Kim Kardashian has talked openly about her struggles to dress her new body while being pregnant, but it looks like she is really starting to use black as her go-to! The reality star was seen in the forever-slimming color head to toe. Her BFF LaLa Vasquez, on the other hand, donned a crisp white suit with gold detailing and matching gold heels to show off her impressive slimmed-down figure!

The reality star also tweeted a picture of her and LaLa sitting inside the restaurant. In the pic, LaLa is smiling and has her hand on Kim’s baby bump — so cute!

Kim’s high-waisted skirt resembles a similarly-cut white skirt she wore on March 12, showing Kim’s trend of covering her baby bump with high-waisted attire — including the infamous snakeskin peplum pants she donned on Feb. 22 — rather than covering her body with more flowy attire.

Kim Has Blogged About Her Maternity Wear ‘Struggles’

Kim has taken to her blog to openly talk about her maternity wear and her journey through pregnancy in the hopes to help other expectant mothers.

“I’m definitely having a lot of fun with my maternity fashion and love trying new things. I want to share my pregnancy fashion tips with other expecting moms out there and I know it’s different for everyone; some women start showing sooner, others don’t start showing until later, but I want to share my own personal experiences with you guys along the way,” wrote the fashionable business woman.

Snooki Gives Kim Maternity Fashion Advice

Snooki told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY exactly what she thinks of the reality star’s maternity wear at the GLAAD Awards red carpet on March 16.

“Well, I didn’t try to wear tight things. And I feel like she’s trying to fit into tight things,” Snooki said. “But I saw a picture of her and she was wearing a blouse and she looked awesome, so needs to stick with the blouses!”

Lately the red carpet regular has been spotted in some wild outfits from printed maxi dresses to feathered baby doll tops and leggings. She has been trying to still stand out despite of her baby bump, but personally for us we like the more subtle outfit she wore to dinner.

All eyes were on Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries as they celebrated their sexy nuptials — again — in the Big Apple, and they did it in a way only a Kardashian couple could. We’re talking bondage-inspired violinists, acrobats and feathered palm trees!

The party, dubbed an evening of “style and glamour,” was thrown by Kim’s friend, Niche Media founder Jason Binn, and celebrity wedding and party planner Colin Cowie. It was held at Capitale, an event space located in a building built in 1895 in lower Manhattan’s Chinatown neighborhood.

Aside from Kim’s older sister Kourtney and her partner Scott Disick, guests included the star of VH1′s Lala’s Full Court Life, Lala Vasquez; boybander-turned-SiriusXM host Lance Bass; Spin Crowd stars Jonathan Cheban and Simon Huck; socialite Tinsley Mortimer; The Real Housewives of New York City stars Alex McCord, Simon van Kempen, Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer; Dina Manzo of The Real Housewives of New Jersey; Fox News’ Greta van Susteren; celebrity stylist Phillip Bloch, boxer Eric Kelly; and the stars of NBC New York’s Moms & The City, Raina Seitel-Gittlin, Denise Albert and Melissa Gerstein. And a seemingly random celebrity guest? Musical mastermind Paul Shaffer from The Late Show With David Letterman.

Party-goers began arriving around 7 p.m., and filled Capitale’s massive 4,000-square-foot space, which has a 65-foot high ceiling! While guests waited for Kim and Kris to arrive — which they eventually did around 9:15 p.m. — waiters served hors d’oeuvres, including tuna tartar and crabcakes. Two bars for non-VIP partygoers were set up along the space’s east side, while a closed-off VIP area, with seating and tables, lined the west side of the space. In the center, a dance floor and banquettes. There was even an Avion tequila bar, also in the VIP area.

When Kim and Kris arrived, Kris walked ahead of her down the red carpet, while she took additional photos. Then Kim and Kris, flanked by Kourtney, Jason Binn, and Colin Cowie, appeared on the mezzanine. A spotlight shone on them — a camera crew was capturing every moment — and Jason welcomed them.

Kim said, “Let’s party New York!” before Kris grabbed the mic and joked, “Where’s Scott?” He looked at the VIP area, where Scott was — but guess who was noticeably missing? Scott Disick!

In fact, before Kim and Kris took to the mezzanine, HollywoodLife.com spotted Scott walking into the party without Kourtney, and he even bypassed the red carpet! He was walking pretty quickly, clearly making a beeline for the VIP area, and he looked a bit pissed off! Something was definitely up.

But when the Kardashian clan left the party, around 11 p.m., they all returned to the same mezzanine to bid adieu — this time, with Scott in tow. Scott grabbed the mic and joked that he didn’t like Kris, but even that seemed kind of odd.

During the evening, Kim and Kris spent time in the VIP area, and at one point, went to the center of the dance floor to light the candles on a five-tier cake that was black and white — just like her original wedding cake! Kim looked like a porcelain doll, in a tan silk gown, with her diamond wedding ring in full view. Kris wore a three-piece suit.

Partygoers then watched a female violinist, wearing a black bondage-inspired outfit, play the violin to dance tracks, followed by acrobats who climed up and down a series of white sheets that spanned the space’s height. Finally, guests spent the remainder of the evening dancing to a tracklist featuring songs like “Only Girl” by Rihanna, “Tonight” by Enrique Iglesias and “Give Me Everything” by Pitbull and Ne-Yo and “Yeah 3x” by Chris Brown.

Toward the end of the evening, chocolate-covered strawberries and bananas were served, as were miniature carrot cakes.

As for the decor, it was pretty basic, since the space already has a distinct architectural look: The 116-year-old room was designed in the Beaux-Arts style. But throughout the space, Colin Cowie places palm trees made from white feathers, which gave the room an elegant tropical feel.

It looks like Kim is taking things slow with new pal Kris, and not rushing into another relationship!

Kim Kardashian may be keeping mum on her new relationship with New Jersey Nets star Kris Humphries, but luckily her friends are willing to dish! Kim’s BFF Lala Vasquez was on hand as W celebrated their Best Performances Issue and the Golden Globes at the Chateau Marmont Jan. 14 and said of Kim’s new relationship, “I think you guys probably think it’s a little more than what it is. It’s a friendship now and it’s growing and we’ll see what happens.” Interesting…

Lala went on to say about Kris, “He’s a great guy, he’s a very nice guy. He’ a very, very nice guy. Very down to earth.”

As for Kim’s string of beaus, Lala said they have to go through her first, but she ultimately just wants the best for her friend. “You know what, as long as she’s happy, I’m happy,” she explained. “And she seems happy and having a good friendship.”

“She absolutely is the perfect catch and my advice to her is, things come when you’re not looking for them and she’s not looking right now,” Lala told HollywoodLife.com. “Right now we’re just hanging out, having fun and just working really, really hard. That’s the time when these things happen. You look up like, ‘Oh wait, where did you come from?’ If you don’t put your mind and focus on it, that’s when it happens.”

Many speculate that Kim’s tendency to fall for professional athletes, who are tagged as being notorious playboys, is her downfall — but Lala, who is married to Denver Nuggets basketball star, Carmelo Anthony, says it really shouldn’t matter what someone does for a living when it comes to love.

“I think there is a bit of a stigma attached to an athlete but just like anything else, you find good and bad everything in a lawyer, a doctor, you’re gonna have your good ones and bad ones when it comes to how they treat women, but you have to judge a person for who they are, not because of their profession.”
