Greta arrives in town this week — but is she an enemy or an ally? Actress Lisa Tucker tells us what to expect from Greta!

We haven’t heard her name in a few weeks, but Luka’s (Bryton James) Klaus-napped sister Greta is about to make her presence known on The Vampire Diaries. Actress Lisa Tucker makes her Mystic Falls debut on the April 21 episode, titled “Klaus,” and she tells HollywoodLife.com that “Greta isn’t too pleased when she discovers her father and brother both died at the hands of Mystic Falls vampires.” In other words, Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Stefan (Paul Wesley) better watch their backs!

“Greta is not someone you want to mess with,” Lisa tells us, though she won’t say whether or not Greta presents herself as a friend or foe to the Salvatore brothers. “A lot of the witches on the show follow tradition very closely, but Greta’s definitely her own witch. She’s very powerful.”

Lisa, who has appeared on everything from American Idol to 90210, says the supernatural element of her Vampire Diaries role is totally new to her — but she loves it.

“I did a lot of practicing in front of the mirror,” she says about preparing to play Greta. “I needed to get my hand motions right and everything.”

(And yes, she says Greta does her fair share of fighting during the season’s final four episodes.)

Regardless of whether Greta ends up being an ally or an enemy, I think it’s safe to say we’ll all enjoy her character. Lisa generally describes Greta as “sassy, cool, smart and a bit of a thrill-seeker.”

In anticipation of Thursday’s all-new Vampire Diaries, let’s go behind-the-scenes of LAST week’s heart-stopper, courtesy of an adorable camerawoman named Nina Dobrev. In this recently released video, Nina takes us all around the show’s Atlanta, Ga., set — and reveals a few secrets about how the magic happens (or in Katerina Graham‘s case, how the magic doesn’t happen.)

Here are five things I learned from this video:

1. Katerina isn’t nearly as good at magic as Bonnie is.

2. Nina gets her decades confused.

3. Kat likes to refer to Nina as “Neens” on occasion.

4. Ian Somerhalder somehow manages to look good in anything… even flared leather pants.

5. Nina and Ian have amazing chemistry, whether they’re on the show, at Coachella, or just goofing off backstage. (Delena shippers, rise and unite!)

I know I say this a lot, but the April 14 episode of The Vampire Diaries is one of the best episodes. Ever. Still dwelling inside Alaric’s (Matt Davis) body, Klaus torments Elena (Nina Dobrev) before finally coming to blows with Bonnie (Katerina Graham) during Mystic Falls High’s “1960s Decades Dance.” Because, hey, we all know much vampires love crashing school dances!

Do you agree that Bonnie’s days are numbered? Read on & tell us what you think!

We all figured Klaus‘ arrival in Mystic Falls would mean the death of one of our favorite Vampire Diaries characters, and Katerina Graham has confirmed our suspicions. “A series regular is going kaput,” she tells TVLine, which leads me to my grand thesis: I now believe the character we’ll be losing this season is, in fact, Bonnie the Teenage Witch. But before you go calling me crazy, read on for my five solid reasons behind this decision. … Then you can call me crazy.

1. Jeremy’s girlfriends always end up dead: Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) didn’t earn his reputation as the most emo boy in Mystic Falls for no reason. If he wants to read up on any of his ex-girlfriends — see Anna (Malese Jow) and Vicki (Kayla Ewell) — he’ll need to check the obituaries. Or consult with a Ouija board.

2. Witches don’t last long in Mystic Falls: You guys, I’m still mourning the loss of one of my favorite TVD characters, Grams (Jasmine Guy), who used her last ounce of strength to lift the spell on the tomb in season one. Then there are the Martins — Jonas (Randy J. Goodwin) and Luka (Bryton James) — who recently bit the dust this season. I was not at all sad to see them go.

3. She insists on pushing herself too hard: Don’t bother asking for tissues from Bonnie. With all the bloody noses she gets — from using more magic than she can handle — she has absolutely zero to spare. It’s only a matter of time before she pushes herself to the limit.

4. She knows how to kill Klaus… and she will try: Right before he died, Jonas gave Bonnie the secret to taking down Klaus (Joseph Morgan), the oldest and evilest vampire of all. And because she refuses to let BFF Elena (Nina Dobrev) sacrifice herself, she’s going to do everything she can to stop him herself. And she will probably not succeed.

5. Katerina Graham’s been doing quite a few interviews lately: Maybe I’m grasping at straws with this one, but when an actress does a big press push, it’s usually because her character has a major story coming up. Could that major story possibly be… her final story?

Is it just me, or does the dance committee at Mystic Falls High School have a serious fetish for bygone eras? Last season’s ’50s dance will be followed by a “1960s Decades Dance” on The Vampire Diaries‘ April 14 episode — and what better occasion for Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Elena (Nina Dobrev) to spend a little quality time together?

Also attending the dance is a disco’d-out Bonnie (Katerina Graham), a very Jackie O-like Caroline (Candice Accola), and two extremely dapper gentlemen known as Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) and Matt (Zach Roerig.)

Does anyone have a change of pants? Because there’s a new promo out for this season’s final six episodes of The Vampire Diaries, and I may have wet myself with excitement while watching it. When the show finally returns April 7: Jenna (Sara Canning) loses her mind, Damon (Ian Somerhalder) loses his shirt, and Elena (Nina Dobrev) FINALLY tells off her bi-atch of a mother, Isobel (Mia Kirshner!) God, I hate Isobel…

Other highlights include: Alaric (Matt Davis) delivering a well-deserved punch in the face to father-of-the-year John Gilbert (David Anders) and Bonnie (Katerina Graham) having a major magical freakout. (I’m more scared than ever for the well-being of our First Lady of Sass.)

Meanwhile, Matt (Zach Roerig) continues to struggle with his newfound awareness of vampires — and he brings his issues to Caroline’s (Candice Accola) mom, who WAS privy to the knowledge herself before Caroline compelled her to forget.

Sometimes I think it’d be cool to live in Mystic Falls, but then I watch these previews… and I realize I could never handle it.
