Know what’s better than spending money on therapy? Trying to get a sit down with Caroline that would likely involve wine and some actual practical advice!

Recapping the almost always entirely ridiculous behavior on episodes of The Real Housewives of New Jersey can sometimes be difficult for one reason — Caroline Manzo. Out of every cast, she remains the lone voice of sense, consistently, for her friends and cast mates. Can she be my friend?

It is so easy to find things that are ridiculous and heightened in episodes of these programs, but it is time someone finally paid some attention to Caroline. She doesn’t start fights or flip tables or bring her private drama to the screen. Instead she supports her family, and huge props to her daughter Lauren who is utilizing her reality fame by launching (after some hard work) a career in beauty, and tries to stop the other ladies from killing one another.

The penultimate scene in this week’s episode, the much hyped fashion show at the Brownstone, would have been something entirely different were Caroline not on hand. While viewers might pray for a giant fight, and a savvy reality stars eager for dramatic television might want the same, Caroline made sure to put out every fire before it could even start. That’s what friends do.

Other notes, please stop featuring professional whack job Kim G. producers. It is one thing to yearn to be on television when you are 20, it is another when you are on the wrong side of 50.

Also, Jacqueline Laurita looked AMAZING at the fashion show.

BFFs, the drama on The Real Housewives of New Jersey continues! We were front and center at Danielle’s birthday when one of Danielle’s rivals attempted to ruin her party!

The ladies on The Real Housewives of New Jersey are getting feisty! HollywoodLife.com was front and center Danielle Staub’s 48th birthday bash at Scores Gentleman’s Club, August 10, and it got intense! Right as Danielle was about to walk into her party, rival NJ Housewife Kim G., arrived with an entire entourage in tow — she wasn’t even invited!

Danielle, who was simply trying to throw a party for her and her friends was blindsided and refused to walk in until Kim G., was escorted off the premises. It took a little while but Kim finally got into her black Bentley and sped off.

Danielle eventually walked the red carpet, saying “I wish nothing but the best for my fellow housewives,” when asked about Kim G’s attempt to crash her birthday party.

The night ended being pretty eventful, complete with a performance by Danielle and her girlfriend Lori Michaels of their new single “Real Close.” Let’s just say Danielle had backup dancers, and showed fans that she’s still got a few moves left from her stripper days!
