Jef Holm is pouring his heart out all over his Twitter and Instagram accounts! On Jan. 24, The Bachelorette’s most recent winner penned a romantic message for all his fans, followers and his lady of love to see.

“It’s you and me and all of the people and i don’t know why….i can’t keep my eyes off of you,” Jef posted on his Instagram account, which is linked to his Twitter.

Was Jef Holm Talking About Katianna Bear In His Message?

As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Jef, 28, has put his rocky courtship with 26-year-old Emily Maynard completely behind him as he took to his Instagram on Jan. 9 and posted an image showing him snowboarding with a sexy blonde who beared a striking resemblance to his rumored fling Katianna Bear.

With this image he posted, the Utah native wrote “Shreddy Prince Jr. #bigbear #reverseselfie.”

Take a close look at the photo and you will notice Jef took it himself, but in the reflection of a pretty blonde’s ski googles.

With the new romantic message and the ski trip, does this mean the Bachelorette winner and Katianna rekindled their flame?

Jef & Katianna’s Past

The two were first spotted when they were seen at the same football game back in November of 2012, and they were then they were also spotted together at the San Diego Zoo on Dec. 1 for a very intimate dinner date. After Jef and Emily couldn’t bring their relationship to terms over the Christmas holidays, it appears now that Katianna is his first priority.

Jef tweeted this photo of himself snowboarding on Jan. 9. and wrote “Shreddy Prince Jr. #bigbear #reverseselfie.” If you look closely you can see that this is a photo Jef took of himself in the reflection of a pretty blonde’s ski googles. Jef is known to be in California, which is where Katianna spent New Year’s eve. Could they have met up for a ski trip?

Jef included the hash tag “bigbear” in his tweet, which is both the name of a ski resort at Big Bear Lake in California, and it could also be a play on words, as Katianna’s surname is Bear.

Could the Bachelorette winner and Katianna have rekindled their flame?

Jef and Katianna were first linked when they were seen at the same football game in November 2012, and they were then seen together at the San Diego Zoo on Dec. 1 for a romantic date. Jef Holm is no stranger to love triangles, as he was on the wrong side of one during his time on The Bachelorette. And now he has just escaped another one! As previously reported by HollywoodLife.com, Jef and Emily Maynard have gotten back together, as they were seen on several dates in Charlotte, N.C. and they partook in some hand holding at the mall. But just two weeks ago it was a totally different story. Two nights before Jef was seen taking Katianna Bear on a date to the San Diego Zoo, he reportedly hooked up with Emily!

JEF AND EMILY’S FIGHT

Jef took Katianna on the date to the San Diego Zoo on Dec. 1, which was the same day that Emily attended the Bachelorette wedding of J.P. Rosenbaum and Ashley Herbert in Pasadena. Jef and Katianna had a brief romance after he and Emily broke up in October, but she seems to have disappeared since and Jef and Emily were first seen reunited on Dec. 11.

However, their road to reunion was less than smooth, as a new report reveals that they hooked up on Nov. 29, two nights before the wedding. And Emily was not happy when she saw that Jef and Katianna spent the day together while she was at the wedding solo.

“Emily was in LA for the wedding and Jef was in town, too — although no one was sure exactly why,” a source tells Wetpaint. “Two nights before Ashley and J.P.’s wedding, he hooked up with Emily at her hotel.”

Jef did not stay with Emily that night, and “the next morning, he picked Katianna up at the Los Angeles airport,” the source adds. How slimy! Both Jef and Katianna posted pictures of their date on Instagram, and the source reveals that “once Emily saw that he was with Katianna – only a day after hooking up with her — she was disgusted.”

As she should be! She let Jef know her true feelings, and it took a dark turn. “Emily and Jef started fighting over text and it got really vicious. They both have dirt on each other stored in their phones and they weren’t shy about reminding each other about it.”

THEIR CURRENT RELATIONSHIP STATUS

Shockingly, Jef and Emily have managed to move on from this situation, as Emily has forgiven Jef for his actions. But why? “No one knows,” the source says. “I think Emily is still hung up on him.”

Jef, at least, has had an attitude change, as he tweeted “People say I’ve changed. Ya, I have, i’ve learned a lot, grown up a lot, & i’m trying everyday to be a better person than the day before,” on Dec. 18.

As previously reported by HollywoodLife.com, Jef and Emily are back together, as apparently: “It’s a classic case of they can’t live with each other, they can’t live without each other.”

It will be interesting to see how this pans out!

Jef and Katianna were first linked after meeting at a football game, and he flew her to Arizona the weekend before Thanksgiving for a double date with his BFF Arie Luyendyk Jr. and his girlfriend Courtney Robertson. So it seems pretty serious!

They took cute pics at the zoo while feeding a camel, and Katianna instagrammed the picture and wrote “Hey there lil guy!”, while Jef said,”Not sure if I was supposed to feed him this but… Had fun at the San Diego Zoo today. Thought this guy was going to spit on me, but I beat him to it.”

Earlier that morning, Jef tweeted a picture of himself eating pancakes — and Katianna can be clearly identified in the foreground by her jacket and sparkly ring. Breakfast and a trip to the zoo? Things must be heating up!

On the other hand, relations between Jef and his former fiance Emily have soured, as last week they embarked in a Twitter war, and Emily was seen attending J.P. and Ashley’s star-studded wedding alone.

Jef has reportedly begun dating a pretty college senior called Katianna, 23, and things are getting serious. Jef even flew her to Arizona the weekend before Thanksgiving to join him, Arie and Courtney Robertson for a double date. Perhaps with Katianna he will have “mad, passionate love”.

Emily is currently still single, as Wetpaint.com have revealed that the former Bachelorette, 26, is “going solo” to Ashley Herbert and J.P. Rosenbaum’s Dec. 1 wedding. It seems that there is no hope for her and Jef now.

He only became single in October, but Jef Holm is already off the market!
