Bree’s back to hitting the bottle again on the Dec. 4 episode!
Bad things happen when Bree (Marcia Cross) falls off the wagon — but would she actually stoop so low as to steal Ben (Charles Mesure) right out from René’s (Vanessa Williams)? On the Dec. 4 episode of Desperate Housewives, a boozy Bree is spotted getting close with Ben on his doorstep, and René looks about as shocked as we are!
A picture is worth a thousand words, or in Susan’s case, just one: GUILTY!
These goosebumps on my arm can mean only two things: Either I forgot to pay my heating bill, or the Nov. 13 episode of Desperate Housewives was just that good. Chuck (Jonathan Cake) is almost finished figuring out what happened to Gaby’s (Eva Longoria) stepfather — and you know what was a huge help? Susan’s (Teri Hatcher) painting of the four women standing over his dead body!
Watch a preview clip from tonight’s all-new episode of ‘Desperate Housewives!’ Are the girls finally about to get caught?
I didnt like Chuck (Jonathan Cake) while he was dating Bree (Marcia Cross), and I definitely don’t like him now that they’re broken up. In this preview clip from the Nov. 13 episode of Desperate Housewives, Bree’s obnoxious ex returns to further grill her about the night Gaby’s (Eva Longoria) stepfather went missing — which might not be a smart move, considering most of the men who threaten the women of Wisteria Lane end up dead. And buried in the woods.
Now two more people know about the murder! How much longer can the ‘Housewives’ keep their secret?
This season’s Desperate Housewives mystery has been pretty predictable thus far, but I have to admit the Nov. 6 episode threw me for a loop. Bree (Marcia Cross) discovered that Ben (Charles Mesure) is the one who dug up Gaby’s (Eva Longoria) stepfather’s corpse last week, but what’s even more surprising is that he’s actually helping her keep the murder a secret!
Chuck? Ben? Who is onto the women’s deadly secret? Let the guessing game begin!
If there was any doubt in your mind that the women of Wisteria Lane are secretly grown-up versions of the Pretty Little Liars, the Oct. 30 episode of Desperate Housewives solidified that fact. A night of tricks and treats ended with the season’s spookiest scene yet: Lynette (Felicity Huffman), Bree (Marcia Cross) and Gaby (Eva Longoria) running through the woods with flashlights — only to discover that Gaby’s stepfather’s body was missing!
As the final season rolls on, it’s becoming clear just how ‘Desperate’ these housewives really are.
The plot thickened on the Oct. 2 episode of Desperate Housewives, as a visit to Paul Young (Mark Moses) in prison revealed to Bree (Marcia Cross) that her gratuitously shirtless detective boyfriend may be the one who sent her that chilling letter last week! Though honestly, if people would remember to put the return address on their mail, such problems would not exist.
Real talk: Which housewife do you think is most likely to follow Mary-Alice’s lead and shoot herself in the head? Just asking… It’s official: the Desperate Housewives are back — and I’m not just talking about the show itself. Susan (Teri Hatcher), Gaby (Eva Longoria), Lynette (Felicity Huffman) and Bree (Marcia Cross) finally came together…
Eva, Teri, Marcia and Felicity have aged like fine wine during the past seven seasons.
A thought struck us as we pored over the new crop of Desperate Housewives photos from the upcoming eighth season: Not only do Teri Hatcher, Eva Longoria, Marcia Cross and Felicity Huffman look amazing, but they actually look better than they did when the show first premiered back in 2004! Apparently when the women of Wisteria Lane aren’t busy solving — and sometimes committing — murders, they’re busy bathing in the fountain of youth. Browse our gallery of then-and-now pictures and marvel at how incredible the ladies look seven years later.
Is it just me, or is ‘Desperate Housewives’ looking a lot like ‘Pretty Little Liars’ these days?
As if that last sentence wasn’t enough to make me cash in my man card, I’ll also add this: I’m super-excited for the upcoming eighth, and final, season of Desperate Housewives. Covering up a murder is really going to bond Susan (Teri Hatcher), Lynette (Felicity Huffman), Bree (Marcia Cross) and Gabby (Eva Longoria) — and you know this show is at its best when the women are working together.
To even suggest the reality franchise took down the long-running ABC drama is an insult to television — and my intelligence.
Ever since ABC announced that Desperate Housewives will end after its upcoming eighth season, there’s been a ton of speculation as to why the decision was made — but the most ridiculous theory I’ve heard yet is that the Real Housewives franchise stole viewers’ attention from the women of Wisteria Lane.
Do you agree it’s time for ‘Desperate Housewives’ to join Mary-Alice in the great beyond?
It’s hard to believe we’ve spent seven long years with the ladies of Wisteria Lane, but it really has been one heck of a ride. That’s why TV Guide‘s report — that Desperate Housewives‘ upcoming eighth season could be its last — comes as neither a surprise, nor a disappointment.
Poor Eva. Time hasn’t healed her heart, she admits in a new interview with Allure magazine, where she’s the cover girl on their April issue.
“Every time I talk about it, I want to cry. It’s been hard, very hard,” she admits in the interview while tearing up. “I’m just trying to get through it (the divorce) as gracefully as possible without any drama.”
Paul enlisted the help of his mortal enemy Feb. 13 to find out who tried to kill him. As it turns out, the answer was… kind of obvious.
It was Zach (Cody Kasch), okay? Zach Young shot his daddy (Mark Moses) point blank after last winter’s big riot. I’m sorry to come to right out and say it without a big “spoiler alert,” but wasn’t it obvious at this point? It was even obvious to Paul, who asked Mike (James Denton) to track down his biological drug-addict son personally. But maybe Mike should have been paying less attention to Zach and more attention to his wife…
An insider reveals to us that feverish negotiations with the ‘wives’, are underway and it appears deals will be struck. Here’s the details!
All of you worried Desperate Housewives fans can breathe a sigh of relief! We’ve talked to an insider who works on the set of the popular TV show who tells us “Everyone is very confident that deals will be made and the show will continue.” Phew. We’ll still be able to tune in to what the troublesome ladies of Wisteria Lane are doing.
New reports claim next season will be Teri’s last and that costar Felicity will be leaving the show as well, could the series finally be coming to an end?
There is some very bad news for Desperate Housewives fans — Teri Hatcher is allegedly leaving the show after next season! The Daily Mail reports, “The 45-year-old actress, who has played ditsy mother Susan Mayer for seven years, has told colleagues at ABC that the next season will be her last. Bosses at the U.S. network are now prepared for a double exit with co-star Felicity Huffman following Hatcher out of the show.”
