Duggar parents Michelle and Jim Bob catch up with their fellow conservative Christian Kirk Cameron to chat about their family’s own “growing pains” on the Sept. 4 episode of 19 Kids And Counting.

Kirk and the couple grab a bite at Washington D.C.’s famous Ben’s Chili Bowl. One fan is so excited to meet the Duggar folks, she hands her camera to Kirk to take the photo not realizing who he even is.

Ouch, that’s embarrassing.

A helpful hint from Jim Bob helps the woman place Kirk, and the Growing Pains star is such a good sport, there’s no hurt feelings.

Andrew Koenig (in video on right) starred on the 90s sitcom Growing Pains as Mike Seaver‘s (Kirk Cameron) rowdy best friend, Richard “Boner” Stabone, but the actor, now 41, had been battling depression before disappearing on Valentine’s Day, his dad says.

Andrew’s dad, Star Trek actor Walter Koenig, posted a statement on his Web site describing his son as “suffering from depression” and “not doing good” before last being seen in Vancouver, Canada Feb. 14. According to the site, Andrew was supposed to take a plane back to the U.S. Feb. 16, but never actually boarded the plane. No one has heard from him since.

His dad pleads, “If you’ve seen Andrew since February 14th, contact Detective Raymond Payette of the Vancouver PD at 604-717-2534.”

Both of Andrew’s parents plan on going to Vancouver to look for their son in the next couple days.
