Maddy Jackson, 5, star of TLC’s Toddlers & Tiaras, came under fire after posing in a Dolly Parton costume complete with fake breasts — and her dad Bill Verst accused his ex-wife Lindsay Jackson of overly sexualizing their daughter!

But a Kentucky judge ruled that Lindsay was not exploiting their daughter — and awarded her primary residential custody, with both parents having joint legal custody, according to RadarOnline.com.

As for the pageant ban that was placed for the 5-year-old, the court said she is free to enter the pageant circuit again.

“The ban against Maddy participating in pageants has been lifted,” a judge told RadarOnline.com. “She can participate in them, but there has to be a written agreement by both parents. The agreement does not have to be submitted to the court. This will still be an ongoing case since the parents disagree about the pageant participation.”

We’ll keep an eye out for Maddy in pageants — we just hope she stays away from the risque costumes!

Lisa Jackson, the mom of Toddlers & Tiaras star Maddy Jackson, has been been hit with a gag order and instructed by a judge to not enter her 6-year-old daughter in any more beauty pageants!

Lisa has been engaging in a bitter custody battle with her ex Bill Verst, who claims that Maddy was sexually exploited during her participation in child beauty pageants.

One case in particular had Bill and the rest of the nation fuming when Maddy dressed as Dolly Parton and donned fake breasts, which was featured on an episode of TLC’s Toddlers & Tiaras.

Sources say Lisa is livid with the judge’s ruling, and she believes that beauty pageants aren’t harming her little girl.

“What kind of judge tells a parent what kind of extracurricular activity they can put their child in? Pageants aren’t illegal and they’re not harming Maddy,” a source close to the family told RadarOnline.com.

The next hearing in the case is scheduled for Aug. 31. Maddy can’t participate in any child beauty pageants until then.

Maddy Jackson, 5, has been appearing in beauty pageants since she was 13 months old, but she outraged viewers last year when she appeared on Toddlers & Tiaras sporting controversial fake breasts and a Dolly Parton costume!

On TLC’s hit reality show, Maddy’s mom Lindsay Jackson was shown putting fake breasts in the dress, and now Maddy’s estranged father Bill Verst wants custody.

But Lindsay is fighting back hard to keep her daughter.

“Maddy has been doing pageants since she was a baby and this is the first time Bill has ever said I’m a bad mother,” she told Radar Online, according to the Daily Mail.

“‘He never made an argument about it until the show aired and now he’s trying to say that she’s sexualized and that I’m trying to exploit her and I’m not!”

However, Maddy’s dad doesn’t exactly have a clean record. According to Lindsay, Bill is a convicted felon on probation for a DUI and endangerment, which she says the judge and the court-appointed psychologist are ignoring.

The pageant mom also fears she is fighting a losing battle, thanks to her estranged husband’s wealthy family.
