It looks like Tyler Lockwood’s not the only one back on ‘The Vampire Diaries.’ Kayla Ewell, who played Vicki Donovan in season one, was on set on Jan. 26, along with Kat Graham and Paul Wesley. So, is Matt’s sister back?
Vicki Donovan is a married woman! ‘Vampire Diaries’ star Kayla Ewell got hitched to her longtime boyfriend, Tanner Novlan, on Sept. 12 in Los Angeles, California. Get all the details on the special ceremony below!
Congratulations, Kayla Ewell and Tanner Novlan! Kayla, 30, also known as Vicki Donovan on The Vampire Diaries, wed her boyfriend of nearly five years on Sept. 12 and celebrated with 200 of their closest family and friends. Of course, this family-and-friends affair included some of the Vampire Diaries crew — keep reading to find out who!
Elena Gilbert, Caroline Forbes and Vicki Donovan together again? Yes indeed! Nina Dobrev reunited with her former ‘Vampire Diaries’ cast mates for Kayla Ewell’s bachelorette party and the reunion was oh so sweet! See all the cute pics here.
Reunited! Nina Dobrev, 26, may have left The Vampire Diaries, but she’s still tight with her former co-stars! The actress gathered for a girls weekend with Candice Accola, 28, and Kayla Ewell, 29, to ring in Kayla’s bachelorette party on Aug 1. Judging from all the adorable friendship pics, it’s safe to say they had a blast!
But that long-awaited ‘Delena’ scene was just one of the things that made this week’s ‘Vampire Diaries’ the best episode of the season.
When Michael Trevino tweeted that the Oct. 13 episode of The Vampire Diaries was going to be a “game-changer,” he wasn’t exaggerating — least of all for his own character, Tyler, who I’m pretty sure is now a hybrid. Klaus (Joseph Morgan) turned Mystic Falls High upside down this week in an intense hour that found Stefan (Paul Wesley) fighting compulsion, Matt (Zach Roerig) seeing ghosts, and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) opening up about his feelings for Elena (Nina Dobrev) — yet again.
Do you think Bonnie & Jeremy’s romance can handle a little ghostly competition? Kat Graham weighs in!
Bonnie makes her long-awaited return to Mystic Falls on the Oct. 6 episode of The Vampire Diaries — and she’s got some serious catching up to do. “All Bonnie knows is that Jeremy’s acting a little weird,” Kat Graham tells HollywoodLife.com. “She doesn’t know he’s seeing ghosts, and she definitely doesn’t know they’re his ex-girlfriends who just passed away.”
Elena tells Damon she doesn’t want to see him get hurt! So which brother is she really giving up on?
While last week’s season premiere of The Vampire Diaries was basically an hour-long love letter to fans of Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Elena’s (Nina Dobrev) rocky romance, the Sept. 22 episode was definitely more of a treat for those fans pining for her connection with Damon (Ian Somerhalder). She may gave “given up” on Damon this week, but we all know that was really just a lead-in for their intense final bedroom scene.
‘The Vampire Diaries’ season premiere went straight for the jugular. Did it successfully convert you over to Team Stefan?
Considering Stefan (Paul Wesley) is now in full-on Ripper mode, I was sure the third season of The Vampire Diaries would be all about Elena (Nina Dobrev) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) giving into their sweet, nasty passions. But man, was I wrong! The Sept. 15 season premiere was loaded with enough Stefan-Elena moments to convert my Delena-shipping heart. Well… almost.
Still no sign of Katherine, though. What could that naughty little vampire be up to?
We’ve still got two weeks to go until Elena (Nina Dobrev), Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and the rest of Mystic Falls’ finest return for the third season of The Vampire Diaries — but thanks to SpoilerTV, we don’t have to wait to find out what kind of supernatural shenanigans they’ll all be up to. Read on for the latest scoop on season three, and don’t say I didn’t warn you!
While Stefan’s hungry [for] the wolf, Damon inches closer towards Elena. Which brother are you rooting for this season?
A brand-new batch of stills from The CW reveal what Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Klaus (Joseph Morgan) are up to on the third season premiere of The Vampire Diaries! You know, while Damon (Ian Somerhalder) is busy relishing his alone time with Elena (Nina Dobrev) back in Mystic Falls.
Family reunions in Mystic Falls typically end in disaster, but Kayla hints that Matt & Vicki might just buck that trend.
I know we’re all excited to see how Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) will deal with his ghosts of girlfriends past on The Vampire Diaries this season, but let’s not forget that Anna and Vicki (Kayla Ewell) have other ties to Mystic Falls aside from their broody ex-boyfriend. “There’s a whole storyline between Vicki and Matt,” Kayla tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “We’re really exploring their brother-sister relationship, which is wonderful. I mean, I just died and left and he never knew what happened.”
Kayla speculates on what Vicki has in store for Jeremy next season. Why do YOU think she’s suddenly back in town?
Vampire Diaries fans everywhere let out a collective gasp when Vicki (Kayla Ewell) and Anna (Malese Jow) returned in the final moments of the season finale. And even though Kayla may not know what Vicki is now, she knows she’s got big plans for the people she left behind in Mystic Falls. “Whatever she is — a ghost or an angel or something like that — she’s definitely one with unfinished business,” Kayla tells HollywoodLife.com. “I think part of the reason she’s back is that she has a lot to make up for.”
Prepare yourself for the unexpected: Now that series regular Kayla Ewell has been killed off, no character is safe on CW’s hit vamp show.
Will they stay or will they go? That’s the question you should be asking yourself when Vampire Diaries returns to the small screen on Jan. 21 at 8 p.m. Unfortunately, only the producers know — and they certainly want to keep all you viewers on your toes.
Bet you didn’t expect Vicki Donovan — played by the gorgeous Kayla Ewell — to bite it, did you? Explains the show’s executive producer, Julie Plec, “We decided almost from the get-go Vicki was going to be the first to die to really take the audience by surprise and show them we could kind of do anything and kill anyone.”
Don’t you want to feel like the belle of the ball on your birthday?
Your birthday is the one day all year that is all about you. You have the right to say, do, wear – and even cry – if you want to.
Naturally, Nina Dobrev is no exception. The dolled up and decked out Vampire Diaries starlet celebrated turning the big 2-1 on Jan. 9 with nothing less than a tiara and a pink feather boa; an Armani Exchange frock rounded out the princess ensemble nicely.
The actress had her first legal drink – champagne – in the outdoor Arbor of Asia de Cuba at L.A.’s Mondrian Hotel with a posse of pals from the CW network, including Diaries’ co-stars Ian Somerhalder and Kayla Ewell.
