We’re not too sure exactly what look Kelly Osbourne was going for when she was recently caught in this particular ensemble. Wearing a graphic tank top, layered underneath a black and red button-up and a light denim vest, paired with cut-offs, a huge belt and flip flops Kelly has a lot going on!

From the waist up she’s totally raging with early 90′s Kurt Cobaine coolness, and the red hair bow, cat-eyed shades and fire-truck red lips are definitely rockin’, but the floral print cut-offs and bulky belt totally threw us for a loop.

Who knows, maybe Kelly was going for the thrown together look. What do you think? Does her mismatched get-up totally work or should the star totally toss the outfit?

Kelly Osbourne showed off her svelte frame in a teeny mini and silver glitter pumps at the premiere of the documentary about her father, God Bless Ozzy Osbourne — and while the man of the hour failed to show, Kelly definitely had all eyes on her in a very interesting get-up!

While her figure looked fantastic, the contrasting prints and colors were way too busy — it was blinding! Kelly may have an edgy sense of style, but considering she’s on Fashion Police I wouldn’t expect to see the star commit such a blatant fashion crime.

While Dancing With the Stars helped Kelly Osbourne obtain her svelte frame, the star has managed to keep it off — and she loves showing off her curves!

The Material Girl model stepped out to support her fam at the premiere of God Bless Ozzy Osbourne on Apr. 24 at the Tribeca Film Festival in NYC, where she opted for a long fishtail skirt and Vivienne Westwood checkered blazer — while her figure looked fabulous, but the get-up was definitely questionable!

Kelly has an ability to pull off interesting looks, just like the rocker vibe and killer confidence she added to her outfit — but were you a fan of this look?

Last night’s Glamour Magazine 2010 Woman of the Year Gala was full of lovely A-list celebrities, which means that it’s that time again. Who has the Best Red Carpet Beauty Look last night? That’s up to you, BFFs!

Will it be Kate Hudson, working a very retro Hollywood look with cascading waves, liquid lined eyes with long lashes and a vampy red lip?

How about Fergie, who looked lovely with glowing skin, natural pink and bronze makeup and long curls?

Then there’s Julia Roberts. The perennial beauty and Lancome spokeswoman can’t get it wrong, working her tousled hair, long lashes and pretty pink lip.

Kelly Osbourne has gone through quite the transformation! While her looks were often questionable, now the star is perfectly polished. Not only is she a member of the Fashion Police team, but she’s also gearing up to design her own collection! Kelly let Bluefly into her home to take a tour of her closet, where she revealed a slew of gorgeous pieces!

Among the enviable goods, she showed off her dress from Oscar night, a never worn Balmain dress, a Chanel dress her father bought for her, a vintage Armani sun hat, and a vintage, fur-lined Yves Saint Laurent coat. Browse the photos above and check out the video here.

The stylish star is so dedicated to her latest project she’s going to spend her birthday working on her line!

Kelly Osbourne‘s style has definitely evolved over the years– she went from an awkward teen to a totally gorgeous girl! At the Interior Designer of the Year Awards show at the Pacific Design Center in LA on Oct. 18, she told HollywoodLife.com exclusively that she’s in the process of launching a fashion line! Considering she loves to flaunt her petite frame in pretty dresses and critiques fellow celebs on their style choices each week on Fashion Police with Joan Rivers I’m not surprised!

“I have a meeting about it [her clothing line] on my birthday which is very exciting,” she gushed when asked about her latest project.

Although the a-lister isn’t revealing the brand she’s collaborating with, she did confirm that she’s teaming up with someone for her first foray into fashion. “I’m going to design for an already made line and then once I get enough experience and know what I’m doing I’ll do my own independent one,” she said. “I don’t want

While it seems like every other day there’s another celebrity launching a clothing line, Kelly has a passion for fashion and is totally dedicated to the project. “It really is a long process and I want to do it the right way,” she said. “It’s not something I’m running into. “I don’t want to jump into something and not be able to swim.”

Although she couldn’t reveal much about her collaboration, we could expect to see her creations very soon! The star said the collaboration will be available, “In the next year. Maybe even sooner!”

I don’t know about you, but based on the fabulous get-ups she shows off on the carpet and her close relationship to her stylist, I can’t wait to see what the stylish star comes up with!

2003 –  The child of Ozzy Osbourne evidently took a cue from her old man when it came to iridescent dark eye makeup and a homemade haircut. Um, wow.

2005 – Kabuki-style pale powder face with a Geisha eye and red mouth paired with a shock of straight, strawberry blonde hair. One thing you can say about Kelly: she’s not afraid to experiment with her look.

2006 – Kelly starts to step into glam territory with an asymmetrical honey-blonde bob and a simple, daytime-approved face.  Could our girl be embracing the mainstream?

2007 – Um, nope. Inspired by role as Mama Morton in a London production of Chicago, she sports a jet black 20′s style bob, pale skin, long lashes and scarlet red lips.

2008 – Inspired by the classics again, Kelly goes for a 30′s-inspired waves, false lashes and a vibrant pink lip. Hair’s still jet black. It’s her thing, what can we say?

2009 - OMG, how chic! Thinner, blonde with flawless skin, lots of long lashes and a persimmon lip color. Natural, gorgeous and pretty!

2010 – Here we are, current day! Longer blonde hair, flawless makeup – so glam! Our girl has come into her own!
