterback and a far better player than Tim. The Jets [franchise] brought Tim on to stir things up and they’re loving the attention that this is causing, the whole Hollywood dueling quarterbacks.”

The Jets signed Tim back in March after the Denver Broncos signed Peyton Manning to a 5-year, $96 million deal.

“This just sucks for Mark because he’s a great guy and he really leads the team,” a source tells us. “But Tim being there is just causing a lot of stress and it’s hard for Mark to focus. Everyone is saying that Tim was brought on to light a fire under Mark.”

So how are things going off the field?

“The team has had some team dinners and things were fine at training camp,” the source adds. “But Tim really keeps to himself. He’s not really going out much, not dating. He’s just so worried about what’s going to get out in the media that he really just does his own thing, he’s super guarded.”

The Jets have one more pre-season game against the Philadelphia Eagles on Aug. 30 and this is their final opportunity to re-group before the real NFL season starts.

“There’s going to be drama. This is a really stressful time,” the source says. “No one knows how this is going to work out.”

Kate Upton may only be 19, but not only is she dating quarterback Mark Sanchez, she’s also slated to land the cover of Sports Illustrated‘s annual Swimsuit Issue!

Sources close to the publication tell the New York Post that Kate’s all-American looks have made her the one to beat for the cover.

“There’s a lot of talk about Kate in general,” the source says. “It really comes down to the best picture wins.”

Meanwhile, Kate herself downplayed the cover rumors.

“All I can really say is that I’m in the issue,” she says. “Fingers crossed!”

Despite rumors swirling around that Kim Kardashian, 31, is secretly hooking up with New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez — Kim has actually stopped dating pro-football players all together.

The 31-year-old is completely done with football players because of her ex-boyfriend, Reggie Bush, according to TMZ.

I guess this also puts to rest rumors about Kim dating Denver Broncos player, Tim Tebow, too.

And she probably won’t hook up with NBA players anymore, after her 72-day marriage with New Jersey Nets player Kris Humphries. We wonder what next sport she’ll try next!

Kim Kardashian has reportedly already picked out her next pro-athlete beau, but it has to be kept top secret, claims the site Starberry Ice Cream. We don’t know how much truth there is behind this rumor, but the 31-year-old reality star would be a hot fit with NFL pro Mark Sanchez.

“Kim and Mark like to meet in hotels for dinner dates and ‘flings,’” the site reports. “Whenever Kim is in New York, they hang out. They are very careful with not being seen together, Mark is seeing someone!”

With Kim’s long roster of high profile athletes, we wouldn’t be shocked if they eventually did start seeing each other. However, somehow we doubt it’s happening at this time.

The story goes on to claim Kim is in it “just for the sex” but that she thinks Mark “will do for now.”
