Kim Kardashian and her older sister Kourtney Kardashian had been feuding on the first part of the Kourtney & Kim Take Miami finale after Kim has a private investigator follow Scott Disick, but on part two, which airs on April 7, the sisters put their differences aside when Kim is faced with a frightening medical emergency.

Kim calls Kourtney in the middle of the night to come pick her up from her BFF Jonathan Cheban‘s house because she can’t drive. Without hesitation, Kourtney goes to pick up her sister, and Kim looks frightened and distraught.

Kim gets in the car and reveals why she’s so worried:

“My stomach is killing me. But I don’t wannna tell Khloe, but, you’re going to die. I’m pregnant,” Kim says.

“Wait, are you serious?” Kourtney asks

“I have like the worst stomach pain ever,” Kim reveals.

When Kourtney asks if she is bleeding, Kim says she’s not — but she’s still extremely worried, and doesn’t know know what do. She’s about a month along, but boyfriend Kanye West is the only one who knows — until now. Kim also apologizes for all of the drama with Scott and the cheating allegations.

“Kim, I don’t even want to talk about that right now. We need to be positive, and not stress yourself out, and let’s just put that in the past. I wonder what this pain is, I never had that,” Kourtney reassures.

Khloe Kardashian has been struggling to get pregnant while her sisters Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian are easily getting pregnant and having kids, but Kourtney has offered to make the ultimate sisterly sacrifice — and carry Khloe’s baby for her!

On the March 31 episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, Kourtney discusses with her boyfriend and baby daddy Scott Disick, with whom she has two kids — Penelope, 8 months, and Mason, 3, her plans to be a surrogate for her little sister’s baby.

And even though Scott was skeptical about Kourtney being a surrogate previously, he is totally on board with the idea of his girlfriend carrying a baby for her younger sister — and says he knows how important it is for Khloe and her husband Lamar Odom to have a baby together.

Of course, Khloe asks her if she’d really push her baby “out of her vag.”

Scott Encourages Kourtney To Be Khloe’s Surrogate

“I still think it’s a huge decision, but I understand how you would want to do that for your family. I think it’s a conversation to have,” Scott says.

And as close as Khloe and Kourtney are, it would make perfect sense for Kourtney to help her sister out — and she wants to be there any way she can!

“I just wanted to say that if you did need someone to carry your child, that I would volunteer my services. I would do that for you. I’m being serious. I would do that for you,” Kourtney says.

“You don’t think that’s a little awkward? You would bush my baby out of your vag?” Khloe laughed when asking Kourtney. She responded with,”I don’t think it’s the number one option, but if it gets to be the only option.”

Kourtney also adds she doesn’t feel how Khloe’s husband Lamar will feel about it, but she still wants to be there for her sister.

Khloe Kardashian has been vocal about her struggles to get pregnant, but on the March 31 episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, the 28-year-old, who has been married to her NBA hubby Lamar Odom for more than three years, reveals just how hard it has been to conceive the baby she so desperately wants.

Khloe visits with her stepbrother Brandon Jenner and his wife, Leah Felder, and opens up just how difficult it has been to welcome a baby.

“How long have you guys been trying?” Brandon asks. “Since I married Lamar,” Khloe says.

Khloe Kardashian Reveals Her Fertility Treatments

When Leah suggests Khloe just take a break from worrying about getting pregnant and letting it happen naturally, the X Factor host says she and her hubby have done just that before.

“About a year ago, we were like, ‘Let’s just see what happens.’ And then when it didn’t happen, [sister] Kim [Kardashian] was like, ‘Let’s go to the doctor. I found out I don’t ovulate, and now my uterus lining isn’t thick enough and I have to take pills to make my  uterus lining thicker. If that doesn’t get thicker, then I cannot carry a baby.”

Kourtney Kardashian ‘Sad’ Khloe Can’t Get Pregnant

Her older sister Kourtney Kardashian was at the table for the discussion, but says in her private interview that she feels bad for her little sister:

“I overhear Khloe talking about her pregnancy drama, and she never really talks to me about it anymore. I kind of don’t really ask her, because I don’t want to always bother her. It just makes me sad that she has to struggle with getting pregnant.”

Kourtney suggests that she may serve as a surrogate for Khloe. Of course, Khloe asks her if she’d really push her baby “out of her vag.”

Kim Kardashian, 32, said she’s willing to try “anything that makes you look and feel youthful” on her reality show, and boy, did she ever. Kim Kardashian’s Vampire Facial

Dr. Jeffrey Spiegel, Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon in Boston, MA, explains the basics:

“The procedure is performed by drawing some blood, typically from the arm, and it is then prepared by mixing with certain chemicals and spinning it in a centrifuge to produce something called platelet rich fibrin matrix. Only about the equivalent of 2 teaspoons of blood is needed. This produces then produces a gelatinous material that can be injected into the face.”

To feel more comfortable, Dr. Spiegal says you can use local anesthesia to numb the face.

Do Blood Facials Work?

Does this “vampire facial” actually work? “The effects are reduced fine lines and wrinkles, probably due to the volume of material injected in. The results should be visible very quickly but will fade in a few days. Then, you hope to see some slower overall improvement in the next few weeks,” Dr. Spiegal says.

And it’s not for the squeamish – it takes almost an hour and feels like needles in your face (because is it).

“It takes approximately 45 minutes from the time of blood drawing to the injection. It will feel the same as a filler type injections, such as Restylane, Juvederm and Radiesse,” says Dr. Theodore Diktaban, MD, FACS, Double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.

Another Expert Weighs In On The Vampire Facial

Dr. James Marotta is a dual Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon who owns Marotta Facial Plastic Surgery on Long Island.

He admits that procedures usually see an increase after celebrities get them. “Celebrities are often admired and followed. If someone sees that Kim Kardashian received a Vampire Facial and was happy with the results, they are more likely to believe that this procedure is worthwhile. This is the same reason that companies have celebrities endorse their products — people tend to take notice of what they do and follow suit.”

Just like any medical treatment, there are pros and cons.

“Benefits — patients can see a stimulation in collagen production with more volume in the face. Fine lines and wrinkles are temporarily plumped and the face/neck looks fuller and more youthful. Drawbacks — the process can be painful and pricey. Additionally, the patient will experience bruising and soreness.”

Dr. Richard Norden, MD, FACS, of NORDEN Laser Eye Associates adds, “Blood Facials have been performed for about three years now as have Vampire Facelifts. There are no formal papers or studies to show how and if this procedure is effective.”

The messy blood facial uses a patient’s own blood to give the skin a more youthful appearance. The blood’s platelets are injected into the skin with 9 acupuncture-like needles.

Kim said, “I love trying anything that makes you look and feel youthful.” But as the procedure started, she cried out, saying that it hurt so bad!

“Oh my God! I will never get a facelift if it feels like that,” Kim screamed out.

The procedure works to fill in wrinkles and cost about $1,000. Kim tweeted out a picture of her blood-stained face on March 10.

Experts Explain The Procedure

Dr. Sofia Rubbani, an Oculoplastic Surgeon at Glow Aesthetics and Surgery on Long Island, NY, told RealSelf.com, “It works by temporarily plumping up lines, much like its older cousins Juvederm and Restylane. But unlike the competition, Selphyl uses the patient’s own blood to do the plumping.”

Dr. Rubbani continues, “You see an immediate difference with a slight decrease initially in the next four days or so, then over three to four weeks you see the full plumping results; as the body’s platelets and growth factors stimulate the production of collagen and improve the volume and texture of the skin,” Dr. Rubbani commented.

Los Angeles Facial Plastic Surgeon Paul S. Nassif, MD tells RealSelf.com: ”Over time, you can get around 10-15% more volume in your face, which can last a few years. It takes about 8 weeks to see. The procedure also gives you a better glow. It helps with your pores and your blemishes, and it gives you overall healthier looking skin.”

Maybe Rob Kardashian‘s sex tape comment towards sister Kim Kardashian was a little harsh, but could you imagine being the only male fish in that huge pond of estrogen?

“I’m going to publicly bash you and Kanye,” Rob text messaged Kim in the Sunday, Feb. 17 episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, when he referred to her and her baby-daddy Kanye West.

And while bashing his sister isn’t actually in his plans (he apologized shortly after), we don’t blame Rob for feeling like quite the outcast, and being a tad bitter about his reality-TV family.

He recently said that all his momager Kris Jenner cares about is the three girls, when it comes to business.

“Good for Rob for telling it like it is!” Carole Lieberman, M.D., psychiatrist and author of Bad Boys: Why We Love Them, How to Live with Them and When to Leave Them told HollywoodLife.com. ”His mother does clearly prefer his sisters — undoubtedly, at least in part, because they have shown more potential to be money-making stars.”

Rob Kardashian’s Businesses V. The Kardashian Girls’ Empire

While Kim, Kourtney and Khloe all have their DASH boutiques around the world, their clothing line at Sears, and their fragrance lines, Rob has… a sock line. Arthur George has yet to really take off. So, he’s right by saying that Kris puts her attention mostly to the famous trio!

Other than businesses, the girls have also gotten their names out there by being on E! every season. While Rob is part of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, he doesn’t have his own spinoff like the others. Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami, Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, Kourtney & Kim Take New York, and Khloe & Lamar have all focused on all the three money-making sisters, leaving the lonely boy in the dust.

“Rob’s contentious and unfulfilling relationship with his mom has caused him to see all women as unloving and unappreciative of him,” Dr. Carole continued. “This is why he lashes out – not just at his mom – but at his sisters and other women, who he expects will hurt him and cause him similar pain.”

So Rob, we feel your pain. Kris, we think the girls will be alright on their own!

Watch out Kourtney Kardashian! On the new season of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, we see that Scott Disick has a new VIP in his life — professional race car driver Chapman Ducote! We chatted with Chapman and he spilled the beans on Scott’s proposal plans and Kim Kardashian‘s baby shower!

In the premiere episode, Scott is introduced to Chapman while looking at an office space to rent. He stumbled across Chapman’s waterfront property and it was like love at first sight for the two gentleman.

“Scott and I bonded quickly over our shared love for motorsports and boats, and as you’ve probably already seen on TV, our hair,” Chapman laughs to HollywoodLife.com.

Why Kourtney And Scott Won’t Get Married Anytime Soon

“Getting married is a personal decision, and timing is very important,” Chapman admits. “It took me a long time to get down the aisle, and I’m glad I took my time because I was 100% sure of my decision to tie the knot. In my opinion, Kourtney and Scott are happy and committed, which unfortunately is more than many married couples can say.”

Like any typical bromance, Chapman admits they prefer to ”talk about things with motors, and other guy stuff” over marriage!

Kourtney Was Nervous About Scott Racing Cars

Kourtney was very concerned when Scott wanted to indulge in his lifelong dream of race car driver, supervised by Chapman, the professional. But Chapman tells us Kourtney need not worry, because Scott is actually really talented!

“I was completely shocked, but to be honest, Scott has real, raw talent behind the wheel. I believe he could develop into a real racecar driver, if he focuses on it. My wife has been training with me at the race track for a few years, and Scott on his first time in the racing karts, was able to keep pace with her, unlike any of my other friends. Impressive!” Chapman says.

Chapman says he’s a big fan of the entire family and that he’d definitely be interested in appearing on Kris Jenner‘s newly announced talk show!

“I had the opportunity to meet both Kris and Bruce during filming. And, I would happily go on Kris’s show. I like Kris a lot, and I respect her work ethic and business acumen.”

And as far as Kim’s baby shower gift? “You’d have to ask [my wife] M.K. That’s her department!”

Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe Kardashian may have left their homes behind for an extended stay in Miami, but they brought some emotional baggage with them on the series premiere of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami on Jan. 20. Just when you think you’ve heard the last of “the Hump” and his barking, Kris Humphries has a way of popping himself back into the mix.

Khloe Harasses Kim About Her Divorce From Kris Humphries

Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe arrive in Miami with Mason and Penelope in tow, ready to take control of their Miami store that’s clearly gone to the wayside. Unhappy with the direction the store is going, the girls plan on finding a new location and making over the entire DASH store, giving them a reason to film their spinoff. (How coincidental, no?)

It’s while they’re in the store that Kim gets a call from her divorce attorney. We’re not given the details of the call, but Kim seems unfazed, which alarms Khloe. In fact, Kim makes a bit of a joke about her divorce saying it’s “far from [being over.]“

After Khloe gossips about Kim’s past love life with a few DASH employees, she assigns family friend Jonathan Cheban to do some dirty work, asking him to question Kim about her divorce and why she’s been so quiet about it.

Kim gets pissed that Khloe is gossiping about her personal life and making such a big deal about it. Kim admits that she’s letting it go — she’s put Kris Humphries behind her and letting God take care of it. (Those are Kim’s words, just not verbatim.)

“I don’t know why you think I have to be so mad about this [divorce]… I have cried about this for months and months and months. At some point, I have to let it go,” Kim said to Khloe.

And just in case, Kim, Kourtney and Khloe smash dishes on their hotel balcony to release any negative energy Kris Humphries may have bestowed upon them.

Side note: Khloe advises Kim never to date anyone who barks like a dog.

Kim & Kanye West Say ‘I Love You’

While Kanye West is away recording his album in Hawaii, Kim is in Miami with his sisters. Being the loving boyfriend that he is, Kanye promises to send Kim something sweet to keep her company. Khloe assumes it will be a dildo, but it ends up being a tiny white Persian kitten! (Unfortunately, we all know how this story plays out.)

Kim calls Kanye to thank him for the kitten. (We can’t hear his voice, but subtitles are placed instead. Is there a chance he refuses to be audio recorded for the series?) He asks her to name it Mercy, after his hit song, and she loves it.

Before Kim and Kanye hang up, they both say “I love you” to each other. So sweet.

Kourtney Has No Faith In Scott

If anyone remembers the summer of 2010, when Scott punched a mirror, shoved a $100 bill in a waiter’s mouth and seeked professional help, then you know Miami is a danger zone for Scott Disick. However, three years is a long time, and Scott has proven himself since then.

Unfortunately, Kourtney isn’t so quick to forget the past and initially bans Scott from coming to Miami. She’s afraid that the nightlife may sway him back into his bad habits.

Seeing how overwhelmed Kourtney is with two kids, Kim secretly urges Scott to come to Miami. He shows up, but Kourtney is hesitant to be happy about his arrival.

Scott spends all of his time playing with Mason (which is super cute), but it’s a night with Khloe and Kim that puts him to the test. They get drunk and ridiculous and ask Scott for a ride to the pizza joint. Being the good brother-in-law that he is (Yes, I know he’s not married to Kourtney, but paper shmaper. I’m calling him her husband.), Scott drives them around town. The girls take advantage of Scott and make him go to various stores with them until he gets annoyed and calls Jonathan to take over.

Scott returns home to an unhappy Kourtney. She assumes he was out partying and is using his “chauffeur” story as an alibi.

I guess all is forgiven, because the next day Scott and Kourtney are talking normally and she surprises him by shipping his corvette to Miami.
