How Khloe Kardashian & Lamar Odom Keep Their Love Alive

Khloe and Lamar have tried very hard not to let his life on the road as a professional basketball player get between them. Khloe says, “When he is on the road, we call or stay in touch via text. And every off-season, we take a few weeks to ourselves. We reconnect, like we’re on our own deserted island. No cellphones allowed!” Sounds steamy!

Khloe then revealed to Us Weekly their secret on how they have kept their love alive. “The secret is that we always try to enjoy each other’s company. We’re inspired by my parents, who have been married for 22 years. They still act like newlyweds and they are genuinely good friends,” says Khloe.

Lamar And Khloe Open Up About Their Sex Life

Brave Khloe told a reporter, “Sex is fun!”

Lamar then said, “Sex is great. It’s on a high level. It’s intense!”

Khloe made sure to stop her husband from giving all the good deets by saying, “Ok relax…”

Lamar Odom knows that a happy wife equals a happy life! The NBA baller is thinking twice about not filming another season of Khloe & Lamar with wife Khloe Kardashian and thinks life as basketball player and reality TV star isn’t so bad, HollywoodLife.com is EXCLUSIVELY reporting.

“He don’t mind doing it at all, it just has to work in his favor and not be too much,” a source close to the couple tells HollywoodLife.com.

Reports hit the web on December 17 claiming Lamar wants a larger share of custody of his two children, Destiny, 12 and Lamar Jr, 9, so that they can be part of the couple’s reality show.  We’ve exclusively learned that Lamar does in fact want to be with his children more because he wants to be great father, not for the purposes of exploiting them on television.

“Now as far as this reality show goes, that’s secondary to him and that’s not the reason why he wants his kids around,” the source reveals. “Lamar is a good father. He wants his kids because he loves them. His main priorities are his children, Khloe, and basketball.”

Our source goes further, saying “that reality stuff, that’s Khloe’s bread and butter and he will do anything to make her happy so it’s like he has no choice but to do the show.”

Good choice, Lamar. Be nice to Khloe — Christmas is just around the corner and you want her to be good to you, too.

Khloe & Lamar may have company on its new season! Lamar Odom has apparently asked a NYC judge for more custodial time with his two children, as he wants them to be part of he and wife Khloe Kardashian‘s reality show.

Lamar and Liza Morales, the mother of his two children, were in a court hearing on December 14, and Lamar asked a judge to set a “parental access schedule” over his two children Destiny, 12, and Lamar Jr, 9.

According to the New York Post, the Clippers star reportedly wants to adjust his custody deal with Liza so he could have the children appear on his E! reality spinoff show. A source told the Post, “Odom filed a petition to establish time sharing of the kids and agree on finances and child support.”

Lamar’s attorney Howard Michael Rudolph  spoke to the Post, saying, “Lamar loves his children and was in court to resolve the details of time sharing and finances.”

As HollywoodLife.com exclusively reported, when Lamar takes the court on Christmas day he’ll have tons of family support because in addition to wifey Khloe, all the Kardashians, even Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian and beau Kanye West, will all be sitting courtside to cheer him on.

“It’s Christmas and the Kardashians are [a] tight family, so expect to see them all sitting court side that day,” a source says, as Lamar and the Clippers are set to play the Denver Nuggets. “Kim and Kanye might even be in the house if they’re in town. But for sure Khloe and Kris will be there.”

In recent months, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have endured marital hardships from struggling with getting pregnant to Lamar leaving the NBA. Although Kris Jenner feels Lamar should be absorbed into the Kardashian reality show dynasty a new report saying Khloe and Lamar’ have been canceled suggests her wish will not come true.

However, this alleged show cancellation maybe just what their relationship needed. If Khloe truly wants what is best for her man she should help him get back on his feet.

Khloe and Lamar need to have a serious sit down about what their goals are individually and as a couple. If there is not an objective in sight their relationship will not be grounded in anything solid.

In a relationship, we sometimes push our partners to want what we want but in actuality their needs are far different. If Lamar truly wants to go back to the NBA, his wife and her family should whole-heartedly support it.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have decided the current season of Khloe & Lamar will be their last. While we’ll be sad to see the show end, this is GREAT news for the future of Lamar’s NBA career!

The reality TV couple chose to quit the hit show after two seasons so Lamar can focus on making a comeback in the NBA, sources tell TMZ. E! is reportedly trying to convince Khloe, 27, and Lamar to reconsider, but they’re not budging.

We’re so happy Lamar took our advice by making basketball his main priority! We told you he felt that filming the show was a distraction, and that it was the main reason he was cut from the Dallas Mavericks.

Lamar, 32, had a choice to make after that devastating split, and he definitely made the right one. Quitting the show will send the message to NBA teams that he’s serious about his career!

Even though Lamar is currently unemployed, he CAN make a comeback, CBS Sports Analyst and Host Lindsay McCormick told Hollywoodlife.com exclusively.

“You can have a one year slump and then be productive the next year,” she told us. “Lamar is one of the best players in the NBA and this season was just an off year for him, but he can come back.”

“He’s a great athlete,” she says. “He should stick with the NBA and he should forget about reality TV and focus on what he has a real talent for and what’s paying the bills.”

We told you Lamar, 32, would eventually resent Khloe if he chose reality TV over basketball, so stepping away from the spotlight will be good for their marriage, too!

Lamar has hired reportedly trainers to help him get back in the game, and the couple plans to live in LA full time.

More bad news for Lamar Odom and Khloé Kardashian! Lamar announced April 9 that he will “step away” from the Dallas Mavericks, officially ending his season with the NBA team. This couldn’t come at a worse time for the couple, as TMZ reports they were planning on shooting more footage for their E! reality series Khloe and Lamar.

In an official statement, Lamar said:

“I’m sorry that things didn’t work out better for both of us, but I wish the Mavs’ organization, my teammates and Dallas fans nothing but continued success in the defense of their championship.”

It’s important to note that Lamar isn’t technically being “cut” from team, but will instead be categorized as “inactive” for the remainder of the season. This will allow him to be traded to another team when the current season is over, as opposed to dropping out of the NBA altogether.

But the real question is: How will this affect Lamar’s marriage to Khloe? On the April 8 episode of Khloé and Lamar, we saw that Lamar’s then-new position on the Mavericks was tacking a serious toll on their relationship. Khloé totally broke down during a phone conversation with concerned mom Kris Jenner.

“I feel like I’m trying, and it’s not going the way that I thought it was going to go,” Khloé said through her tears.
