Kelsey Grammer and his wife, Kayte Grammer, welcomed Faith Evangeline Elisa Grammer into the world on the morning of July 13. Although Kayte was originally pregnant with twins, she tragically lost one of the babies soon into her pregnancy.

Kayte and Kelsey released a personal statement:

“Early this morning Kayte gave birth to Faith Evangeline Elisa Grammer. We are thrilled. She was 6 lbs. 2oz. when she entered the world at 1am on the 13th of July in the year 2012. Mother and child are in excellent health.”

They also continued by stating:

“We were ecstatic earlier this year, when we announced that Kayte was carrying twins. Tragically we lost the little boy shortly thereafter. This was not something we cared to make known publicly at the time. It was unspeakably painful and we know that people will understand our desire to keep the news private then, as we know they will respect our privacy in this matter now. A glorious birth with a lingering sadness is ours today. We choose to celebrate the life that has been given us. We proudly introduce our Faith to the world today looking forward to the days ahead and the children yet to come.”

We are sad for their loss, but thrilled that the couple can celebrate their new bundle of joy.

Kelsey’s wife Kayte Walsh is pregnant, and her giant belly proves she’s due any day now! The couple enjoyed a stress-free outing in Chicago on July 12. Kelsey Grammer and his fourth wife Kayte Walsh sure aren’t laying low before the birth. The two were spotted near their Chicago home, going for a stroll with their dogs and picking up coffee. They were all smiles, and looked happy about welcoming their first baby as a couple!

Reps confirmed Kayte’s pregnancy in January, and admitted that she is expecting not one, but two babies with her husband. She is reportedly due within the next month, according to the Daily Mail.

Kelsey has gushed about how excited he is for his new wife to be a first-time mom. She will be ”extraordinary,” he told reporters after the Golden Globes in January. “She is one of the most loving, warm human beings.”

In June, the Fraiser star and the former flight attendant renewed their vows in a fun shotgun-themed ceremony at the Little Church of the West in Las Vegas — 15 months after tying the knot the first time.

“We wanted to celebrate and re-dedicate [ourselves] to how much we love each other and to our growing family around the bend,” Grammer told People.

Kelsey married Kayte soon after splitting from his third wife, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Camille Grammer, with whom he has two kids: Mason, 10, and Jude, 7. Kayte was pregnant shortly thereafter, but suffered a miscarriage.

We hope their twins arrive happy and healthy!

UPDATE: Kayte gave birth in the early morning hours of July 13 to a baby girl, Faith Evangeline Elisa Grammer. Unfortunately, they miscarried the baby boy.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer put to rest rumors that she and her two young children — Mason, 10, and Jude, 7 — with Kelsey Grammer were totally blindsided by the news that his new wife Kayte Walsh is pregnant with twins. “We are happy for him and his wife,” she tweeted. “I have known for a couple of months. It wasn’t much of a surprise.”

Kelsey is very confident about his legal prospects — and can’t wait for Father’s Day!

Kelsey Grammer is gearing up for a nasty custody battle with his ex-wife Camille, but he told HollywoodLife.com exclusively he’s not worried about the legal implications!

We caught up with Kelsey, 56, at the 65th Tony Awards on June 12, and he kept mostly mum — but offered one interesting insight.

“It’s not appropriate for me to respond specifically,” Kelsey said. “But it’s going to be a long, drawn-out thing that will be turgid and unpleasant I’m sure — but not on my side!”

He credits his new wife Kayte Walsh with keeping him strong through the tough process.

“Kayte supports me in everything I do,” he said. “She’s extraordinary.”

In fact, Kelsey’s so confident that he’s planning a carefree Father’s Day celebration!

“I’m going to see the kids,” he said. “We are going to have a BBQ this year!”

We hope these two are able to settle this as amicably as possible in court!

Kelsey, who divorced ‘Real Housewife’ Camille after falling for his new wife Kayte Walsh, filed legal papers today, May 17, to get sole physical custody of their two kids. A friend of Camille’s tells us she’s ‘taking it one day at a time.’

A custody battle is brewing between Kelsey Grammer and his ex-wife, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer! We spoke to a source in Camille’s camp who explains how she feels about the situation.

Kelsey’s lawyers filed legal documents today, May 17, in L.A. County Superior Court, which stated that the former Frasier star is trying to rip physical custody of his kids, Mason, 9, and Jude, 6, away from Camille.

Kelsey, 56, is asking for joint legal, but sole physical custody of his son and daughter, although it is unsure where the kids would live if he were to win the war. He is currently in Chicago, while the kids are in school in L.A.

Sources tell TMZ.com that the estranged couple have been battling over the kids, who have been struggling ever since Kelsey picked up and left Camille for his new bride, Kayte Walsh, 29.

Insiders close to Camille, 42, tell TMZ that Kelsey’s move was completely uncalled for, considering Camille is a full-time mother who has done nothing but try and cooperate with her ex over a 50/50 custody deal.

We spoke to a close friend of Camille’s who reveals the reality star is “very upset.” Our insider continues, “She’s dealing with it all very well one day at a time. Everyone prepares their case and it will be decided by a judge, I don’t think celebrity plays into it. Remember he left. She wants joint custody here in California, which is where the kids go to school and live. He chose to move.”

Two weddings and now a baby—newlywed Kelsey is going to welcome his first grandchild!

Congratulations! Kelsey Grammer‘s daughter Spencer is expecting her first baby with new hubby James Hesketh, who she married on Feb. 11 at City Hall. The pregnancy is said to be “early on,” considering the Greek star, 27, found out she was expecting right before her wedding!

Kelsey, 56, and his 29-year-old wife Kayte Walsh, who is only two years older than Spencer, took the plunge themselves on Feb, 25 at the Plaza Hotel!

Spencer’s mom is Kelsey’s first wife Doreen, whom he divorced in 1990. And her baby girl or boy-to-be will have two playmates in their aunt and uncle, her dad’s youngest children, Mason, 9, and Jude, 6, with Real Housewife Camille Grammer.

Kelsey quite literally found a million ways to tell Kayte just how much he loves her!

Kelsey Grammer has gifted new bride Kayte Walsh with one incredibly impressive wedding gift — one million dollars! To celebrate his wedding to his new British bride, who at 29-years-old is a whooping 27 years younger than the 56-year-old actor, he deposited the large lump of cash into her bank account. “He wanted to do something extravagant for Kayte,” a friend tells InTouch. “He’s loaded, so it was a drop in the bucket for him.”

Kelsey may however want to be careful with that cash as some reports claim he is also giving ex-wife Camille Grammer a pretty big gift — in the form of a $55 million divorce settlement.

So to recap, the very wealthy Kelsey married Kayte with no pre-nup and shot a million bucks her way. No wonder he manages to snag such young brides!

Kelsey’s bad karma after cheating on Camille may be catching up with him in his new relationship!

Kelsey Grammer and Kayte Walsh just got married on Feb. 25 but they are already starting to have disagreements. In fact, Kelsey’s ex-wife Camille is one of the reasons they are reportedly fighting!

“Kelsey is so head over heels for Kayte, he is blinded by his love for her,” a friend of Kelsey’s tells HollywoodLife.com. “But ever since they got married we’ve already seen a change in how she acts towards him. She doesn’t seem as in to him as she used to be.”

In fact, Popeater reports the couple are already fighting about where to live. “Kelsey wants to move back to LA to be near his daughters [and son] and start working on a new TV project with Starz,” an insider tells Rob Shuter. “But Kayte would rather stay in New York where she has close friends and is far, far away from Camille.”

Our source confirms the duo’s relationship isn’t perfect, saying, “Kayte has already started bickering with Kelsey.”

So, we may be getting ahead of ourselves, but did they sign a prenup? “It’s unclear, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Kelsey didn’t,” sighs his friend. “Even though this is his fourth wife he’s convinced she’s the love of his life.”
