30 Rock star Katrina Bowden has landed her second Maxim cover, where she’s clad in black lacy boy shorts, (that put her backside on full display), and a matching bra for the January/February 2013 issue.

The 24-year-old star, who got engaged to her musician boyfriend of two years Ben Jorgensen, 29, thinks her first cover might have helped seal the deal! “I think my boyfriend wanted to propose for a while, but seeing my first Maxim cover may have made him want to seal the deal,” she tells the mag of Ben’s January 28, 2012 proposal.

Katrina and Ben decided to share the news at the 2012 SAG Awards, when the couple walked the red carpet together. The star nonchalantly shared the news when she was asked what she was wearing. “Amsali is the dress, Stuart Weitzman shoes, Judith Leiber handbag and my new engagement ring,” she said.

The first time the 30 Rock star graced the cover, (in 2012), she was styled in pretty pastels — but this shoot is definitely more sexy and way more grown up! Rather than pale pinks and lavender, Katrina shows off a slew of black lingerie looks. From a thin white sweater with black boyshorts to a lacy black bandeau and high-waisted black underwear, she suited up in a slew of skimpy, (yet flirty), looks for her second shoot with the mag. Inside, she looks like she’s having so much fun — even if she is wearing nearly nothing.

Katrina’s other secret for shiny, healthy locks: “I only blow dry my hair every second day,” she says.

Sorry to break your hearts boys, but Katrina Bowden is officially off the market.

The 23-year-old who played the “hot intern” Cerie on 30 Rock is engaged to her rocker boyfriend Benjamin Jorgensen. Katrina spilled the news to E!’s Giuliana Rancic on the red carpet at the 2012 SAG Awards – where she’s up for  Best Performance by an Ensemble in a TV Comedy with the rest of the 30 Rock cast.

“He proposed and showed me the ring and I was so shocked I just said ‘Oh my god,’ and I hugged him,” Katrina said. ”Then he said to me, ‘So is that yes?’ “

How cute!

Katrina’s soon-to-be-hubby is a 28-year-old musician from New Jersey who used to be the lead singer and guitarist for the band Armor For Sleep.

We wish the happy couple all the best! And we’re sure Katrina will make a beautiful bride!

Jordache is back in a big way, and they’ve enlisted Katrina Bowden as the star of the television campaign, in hopes to revive the denim brand. The 30 Rock star who plays the sexy assistant on the NBC series with co-star Tina Fey, will serve as a fashion-forward time traveler in the 30 second clip!

During the duration of the commercial, the New York denim brand’s progress development will be displayed in a sort of time warp. Katrina will be pictured strutting her stuff during the the Seventies in a bombshell Farrah Fawcett get-up, which will then move into the Eighties, exhibiting the acid-washed trend! The commercial then moves into the Nineties’ boyfriend fit phrase and then into the modern day skinnies that are all the rage today.

“[Viewers are] going to see the history of denim, in a sense, played out in front of them,” explained Sam Sohaili of the campaign to WWD.com, who is the creative director of New York-based branding and advertising firm Ink & Co. He also added “They’ll understand this denim has been there and involved the customer all the way.”

As well as TV broadcasts, the brand’s multimillion-dollar campaign for this season has found seized a social media plan; Facebook users can post pictures of themselves rockin’ Jordache jeans!

Liz Berlinger, the president of Jordache Enterprises in New York, explains that television broadcasting is the strongest way to spread the word of the all-American brand and that the brand is being sold at Wal-mart, word needs to spread nationally!

Bowden is the newest celeb for Jordache. Britist actress Elizabeth Hurley was the face for the brand in 2006. In 2008, German model and Project Runway host Heidi Klum was photographed lounging in curve-hugging Jordache jeans!

The company figures that by choosing Katrina, who was a model before acting, as the new face and body of Jordache, the brand is targeting the all-American girl. Katrina is perfect for the role because she will represent each decade in the 30 seconds-with her acting and modeling skills!

We’re so pumped to see the brand come back and watch gorgeous Katrina flaunt her stuff in all different styles in the upcoming commercial!

Even though we aren’t experiencing the best spring weather here in NYC, Katrina Bowden, Michelle Trachtenberg, Selita Ebanks, Alice Eve, and Tika Sumpter looked so pretty in light, airy prints at the opening of the Rebecca Taylor store in NYC on Mar. 23.

When I first saw the spring Rebecca Taylor collection on the runway, I was obsessed with the pink dress Tika wore last night — but I think my fave get-up was Katrina’s one-piece outfit.

The Heart Truth Red Dress show on Feb. 9 drew a slew of celebs — and the official first day of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week continued the trend! My first show of the season was BCBG, where Katrina Bowden, Kelly Rowland, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Taraji P. Henson, Jennifer Love Hewitt and more crowded the front row, all looking gorgeous in BCBG! I was especially fond of Katrina’s high-waisted skirt and booties — I thought it was edgy yet chic. The stars watched the fall 2010 collection, consisting of loose-fitting, longer frocks with drop-waists and boots — but that wasn’t the only show the star’s turned up to see!

My next stop of the day was Luca Luca, where I was impressed with the vibrant colors, furs, and intricate detailing — and it looks like I wasn’t the only one! Petra Nemcova, sporting a chic bun and summery separates, was all smiles while she took in the collection, before dipping off to relax in the Mercedes-Benz Star Lounge before the next show — which was exactly where I stopped in!

After eating a mini Baked by Melissa cupcake and quenching my thirst with a glass of water in the Star Lounge I found myself backstage at Tadashi Sohji, where the celeb favorite showed off his latest collection of gorgeous jewel-toned dresses and gowns before they came down the runway. Later on, we saw singer Kat de Luna taking in the show from the front row.

Finally, one of the last shows of the day was Christian Siriano. The designer showed off a completely different collection — rather than work with bright colors and vibrant prints, the fall 2011 get-ups were very sleek, made up of black, charcoal, and a pretty green. Mena Suvari, close friend and fan of the designer, was seated right in the front row next to Gabrielle Union!

Now it’s time for all the after parties, but in the mean time check out all the glam get-ups an vote for who you think was best dressed!
