Kim Kardashian is about to drop a bombshell! On the season finale of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, Kim admits that she has dirt on Scott Disick after having a private investigator follow him.

Kim Believes Scott Is Cheating On Kourtney

Kim tells Kourtney she’s had a private investigator put a tracking device on Scott’s car, and had him hack into Scott’s phone records!

“I told Jake that I will leave the garage door open so he can put a tracker on Scott’s car,” Kim says. “I can’t believe I’m doing this! I’m so nervous.”

Kim’s Divorce Trial Is Right Around The Corner

In the midst of Kim following Scott around, she has problems of her own! The reality star is headed to trial May 6 to face her ex-husband Kris Humphries in court. We spoke to an insider who tells us that Kim purposely tried to make Kris look horrible on Kourtney & Kim Take New York.

“A person who is truly in love would never have staged scenes of KKTNY,” a source tells us. “That deliberately put him in a negative light without her husband’s knowledge.”

Let’s not forget, Bruce is a former Olympian — this guy has a competitive streak. So it’s totally understandable that he wants the fam to take the boat race seriously. But Kim could really care less because Kanye is in town and she wants to see him! So she tells Kris and Bruce in the nicest way possible but he gets very upset.

But then Kim comes back a day later and tells Bruce that she is now able to compete with them, and he bans her from the team! Kim gets revenge by forming her own team but she still loses to Bruce.

Being Kim Kardashian‘s best friend can be hard because you have to look good all the time! HollywoodLife.com caught up with reality star Jonathan Cheban, while he was hitting the gym at the swanky Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami and he revealed how he’s getting in shape!

“Theres a lot of pressure [to look good],” he tells us. “I never take my shirt off and now I’m taking it seriously.”

Jonathan says that when he’s home in New York he hits the gym every day!

“I work out with a trainer at Equinox,” he tells us. “But I like to eat everything because that’s the hardest part for me. I cut down my food intake! I usually eat nonstop but now I’m eating chicken and sushi. I’m definitely a cheater.”

But luckily, Jonathan has discovered an interactive workout machine called the Trazer that may be able to get him ready to hit the beach in no time!

“It’s called the Trazer and it’s the sickest thing ever,” Jonathan says. “It works you out and you don’t realize it’s working you out. You’re playing against a machine. I do it on-and-off whenever I come to Miami and I’ve seen a huge difference in my body in just a few weeks!”

Khloe Kardashian is brutally honest! Just like her recent interview with Jimmy Kimmel, the 27-year-old reality starlet went on Jay Leno‘s late-night talk show on Feb. 28 and repeated what she said before: Kris Humphries‘s abrasive comments immediately rubbed her the wrong way!

“When I met Kris the very first time, I had just landed in New York and it was late at night … and he was in Kourtney and Kim’s suite,” Khloe says. ”And I went in there to say, ‘Hi’ because Kim was like, ‘Oh, I wanna introduce you to my friend. They’d just started dating. And you know, one of the first things that came out of his mouth — like within the first five minutes — was, ‘So, how much you getting paid to fake your marriage? Like how long are you gonna keep this up for?’”

Khloe didn’t find this funny at all — in fact, she was furious!

“I was like, ‘Dude, I don’t know if you’re trying to make me laugh . . .[He] just rubbed me the wrong way. So, ever since then, I had a very defensive wall brought up.”

Kim Kardashian‘s soon-to-be ex-husband Kris Humphries is popping up everywhere! HollywoodLife.com spoke to a source EXCLUSIVELY who tells us they witnessed Kris and Jonathan Cheban‘s “really uncomfortable and awkward” run-in at the restaurant. We hear that there’s “no way” Kris didn’t know that there was a party for Jonathan at Catch in his honor that night.

“Jonathan was there celebrating the launch of his new BATTE clothing line and Elle was throwing the party for him,” a source tells us about the STYLE360 event. “Everyone knew that Jonathan would be there so there’s no way Kris wouldn’t have known. It’s so weird Kris would show up like that.”

A source tells us Kourtney & Kim Take New York star left the rooftop to grab a bite in the downstairs restaurant. The insider tells us Jonathan walked in with two girls and sat down and then a few minutes later Kris was seated at a table directly across the room from him!

“Kris was literally starring Jonathan down,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “It was so strange and made everyone feel weird. When Jonathan finished his meal he went to the elevator and so did Kris, so Jonathan took the stairs!”

Kris Humphries wants to blow the lid on the Kardashian family. A shocking new interview in Life & Style with Kris’ attorney Lee Hutton says Kris wants to sue Kris Jenner for giving Kim special treatment when she was representing them both.

“We’re going to let litigation take its course,” Lee says. “We plan to fully pursue all legal options.”

A source close to the Kardashian camp echoes his feelings: “When you have two clients they’re supposed to be treated equally,” a source says. “It was a conflict of interest.”

We told you that Kris wants to take Kim to court and prove that she knew the marriage would only last 72 days. Sources close to Kris also claim that Kim and Kris didn’t have sex after they tied the knot and he wants to bring that into court as well.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are each adamant that nothing about their relationship was fake – although Team Kris believes Kim induced him into a fraudulent marriage. However, HollywoodLife.com spoke exclusively to their wedding planner Sharon Sacks at the opening of the George Town Cupcakes Soho boutique on Feb. 9 and she gave us the inside scoop on why the marriage was the real deal. “I would never have done a wedding if it was fake,” Sharon tells us. “Kim got married for the right reasons and so did Kris and it’s sad. It’s the journey they needed to take for happiness for each other.”

We all got to see Kim plan her wedding with Sharon on Kim’s Fairytale Wedding special which aired in two-parts for four hours on E! But did Sharon notice tell-tale signs that the marriage was headed for disaster?

“All I felt was love between the two of them,” she says. “They got married for the right reasons and sometimes a couple isn’t destined to be together. I don’t know what happened. All I can tell you is celebrities love to share their weddings but they don’t share their marriage.”

Kim invited hundreds of friends to her lavish wedding at a sprawling Montecito, Calif., estate on Aug. 22. Kim wore a $2.5 million headpiece, $5 million earrings, wore three different Vera Wang wedding gowns and gave all of her bridesmaids custom- made Judith Leiber clutches.

“Kim and Kris’ wedding was glorious. It wasn’t difficult [to plan] it was wonderful,” Sharon says. “Working with Kim is a treat and the marriage was what it was supposed to be about and it’s sad what happened but I think Kim is a glorious woman and I absolutely think she’ll [get married again.]  I hope I plan her next wedding.  The Kardashians are friends to me, they’re  family to me and more than just clients.”

Kris Humphries wants to be single! The soon-to-be ex-husband of Kim Kardashian partied at his old stomping ground, NYC’s Gansevoort Park Hotel on Feb. 5 — the same hotel where he and Kim lived for their 72-day-marriage. But what did Kris do when a group of hot girls came over to his table at the hotel’s swanky Red Room?

“Kris made it clear he was only interested in the game,” a source tells The New York Post’s Page Six. “Several of the girls openly tried to flirt. Although polite, he refused to respond and stuck with his pals, with whom he left after leaving a generous tip.”
