Kristin’s little girl is named Gemma Rose! Isn’t she precious?

Congrats to Kristin Davis! The 46-year-old Sex And The City star adopted a baby girl a few months ago, People reports — just like her character Charlotte did on the series!

“This is something I have wanted for a very long time,” Davis told People. “Having this wish come true is even more gratifying than I ever had imagined. I feel so blessed.”

Her daughter’s name is Gemma Rose. And coincidentally, Rose is the name of Charlotte’s second child on ‘SATC’!

We’re so happy for Kristin!

Selena Gomez is known for her squeaky-clean image, but she’s been pegged to star in the prequel of one of the raciest film series ever — Sex and the City. Could this be the perfect way move beyond her Disney days?

Selena, 18, is the dream choice to play Charlotte in The Carrie Diaries — a role originated by Kristin Davis — in the eyes of series author Candace Bushnell.

“I’m going to get into trouble for this, but I was looking at some pictures of Selena Gomez today and thinking she’d make a really good young Charlotte,” she told The Daily Caller. “She’s so pretty. I was like, ‘Gosh, wouldn’t she be great?’”

It’s a good thing Candace and Selena are on the same page. According to the Daily Mail, the young star said, “It’s more my mum’s show. Whenever it first came out I wasn’t allowed to watch it because I was really young. But no, it would be an honor.”

While some fans might think that the role is too racy for clean-cut Selena, she would be playing Sex & the City‘s most conservative character. Do you think she’d make the perfect Charlotte?

Kim would only come back for a third movie if the script was right — but until then she’s trying to break away from Samantha Jones!

Sex and the City fans have been wondering for a long time if there’s going to be a third movie. With the second one garnering such bad reviews, would the original cast Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis even sign on?  Well Kim tells HollywoodLife.com that she totally would, but there’s one condition — it has to be good!

“To me, it all boils down to the script — whether ‘Sex and the City 3‘ or a new movie,” says Kim. “If the script is good, [then yes I would do it.]“

However, Kim is concerned a third movie could be too much of a good thing. “This was always the contention of ‘have we stayed too long?’,” explains Kim. “Do we have something more to say?  You don’t want to downsize what it was to begin with.”

“That’s why the series ended because there was a fear of that,” add Kim. “I would hate to stay too long.”

But until the opportunity of a third film arises, Kim’s trying to define herself outside of her role as sex symbol Samantha Jones. “Since the the series ended and the movies are [infrequent], I’ve done different kinds of roles on stage, on TV and in movies,” says Kim. “I feel very secure in laying the ground of establishing myself what I was before ‘Sex and the City’, which is an actress who plays many different roles.”

That’s exactly why she co-wrote the book with her ex-husband, audio designer Mark Levinson, Satisfaction: The Art of the Female Orgasm. “I did not have the sex life or the experience or any of the history that this character associates with me,” she says. “I’m trying to distance myself from it.”

But in her new campaign for “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!” Spray, Kim brings a bit of Samantha Jones’s edge to the spots. “There’s a little nod to her,” admits Kim. “When I’m playing Samantha that’s one thing. But when I’m tipping my hat to her, it’s like my audience is in on it.”

The star stepped out in a bright dress this weekend! Did you think her feminine frock was so fun or too fussy?

Kristin Davis has a penchant for feminine dresses, and she showed off her girly style on Mar. 19 when she turned up at the 25th anniversary of the Genesis Awards wearing a bright pink Oscar de la Renta dress from the pre-fall collection.

Kristin is a huge fan of Oscar de la Renta, so it’s no surprise she opted for this get-up. Paired with Miu Miu criss cross patent sandals and a Judith Leiber clutch, the look was very Kristin — although I wish she wore the dress without the bow.

I appreciate her staying true to her personal style, but I really didn’t think this look did anything for Kristin. What do you think?

With the Oscars only days away, most stars are staying indoors in order to prep for the biggest night of the year on the red carpet — but not these a-listers! Halle Berry, Claire Danes, Demi Moore, and Kristin Davis boldly turned up looking as glam as ever in gorgeous gowns for the 31st annual Costume Designer Guild Awards in LA.

Demi, who has a penchant for black dresses, looked vibrant in a blue strapless Vivienne Westwood vintage — I love the way the color looks on her, not to mention that it’s such a hot hue for the spring. Another fave of the night was Halle. Sometimes the star looks more edgy, but I like her best in something feminine, like the flowing Elie Saab gown she was wearing last night. The plunging get-up was so flattering, as was the bright red color.

While some stars opted for flowing gowns, there were also some short frocks on the carpet — with my favorite being Ginnifer Goodwin‘s metallic dress. Claire also opted for a shorter get-up, an embellished Lanvin look.

Demi and Halle were by far my faves of the night, but I thought Kristin looked appropriate in a polka dot Oscar de la Renta gown — I don’t think many stars could pull off this dress, but it works well on Kristin.

This weekend’s MOCA gala in Los Angeles brought out so many A-list celebs it was hard to keep up with all that gorgeousness on the red carpet! Luckily, I was able to focus and pick out the top picks so you can choose the Best Red Carpet Beauty Look! Who will win? Read and vote for your favorite!

Will it be Kate Bosworth, with her sleek, sculpted updo, long lashes and pretty pink makeup? Very Old Hollywood glam, don’t you think?

Then there’s Rachel Bilson, who rarely gets it wrong. Love the ombre-colored waves, the defined eye makeup and the pink lipstick.

What about Gwen Stefani, rocking her signature red lipstick and black lashes, but this time with the addition of iridescent metallic eyeshadow and a sculpted updo. Adore Gwen.

Kristin Davis looked incredibly lovely, don’t you think? Love the gorgeous dark hair with great volume, long lashes and light red lip!

Mila Kunis looked so hot! She’s really working the tousled curls, glowing skin and the rockin’ makeup!
