Justin Bieber‘s paternity case has reared its ugly head once again, as new allegations have emerged that Justin never provided Mariah Yeater with a DNA sample. Mariah first appeared in the news over a year ago, with her outrageous claims that Justin was the father of her 15-month-old son. Justin underwent a paternity test, but now Mariah’s lawyer Jeffery Leving has come forward to say that he was never “provided with the results.” How scandalous!

Mariah initially claimed that Justin was the father of her baby boy Tristyn, after they had an alleged back stage tryst at his Oct. 25 2010 concert. Justin reluctantly took part in a DNA test, and the whole case seemed like a closed book. Or so we thought! Mariah’s lawyer is now saying that he never received the results of the test.

“I have not seen [Bieber’s] DNA test results or had them scrutinized. If there was a first test, and I have no documentation to say there even was, I wasn’t provided with the results. I have not had my demands for an independent DNA test carried out by Mr. Bieber,” Jeffery told the New York Daily News on Nov. 29.

This is a serious allegation from Mariah’s camp. Does she seriously believe that Justin is the father, or is she just trying to stir the pot again, even though she dismissed the paternity case over a year ago? This is all very suspicious.

Justin Bieber‘s baby mama drama with Mariah Yeater may be over, but he totally dissed her in the final song of his new album Believe!

Justin, 18, called out the scandalous and litigious Mariah on the intentionally-misspelled track ‘Maria’. He has called it his own version of Michael Jackson‘s infamous “Billie Jean”, and he makes his feelings about the would-be baby mama known. Here are some of the most shocking lines:

Justin Bieber was devastated when Mariah Yeater accused him of being the father of her baby, despite it being a complete lie. He has now decided to speak out against Mariah in a new song, entitled “Maria” on his Believe album.

“That’s my ‘Billie Jean’” he tells Billboard in a new interview.

“It was something I wanted to get off my chest and I could just say it in a song and get my point across without having to worry about the words I’m using in an interview.”

Poor Justin! It sounds like the case really affected him, we are so glad that is behind him and he could pour his feelings in this music.

When Mariah Yeater publicly announced that Justin Bieber had impregnated her — we expected his girlfriend Selena Gomez to be very upset and beside herself.

But to our dismay, she handled it in a very calm and mature manner.

In an interview with The Sunday Times, Justin said Selena called him right away when the news broke about Mariah.

“She was, like, ‘Do you see what they’re saying on the Internet?’” “I was like ‘Yeah.’ She was, like, ‘So…’ I was, like ‘No, it’s not true’. ‘Okay, thank you, bye!’ That was it,” he said in the interview. “She trusts me.”

Awe! We’re happy to hear that they have such a trusting and healthy relationship! That was definitely very mature of Selena to be so cool about it.

Justin Bieber has always felt a connection to the late Michael Jackson, but we doubt he ever expected it to be like this one! The 18-year-old pop star was accused by a girl named Mariah Yeater of fathering her child — something that was totally untrue and he’s now singing about on his upcoming album, Believe.

“The baby situation — which was totally not true, by the way — I wrote a song about that,” Justin said during an interview with MTV May 3. “It’s on there. It’s like my ‘Billie Jean.’ At the end of the day, I’m human. I go through all the problems you go through.”

“Billie Jean” was the song Michael Jackson wrote after undergoing a similar situation to Justin, and it was the first thing we thought of when we heard Justin would be singing about the Mariah situation.

Here are some highlights from the rest of Justin’s interview:

*What do you think of “Boyfriend”?
I’m happy. I mean, I kind of switched it up from all the teasers. I wanted to do something that was a little more mature. My fans are all growing with me. It was something more mature and that all my fans would like.

*How did you pick the girl in it?
They had two girls based on the pictures and we picked the one who looked best on camera. It was kind of a group thing. She was like really beautiful but on camera it gave this cool vibe. She looked like Pocahantas.

*What do you think of Justin Timberlake?
I haven’t seen it. Definitely, he was young and he did it. He was really amazing and had amazing music. I can’t say I would be upset if someone compared me to him, but I think my music is going in a completely different direction.

*Tell us about your elevator game.
In an elevator. Kenny and all us have this game where we just hit each other in the balls. It’s just funny.

*About X Factor
I’m actually too busy because I’m going to be going on a world tour.

*What’s ‘Believe’ about?
Different situations I’ve been in. That’s what I wanted to touch on. The baby situation, which was totally not true, by the way — I wrote a song about that. It’s on there. It’s like my Billie Jean. At the end of the day I’m human. I go through all the problems you go through.

*What do you want people to know?
I want people to know that my music is something I take really seriously. It’s not a joke. It’s not just mainstream pop music. I’ve been doing music since I was really little and I just want to show the world that it’s not a game.

*Why did you pick “Boyfriend” as your single?
I just thought it was like, out of all the songs I had at that time, it was the song that most represented me at the time. It was perfect first song to come out with. My single is better. And my next single is better. I think it’s “As Long As You Love Me.” It’s like mid-tempo. I just think it’s edgy. It’s something I can hear on the radio. It’s going to get stuck in people’s heads.

*What other songs have your written?
I wrote a song for my mom. I think I’m going to put it out on Mother’s Day. I don’t know if it’s going on the album.

*What do you want to improve on?
I’m trying to get better at dancing. I’ve been in the dance studio trying to clean up.

*What advice has Usher given you?
Always keep the people who were there in the beginning with you. They are the ones that really care.

*Tell us about Drake
It’s crazy. We’re both going on the same journey on the different sides of the world. It’s so cool because we both get what each other are going through. He’s able to give me different advice and I’m able to tell him how to treat the ladies…just kidding!

*What’s your process in the studio like?
I’m always pretty like, if I’m in the studio there’s no time to mess around. There’s a beat and I write to that, or there’s a guitar.

*What do you have next?
I’m going to be touring. I’m still working on this movie with Mark Wahlberg. I don’t know what the deal is, but they are rewriting the script to make it fit better.

*Hows your bball game?
Right now, I haven’t played basketball in awhile. I played in this charity game at Shaq’s house. It wasn’t too hard to beat them.

*What would you ask your 25-year-old self?
I would probably ask my 25-year-old self for facial hair. I’m not getting any facial hair anytime soon. I want to show I’m just in the streets workin. There are like a couple hairs. It’s coming soon.

*Do you regret being famous?
No, I mean, I wouldn’t be where I am now. I’m able to travel the world. I had never been on an airplane before all this. It’s so hard being away from my family and friends, but when I think about it, it’s all worth it.

*What was the last movie you watched?
Last movie I watched?
I don’t remember. I think I watched on the plane Horrible Bosses.

*Do you ever watch TV?
I like the New Girl. Have you seen that show? It’s such a good show.

*What animal would you be if you were an animal?
If I were an animal — no I wouldn’t be a unicorn! I would be like a tiger or something. Or a lion. Something. That’s a random question. I want to be on the top of the food chain.

*Favorite cereal
My favorite cereal is crunch berries or frosted miny wheats.

*Which girls do you want to work with?
I would collaborate with maybe like Rihanna or Beyonce.

*What’s your favorite kind of soup?
I like broccoli cheddar soup.

*Do you miss your hair flip?
Do I miss the flip? Not really. That was in it’s time. Maybe it’ll come back. It was cool in the time. Now I’m just onto a new chapter.

The thing is I always put out random songs. Just different covers. When my voice was changing, I put out songs. The tone is deeper and sexier.

*Touring with the Wanted?
Maybe, I mean The Wanted came on tour in South America with me. I’m not sure if we’re all going to tour, but I’m not opposed to it.

*Do you get nervous about not being relevant?
No. At the end of the day, I’m enjoying what is happening right now. My fans have been taking me on this crazy roller coaster ride. You know why I’m not nervous about falling off? Because it’s all about the music. When the music is there, the talent is there, the hard work is there, I think it’s only a matter of time — you just keep going up.

When Mariah Yeater came out with a media blitz claiming Justin Bieber was the father of her infant son, he must have felt stripped of all power. Even though there was no truth to the story, the 18-year-old pop star was forced to defend himself — and it even took a toll on his relationship with Selena Gomez. Now, months later, Justin has written a song about Mariah that will be on his upcoming album, Believe, which two experts think will act as a healing agent for him.

“Justin’s song about Mariah Yeater could be a good song,” Christy Whitman, Life Coach and NY Times best-selling author tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “Think about Michael Jackson and ‘Billie Jean.’ Fans like to feel like they have inside info on stars. Because his fans know about the situation, and he has even commented on it letting them in a bit more, they will for sure want to hear the song. I think it will be greatly anticipated.”

Additionally, from Justin’s stand point, it might be his way of regaining control of a situation that plagued him out of nowhere.

“Clearly, the girl who claimed Justin Bieber fathered her child has left a big emotional impact a him,” Rebecca Grado, MFT intuitive psychotherapist, speaker, and New York Times best-selling author tells us. “It’s certainly understandable. When someone makes false accusations about you, it’s not only infuriating, but disempowering. My guess is that as a Christian, Justin’s morals are very important to him, so having them called into question is extremely upsetting.”

That said, after this single, Grado thinks Justin should focus his efforts on moving forward, instead of looking in his past.

“The problem is that the more he focuses on this situation, the more he keeps it alive, in his mind and in the minds of his fans,” she says, explaining. “He also maintains a connection to her, giving her exactly what she wanted, his attention. There is an expression that says, ‘Where your thoughts go your energy flows,’ and the more he feeds this drama with his energy, the more it will rule his life.”

Justin Bieber is using his lyrics for the ultimate revenge! The popstar tells Heat magazine that he has written a song about the horrible situation he was put in last November when Mariah Yeater said she had sex with Justin after one of his concerts and then she got pregnant!

On April 21, he tweeted: “Dear mariah yeeter [sic]…we have never met…so from the heart i just wanted to say…” followed by a link to a sequence from Borat in which he chants, “You will never get this!”

Justin’s fans excitedly tweeted their support of his attack, and he even retweeted one of his most proud Beliebers:

“Today will definitely go down in belieber history,” @KidrauhlYolo tweeted. “Justin not only tweeted random ass shit for an hour but tweeted Mariah. Damn I love juju.”

We’re not sure why Justin decided to tweet this — especially now that no one is even talking about Mariah anymore — but we kind of love that he did.
