All the Teen Mom drama seems to be going down after the cameras have stopped rolling! Maci Bookout and Kyle King split for good this fall after two years of being on and off, but Maci’s ex Ryan Edwards and his girlfriend of more than a year also recently called it quits — and now Ryan’s ex Dalis Connell and Kyle have been hanging out!

She even stripped down to her panties to model his clothing line Kold Nature, appearing in a slew of sexy ads for the company.

If that sounds like a love square gone out of control, that’s because it is. Let’s break it down:

Maci and Ryan: The Beginning

These two young loves got together in high school and after dating for a few months, welcomed their son Bentley, now 4. During 16 & Pregnant and the first season of Teen Mom, they were trying to make their relationship work for their son, but ended up calling it quits by the time season one wrapped filming.

Maci and Kyle: Serious Boyfriend #2

Maci started dating Kyle during season two of Teen Mom, and after a couple brief splits, they seemed to be in it for the long haul. They even closed out the series by buying a house together and setting up a home for them and Bentley. But by September of 2012, they were dunzo for good.

Ryan and Dalis: The New Maci

Ryan started dating hot girl-next-door Dalis during the final season of Teen Mom, and the two made it work for almost two years. Maci even said Dalis was a good mother figure for Bentley when she wasn’t around, and called Dalis a “great girl.”

But the ladies in Ryan’s life exchanged some heated words during the season reunion with Dr. Drew, and it was clear there was still some bad blood between the two.

Dalis and Kyle: A New Couple?

Dalis and Ryan broke up shortly after her mom passed away in December, and she didn’t waste any time moving on. On Dec. 16, Dalis was spotted out at a club with Kyle — and the two even snapped a pic! Dalis shared the photo on her Instagram account, writing: “Wonder how much s**t we will get for this! hahaha don’t currr @kyleking100.”

Then, Dalis posted photos to her modeling page of her wearing Kyle’s clothing line Kold Nature. And a Twitter follower even hinted at their romance on Twitter, asking her if Kyle was going to come over to her house, to which Dalis just replied “maybe.”

Sounds like there’s a relationship brewing!

Maci Bookout‘s on-again, off-again relationship with Kyle King has been off for about a month, but it looks like the former Teen Mom star is ready to reignite the flame with a trip to Las Vegas!

The 21-year-old mom to Bentley, 3, told Twitter followers on Oct. 18 that she’s not only spending time with her ex — she’s taking a vacation with him!

“Got my morning cardio in from running through the atl airport with@risacolelane @kyleking100 and @Holman_115 … #vegasbound,” she wrote.

It looks like trips with ex-boyfriends is a common theme for the single mom. Last month, she spent a few days in Dallas, where she hung out with another ex-boyfriend, Kyle Regal.

“She’s basically back together with Kyle King. She really loves [him] and feels really safe with him,” a source told OK! magazine. “She knows how good he is with Bentley too,” but added that Maci still talks to her ex-boyfriend Kyle Regal.

After being a single mom for a month, Maci Bookout is apparently getting back in the dating game with not one, but two of her ex-boyfriends!

The Teen Mom star was embracing the single life by spending time with her her son Bentley, who turns 4 on Oct. 26, and visiting friends in New York City and Dallas.

But the 21-year-old has kept coy about her relationship status with her most recent ex-boyfriend Kyle King, with whom she split in September.

“She’s basically back together with Kyle King. She really loves [him] and feels really safe with him,” a source told OK! magazine. “She knows how good he is with Bentley too,” but added that Maci still talks to her ex-boyfriend Kyle Regal — and doesn’t tell Kyle King.

In fact, Maci took a trip to Dallas just last month and spend the entire vacation with Kyle Regal, snapping pics and sending him flirty tweets. But another insider said they are just friends.

“It’s not a secret; they all tweet at each other daily. Maci was tweeting pics with Kyle Regal’s sister [during her vacation]. Everyone is just friends.” The source said Maci is even going to Las Vegas soon with Kyle King and a group of their friends!

But it still seems like Maci is torn between her two exes. On Oct. 16, she tweeted “sometimes i ask myself… ‘what in the hell are you doing?’ with that said yall please do as i say not as i do.” Could she be referring to her on-again, off-again relationships with BOTH Kyles?

Everyone was rooting for Maci Bookout and Kyle King‘s relationship to last, but it looks like the Teen Mom star and her on-again, off-again boyfriend of more than two years are officially off again.

Maci and Kyle have both stopped following each other on Twitter, and the mom to 3-year-old Bentley even confirmed the news to fans on Sept. 23 during an #askMaci special she was hosting with fans on the social media site.

Maci took about 20 minutes to answer questions via Twitter, and when someone asked if she had a boyfriend, she replied, “no way no how.”

The emotional and tense reuinion between the couple during the Teen Mom finale special with Dr. Drew proved the couple still had major issues they needed to work out. Although they got back together following the finale taping, it appears that the couple couldn’t work through their deep-rooted problems after all.

Teen Mom favorite Maci Bookout dropped a bombshell during part two of the finale special with Dr. Drew Pinsky on Sept. 11 when she said she and boyfriend Kyle King are not only broken up — he cheated!

Without going into too much detail, Maci said she found the “proof” of her live-in boyfriend’s infidelity.

“I discovered it,” she told Dr. Drew, and admitted, “I did not give him the chance to admit anything. From what I knew and discovered, there was no reason to discuss.”

The audience was shocked. Kyle seemed like a responsible man, doting boyfriend, and good father-figure to Bentley. They bought a house together!

“I would have worked for it, and I feel like he just gave up,” she added.

But when the 24-year-old joined his ex on stage, he had a different story. He denied that he technically cheated, but does admit to crossing the line by chatting with girls on the Internet — girls that Maci said Kyle used to have sexual relationships with.

However, he swears there was no physical contact — depends on how you define “cheating,” I guess.

“For the longest time I didn’t think of myself,” Kyle told the therapist. “I was trying to make something out of me and her that was perfect, [but] wasn’t, just so we could be there for Bentley.”

Maci also chimed in and said if it weren’t for Bentley, the two of them would never have gotten together!

Ouch! There was definitely a lot of pain and tension on Dr. Drew’s couch. Luckily for us, Maci and Kyle reconciled soon after that, and if their Twitter PDA is any indication, those two lovebirds are doing just fine.

Maci Bookout loves being a young mom to her son, Bentley, 3, and now that she’s back together with longtime love Kyle King, she can’t wait to settle down and have more babies!

“She wants Bentley to have a brother or sister that’s close to his age,” a source close to the family told OK! Magazine. “It’s all she talks about.”

Maci even hinted about wanting more kids with Kyle during the most recent episode of Teen Mom, which was filmed last year. Apparently it’s something she’s wanted for a while!

“All she really wants is to be a stay-at-home mom,” the source added. “She’s ready to have the house and the family. She’s finally grown up enough.”

Maci even admits that she will be so lonely when Bentley leaves for kindergarten next year. “I’m used to it being me and him,” Maci said. “I’m going to be like, ‘where’s my friend?’”

Although Maci can’t wait to tie the knot with her boyfriend of more than two years, Kyle is waiting until the two become more financially stable. However, he is used to pleasing his lady, so Maci will most likely get her way.

“No doubt Maci will find a way to get pregnant again,” the insider said. “Kyle’s an easy-going guy; he’ll eventually do what she wants.”
