Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have six kids under 10, so they’re getting to the age when they’re asking their parents some tough questions — like why aren’t you married?

Hollywoodlife.com asked Love consultants and happily married couple Matt Titus and Tamsen Fadal to weigh in on Brad and Angie‘s parental dilemma. Should they marry for the kids or stay single?
Matt’s Take:

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, the most beautiful couple on the planet, amazing actors and loving parents, are the total package. I mean it, I used to be almost angry about them, but that’s not good for a relationship expert!

Seriously, these two are living proof you can “have it all,” if you balance responsibilities and always make time for each other. I actually counsel some of my clients by using Brad and Angelina as an example of being a committed couple who are full of romance. Many couples lose it the minute kids come into the picture. These two superstars have SIX children and still sizzle whenever they are together.

The only thing they haven’t done is make it all official, by getting married. This didn’t seem to be an issue for them, but lately, their children have been asking about a “wedding.”

Big daddy Brad, was recently asked in a interview if he and Angelina might be getting married anytime soon. He revealed that it is something that the children want very much for their parents — they want Mom and Dad married — so they are both considering taking the plunge.

BAD IDEA! Get married because you want to, not have to, over 52% of American couples end up in divorce. You can live together, love together, or have a ton of kids together without getting married. Don’t fix what isn’t broken, Mr. & Mrs. Smith!

Tamsen’s Take:

The Pitt-Jolie kids, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh and two-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne want Mommy and Daddy to walk down the aisle and become husband and wife.

So, I am asked, is it a good thing to get married because your children demand, or want it? Not an easy answer here, but it all comes down to commitment. A ring doesn’t make it mean more, but it’s another way of promising to be there for each other, forever.

When a man and woman commit to marriage, they agree to live together, have children together, and support each others goals and dreams, in short, pledge a life together. Brad and Angelina have done all that and more. If they consider their ultimate family — the group of personalities they’ve brought together in birth and adoption — having a wedding to celebrate their passion and love for each other and personal world they’ve made is an act of grace, then I say: SAY I DO! Doing something for the right reasons, no matter who asks it of you, is not a something you should struggle with, the best parts of life and love should be EASY.

I, for one, am excited at the thought of how wonderful this wedding would be, can you imagine the dress, the stars, the cutest wedding party in history with the kids? I’m crying with joy already!

Kate and William, you are so smart! I applaud you for making life and love decisions that will prevent your relationship from crashing and burning!

You have clearly looked at the tragic mistakes made by William‘s parents, Diana and Charles, and you are making every effort to avoid them. Here’s what you’re doing right:

Love Decision #1:

MOVING FAR AWAY FROM MEDDLING IN-LAWS LIKE THE QUEEN — TO NORTH WALES!

William and Kate, your decision to settle down in William’s farmhouse on the island of Anglesley, five hours north on London and near the tiny town of Holyhead (population 11,237) is brilliant.
You’ll be living close to William’s RAF base, where he’s a Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force’s Search and Rescue squad.

So not only are you living together like most newlyweds and not trying to have a commuter marriage where Will is in North Wales and Kate is in London, but you’re in an area too remote for most paparazzi. That way, you’ll be able to get down to the business of adjusting to life as husband and wife.

Love Decision #2:

THEY’LL LIVE LIKE NORMAL PEOPLE WITHOUT SERVANTS!

This is a big deal for Royals. you’ve decided you don’t want to live with pomp and circumstance like Prince Charles who has 125 servants! You think that having servants will ruin the intimacy of your relationship and you’re right.

Having nosy people around, even if they work for you, is definitely an intimacy-killer. Who wants witnesses when you want to get a little frisky or have normal little fights? Who wants your most personal life turning up in the British tabloids?

In exchange for intimacy, you’re prepared to do your own shopping, cooking, and cleaning. And that’s not only a small price to pay for privacy, but also it will keep you in touch with regular folks like the rest of us, i.e. your future British subjects.

Love Decision #3:

KATE WILL TAKE TIME OUT TO BE A HOUSEWIFE AND NOT TAKE ON ROYAL DUTIES!

Kate, you’re right to be a “housewife” for at least two years and not undertake regular royal duties. Poor Princess Diana was thrust into the “job” of being the Princess of Wales from almost day one, and she never had time to be a wife before a royal representative.

William, you realize that Kate is most importantly your best friend and life mate and not a PR person for the monarchy. Also, since Kate’s already 29, you two are wise to most probably be putting baby-making without royal stress at the top of your “to do” list, or should we say, your “doing it” list! After all, Kate seems to understand that producing an heir is her top job.

And what better way to do that, than in a romantic, secluded farmhouse, with your hot hubby Prince William.

Now, I’m not the only person who feels you two are making all the right relationship-saving moves.

Dr. Gilda Carle, author of the book Don’t Bet on the Prince, weighs in: I think this is a very beneficial move for them because they have been in the limelight so much. they haven’t had an opportunity to see what life is like yet as a married couple. This will give them a chance to see what they are like as human beings instead of members of a royal family.”

Hollywoodlife.com also spoke with relationship expert Cooper Lawrence, who points out that Prince William is actually the opposite of the “Countess on the Real Housewives! He’s not a playboy and they’re not on the Riviera. He never dated celebs and he never wanted to be famous. I’m sure he blames the paparazzi for his mother’s death, so being in the limelight and being followed by them isn’t what he’s looking for,” she says. “He’s moving her where their relationship can be safe and she will be safe.”

Wow, William. You and Kate have really thought this through.

It appears that AnnaLynne and Kellan are together again. Should you ever get back with an ex?

AnnaLynne McCord and Kellan Lutz seem to have rekindled their old flame. But is it a good idea to get back together with an ex or are you just seeking someone that’s comfortable?

The 90210 starlet joined her ex on a trip up north to film scenes for his final Twilight film, Breaking Dawn, alongside Kristen Stewart, Ashley Greene and Jackson Rathbone; they looked completely reunited.

Although their split seemed amicable at the time and thus, getting back together could always have been a possibility, should it have been? If something is broken, can it ever be fixed?

That all depends on how serious the relationship was and how much you loved one another. If you broke up because he cheated then by no means should you get back together. But if your work schedules were keeping you apart and you’ve finally sorted yourselves out, why not take that chance?

AnnaLynne and Kellan seem happy together and seemed like a good fit. If you can’t stop quitting each other, then why be apart?

Between them, William and Kate are inviting a staggering total of SIX exes to the Royal wedding. Are they nuts?

Every wedding should have something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue, right? Apparently Prince William and his bride-to-be, Kate Middleton, are taking this adage to heart and turning the ‘something’ into ‘someone’ old: the Royal couple have invited six of their former lovers to the wedding of the century! Is this weird or just posh and polite?

So who’s coming? Kate has invited her pre-William St. Andrews BF Rupert Finch as well as high school crush Willem Marx. As for William, he’s sent invites to a whopping FOUR former GFs including rumored first love Jecca Craig, first girlfriend Rose Farquhar, university ex Arabella Musgrave and, lastly, Isabella Anstruther-Gough-Galthorpe.

Kudos to the Royal couple for showing their exes some love, but really? REALLY? Unless you have kids with an ex-BF or husband and he’s an established part of your life, there’s really no need to air your past at your wedding day.

Here’s why I think so: your wedding is about your future and your commitment as a couple. Sure, the ghosts of girlfriends and boyfriends past might seem like a good idea, but why have your past hanging around on a day that’s all about moving forward and starting a new chapter in your life?

William and Kate are Brits, and she’s about to become, like him, royalty. Their lives may operate on a different scale than ours do. So should you invite an ex to your wedding, when that day comes? That’s up to you. But would I want to look into an ex boyfriend’s face right after saying ‘I do?’ I already know that answer: I don’t.

A new report claims that the Twilight lovers have broken up because of Rob’s hectic work schedule. Would you let the same fate befall you?

Say it isn’t so! A new report suggests that one of America’s most beloved celebrity couples, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, have called it quits, citing Rob’s busy schedule as the problem. Would you ever let work get in the way of your relationship?

The UK’s Mirror says the two — who are currently shooting the final Twilight flicks, Breaking Dawn parts 1 & 2, have been on the rocks since February. “The excuses why they couldn’t meet up basically got weaker and weaker,” a source told the paper. “Rob figured they should officially cool things off and have some time to figure out what they each want.”

While I hope this isn’t true (I’m personally pro team R-Patz & K-Stew), it is possible for the other woman — work — to rear her ugly head in a romance and provide some not-needed distance between you and your man.

Here’s the thing: work is unavoidable and, when you have a career as thriving as Rob’s, you need to be extra focused. So where does that leave your relationship? Yup, that’s right: taking a backseat. But if you want to make your love last regardless of how little time you spend together, there are ways.

If you have precious, limited time, make the hours you do have together count. Do something fun and memorable or totally relaxing like a night in watching movies instead of being around tons of other people at a trendy restaurant. Make sure you talk on the phone at least once a day. Send each other cute texts, tweets or Facebook messages to let each other know that, while you are apart, he’s still on your mind and vice versa.

Don’t let a busy schedule drive you apart: make your romance last any way you can.

Kim Kardashian can’t help gushing over how awesome her BF is. Is her nonstop adoration relationship overkill?

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to realize that Kim Kardashian is totally in love with her pro basketball player boyfriend Kris Humphries. In fact, she’s totally besotted and wants the world to know it! But is she setting herself up for failure by constantly telling him how wonderful he is?

“The sexiest thing about Kris is – gosh, there are so many things. Probably the sexiest thing about him is his personality and also, his deep voice,” the 30-year-old told People magazine. She also recently said on The Tonight Show, “I’m like the biggest hippocrite now because I feel so tiny and small and so protected. It’s like the best feeling in the world to be with a really tall guy … you feel so safe all the time and skinny and tiny!”

These are just the latest things Kim has said about her younger man. She clearly adores him and isn’t shy about saying so. But too much of a good thing does exist.

Kim is actually pretty smart in the sense that she’s pumping her man up, and making him feel like he’s a wonderful, amazing, protective guy. The old caveman mentality is setting in: ‘me big, strong man. Me protect you.” Kris probably feels like a million bucks because his lady love is giving him such constant, glowing praise.

However, you do want to be slightly careful about giving your guy a big head. If you’re always building him without reason, he’s going to think he can do no wrong. But if he deserves it, why not stroke his ego a little (or a lot)? Kris certainly doesn’t seem upset by his rave reviews — and chances are your man won’t be, either!

R-Patz is willing to give his all to a relationship. Should you?

When it comes to love, Robert Pattinson‘s mantra is ‘we only regret the risks we do not take.’ The hunky Brit, who is dating his Breaking Dawn co-star and onscreen love interest Kristen Stewart, isn’t afraid to give everything he has when he’s in a relationship. But should YOU be more cautious with your heart?

“You don’t really realize they are risks at the time… in love… you’re not really thinking, ‘Oh God, I need to do this and it’s going to be really scary but I’m in love with this person,’” the Twilight star said during an interview with PopSugar for his latest film, Water For Elephants, adding,“You just want.”

R-Patz knows all about risks. In addition to putting himself out there (which is scary enough on its own), he’s dating a co-star with whom he’s now filmed five movies. If he and Kristen didn’t work out, he would have been forced to see at her work all the time, and it’s incredibly hard to get over someone when they’re in such close proximity to you. Fortunately, though, this isn’t the case: he and K-Stew are as strong as ever.

Taking a relationship risk is terrifying and so easy to talk yourself out of — but I DO believe you should give yourself the freedom to fall head over heels. Don’t let having been burned before or a fear of falling hold you back.

Never have regrets in love. You don’t want to wake up one morning and think about what might have been. The unknown can be scary, but an even more terrifying thought is knowing you didn’t give it your all. How will you know if you don’t try?

JT is allegedly romancing Olivia, who looks suspiciously like his ex, Jessica Biel. Is having a type a bad thing?

Justin Timberlake may have split from longtime girlfriend Jessica Biel last month, but that didn’t stop him  from getting cozy with his Now co-star Olivia Wilde. The rub: with her dark hair, blue-green eyes and beautiful smile, Olivia could be a dead ringer for Jessica! Is it safe for your heart to date a guy who clearly has a type?

JT doesn’t seem to have a problem moving on. He was caught doing some dirty dancing with Olivia, who’s in the process of divorcing hubby Tao Ruspoli, at Hollywood nightclub Roxbury over the weekend; the two were allegedly on a date. Given that his new reported love interest resembles his ex-girlfriend of four years, you might think that Justin was looking for a replacement Jess. Is he?

I would say the answer here is NO. Justin clearly isn’t looking for a serious long-term girlfriend immediately – he and Jess did only break up last month – but he clearly likes what he likes; like most of us, he has a ‘type.’

Think of the guys you’ve dated. Do they all have something in common physically? We tend to gravitate towards what we like, and Justin is no different. He has a thing for girls with light eyes and dark hair, just like you might have a thing for photographers or for a brown-hair/brown-eyes combination.

Don’t be upset that your new guy has a type (especially because you’re it!) but make sure you’re ready to handle comments from the peanut gallery suggesting you’re a replacement GF. I’d go with something along the lines of ‘Clearly he still has good taste, then.’ It makes you look like the bigger person if you aren’t trashing his ex — doubly so because you happen to resemble her.
