HollywoodLife.com spoke to a source close to Matt, 42, who excitedly said, “The reason they are choosing now to have another wedding is that their kids are getting older and are able to understand it more, so they want to do it for their kids, and they also thought it would be a romantic rekindling of their love for each other.”

Now that’s reasoning we can get behind! There’s nothing like doing something so emotional and special for your whole family. We are totally on board with this wise decision, especially in a Hollywood that’s too often full of breakups!

What Celebs Will Attend Matt & Luciana’s Big Day?

Our source was also quick to tell us which celebs will be making the trek to upcoming wedding, saying, “Some celebs that are a lock to go are Ben & Casey Affleck, George Clooney, Billy Bob Thornton and Gus Van Sant. It won’t be a surprise at the end of the day on who else will be going to the wedding in the celebrity department, because everyone knows Matt’s friends. But more friends that aren’t famous will be going, those he actually grew up with will be there. And let’s not forget, it’s not just his wedding, it’s their wedding. Luciana will be having a lot more of her non-celeb friends attending as well.”

The report claims that since they had a low-key wedding in NYC, they are ready for “something bigger.” There’s just one rule — NO KIDS! This sounds like it’ll be a total blast and no doubt totally glamorous.

Why Matt & Luciana Want To Have A Larger Ceremony

Matt and Luciana got married in 2005, at city hall in front of Mayor Bloomberg! But Matt’s best friend Ben Affleck was there, and we’re sure he’s at the top of the guest list once again.

The problem is that right after the small wedding, Matt had to fly to London to start shooting The Good Shepherd, and he had said: “I guess we’ll have our honeymoon there.”

We think that this is pretty awesome that they want to have a bigger ceremony. These two are totally devoted to each other and they no doubt deserve it!

The actor admits he still wakes up at night to check that his kids with wife Luciana Barroso are still breathing!

Movie action man Matt Damon admits he’s a big softy when it comes to his four daughters! What’s he going to be like when they start dating?!

“My wife’s nickname for me is ‘Red Alert,’” Matt, 40, jokes. “I sometimes check to see if the kids are breathing.”

Matt and Luciana have three kids together; Isabella, 5, Gia, 3, and Stella, 10 months, and he’s stepdad to Alexia, 12, his wife’s daughter from a previous relationship.

He admits he was never paranoid before he became a dad, adding, “I’m probably more protective than I’ve ever been now that I have children.”

Matt and his gorgeous wife Luciana are expecting their third child any day now, but Matt told Hollybaby.com his wife is “over” being pregnant!

Matt Damon‘s wife looks like she’s about ready to pop! We spoke to Matt, 40, at the New York Film Festival premiere of his new flick Hereafter on Sunday night (Oct. 10), and he admitted he and Luciana are exhausted — and aren’t having any more kids after this little one arrives.

“At this age, when you have one still in diapers and another one about to be in diapers… I just don’t remember what a good night’s sleep is like,” he said.

Matt and Luciana have been married since 2005, and have three children: Alexia [from Luciana's previous marriage],  Isabella, 4, and Gia, 2. But Matt had no hesitations when telling us that Luciana is ready for her pregnancy to be finished!

“I mean, she’s over it, she’s ready to be done,” he said. “It’s tough, it’s a lot of work, and it’s the best job you’ll ever have. I’m just having fun with it, it’s kind of a blur, you know.”

We can tell just by looking at Luciana, that she’s ready to have that beautiful Damon baby! We just can’t wait to find out if it’s a boy or a girl!
